通过稳态恒电位极化曲线测量方法,发现Pb-Sb合金与纯Pb的恒电位腐蚀特性有着至关重要的差别:在PbO2/PbSO4电极平衡电位附近区域,纯Pb表现出为人们所熟知的腐蚀反应活化现象,而Pb-Sb合金却仍能保持高度钝化状态,说明合金中的Sb能够有效地抑制该电位区Pb腐蚀反应活化的倾向;而在除此之外的宽广电位区间内,两者之间的差别远没有如此明显.该活化电位区两者腐蚀特性如此显著的差异决定了Pb-Sb合金在多数情况下耐腐蚀性会优于纯Pb.不同极化条件下Pb和Pb-Sb合金腐蚀速率的实验测试结果证实了上述观点.  相似文献

使用连续称重装置和非连续称重装置对Fe25Cr20Ni合金在H2S-H2气氛中的高温硫化行为进行了研究。结果表明:这种合金的硫化行为遵循抛物线规律,腐蚀产物有3层:最外层(称OL-Ⅱ层)由Fe-Ni-S系统组成;中间层(称OL-Ⅰ层)由Fe-Cr-S系统组成;内硫化层(Subscale)由一些弥散的硫化物相组成,标记实验的结果表明:合金在硫化过程中,腐蚀产物最外两层的生长是由金属离子向外扩散控制,而内硫化层的生长是由分解机理控制。  相似文献

用伏安法研究在4.5mol.dm^-3H2SO4溶液中的Pb-Ce(x(Ce)=1%)合金上生长的阳极膜,并与Pb-Sb(x(Sb)=7%)和Pb-Ca-Sn(x(Ca)=0.5%,x(Sn)=1.5)两常用板栅合金的作比较,实验结果表明,Pb-Ce合金上生长的α-PbO2和Pb(II)氧化物的生长速率均显著低于Pb-Ca-Sn的,但高于Pb-Sb,也即Pb-Ce的耐腐蚀性优于Pb-Ca-Sn,但  相似文献

管线钢焊缝的应力腐蚀破裂研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
观察国产WX52及日本产T/S52K管线钢在硝盐介质中应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)现象,比较了母材与焊缝应力腐蚀敏感性差别,探讨了腐蚀介质温度的影响.试验表明:两种管线钢焊缝在未进行改善处理的情况下,焊缝比母材临界应力腐蚀开裂应力σcr将近降了一半;温度越高,应力腐蚀敏感电位区间越宽.为了提高焊缝抗应力腐蚀能力,在WX52管线钢埋弧焊焊缝中渗入微量Ti、B、稀土Y等合金元素.结果表明:加入这些合金元素都能使得焊缝组织得到改善,减少晶界先共析铁素体,使应力腐蚀通道受到阻碍和限制,影响电化学效应,提高WX52管线钢焊缝在硝盐介质中的应力腐蚀抗力  相似文献

通过腐蚀重量法实验及电化学测试,研究了Fe-Mn-Si-Cr形状记忆合金的耐腐蚀性能,并与Fe-Mn-Si形状记忆合金及18-8铬镍不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能作了比较。结果表明,Fe-Mn-Si-Cr合金的耐腐蚀性能明显高于Fe-Mn-Si合金,在Fe-Mn-Si-Cr合金中随着铬含量的增加,其耐腐蚀性能也相应提高。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
