我国青少年男子篮球运动员专项体能指标的构建与评价体系研究

采用文献资料法、调查法、测量法与数理统计法,以我国80名青少年篮球运动员(U17)为研究对象,构建我国青少年男子篮球运动员专项体能指标与评价体系.结果显示,经过词频分析、专家评价与因子分析,筛选出我国青少年篮球运动员的专项体能的5项一级指标、8项二级指标,并给各级指标以相应权重,依据百分位法制定单项指标评分、评级体系,建立了专项体能评价理想量值模型,评价结果显示我国青少年篮球运动员的专项体能水平以中等水平为主,体能水平不高.本研究所构建的专项体能指标与评价体系,能对青少年男子篮球运动员的专项体能进行诊断与评价,为今后青少年男子篮球运动员的选材及专项体能训练提供统一的参考、相对科学的标准范式.     

我国U13男子篮球运动员身体素质、专项技术特征分析

采用文献资料、测试和数理统计等研究方法,对参加全国篮球U13男子篮球比赛中运动员的身体素质、专项技术的测试结果进行分析,研究表明:我国U13男子篮球运动员的柔韧素质及手部控制球能力发展不均衡;教练员在其身体素质训练中应以全面发展为基础,侧重柔韧素质训练,酌情进行力量素质练习,在专项技术训练中应加强对运动员脚步动作灵活性和手部控制支配球能力的培养;家长、教练员及学校教师应保证进行及时、充分的沟通,重视其优良品德的培养和文化知识的学习.     

我国青少年男子羽毛球运动员专项身体素质测量指标与评价标准研究

以我国青少年男子羽毛球运动员作为研究对象，采用文献研究法、专家访谈与问卷调查法及数理统计等方法，对专项身体素质各指标进行了研究分析，初步建立了青少年男子羽毛球运动员专项身体素质评价指标模型，并制定出各项评价标准。另外，根据各指标权重建立的评价体系，对青少年男子羽毛球运动员的专项身体素质训练和选材均具有重要的参考意义。     

从身体素质转移规律谈排球队员的力量与速度的转移性训练

根据排球运动的专项素质特点与普通大学生的业余运动员的身体素质特点，运用身体素质训练的转移规律，对业余运动员进行力量与速度的良好转移训练。     

优秀皮艇运动员专项体能TOPSIS评价模型的研制

专项身体素质的提高与训练的科学化控制密不可分,对优秀皮艇运动员专项体能TOPSIS评价模型的研究有助于其训练科学化的控制．通过对24名男优秀皮艇运动员和17名女优秀皮艇运动员专项体能各测试指标的测量,基于TOPSIS评价方法研制了男、女优秀皮艇运动员专项体能评价模型．结果表明：该评价模型具有一定的有效性与可靠性;此外,还揭示了一些对优秀皮艇运动员专项体能较为重要的测试指标．     

陕西省优秀男子羽毛球运动员专项素质的综合评价研究

对陕西省优秀男子羽毛球运动员的10项专项身体素质指标进行测试,找出了影响运动员专项素质的6项典型指标,对该指标进行综合分析,计算权重值,初步建立优秀男子羽毛球运动员专项素质的综合评价体系.为培养陕西省优秀男子羽毛球运动员提供了科学训练依据,更为我国羽毛球运动的长远发展奠定了基石.     

我国U15男子篮球运动员“手感”与“步法”技术能力的发展现状及成因

为探究我国U15男子篮球运动员的"手感"与"步法"技术能力的发展现状,运用文献资料、数理统计、测试和访谈等研究方法,对2012~2016年参加全国U15男子篮球比赛运动员的专项技术成绩数据进行整理和解析,并依照时间顺序对各批次运动员完成各项技术的状况进行纵向动态比较,且对成因进行深入剖析.据此,对我国青少年篮球运动员在专项技术能力培养方面提出加强考核内容及标准的灵活性和注重训练内容的均衡性等建议,力求为我国男子篮球竞技后备人才的可持续性发展提供有益参考.     

关于尽快形成跳跃心理定向的研究

通过河南省大学生、中学生运动会跳远比赛观察发现:运动员的上板成功率偏低,仅为28%;中学生运动员犯规率更高,比率为50%;大学生运动员不上板的比率较高,比率高达54%.分析其主要原因是运动员的跳跃心理定向不稳定所造成的.针对以上问题的解决方法有重视专项心理训练,加强技术训练和身体素质训练等.     

优秀女子跳远运动员专项素质与成绩关系的研究--以我国优秀女子运动员关英楠为例

采用文献资料、相关分析、灰色关联分析和回归分析等方法 ,以优秀女子跳远运动员关英楠专项成绩与专项素质的指标为例进行综合分析 ,找出了影响女子跳远运动员专项成绩的主要身体素质指标 ,建立了跳远专项成绩的预测模型 ,为科学预测和诊断跳远运动员专项素质与专项成绩发展水平 ,最优地控制训练过程提供参考     

青少年篮球运动员专项力量训练手段综述

青少年时期是一个特定的生长发育时期,是运动员打基础的时期,直接关系到运动员今后的发展。身体素质是运动员专项运动水平的物质保证,而力量素质又是身体素质的基础。目前我国篮球体能训练理论中对青少年篮球运动员专项力量的训练手段研究较少。本研究在借鉴国内外相关文献的基础上,明确指出了篮球运动员力量的重要性,并探讨、分析了力量训练的机制、方法,为我国青少年篮球运动员体能训练提供一些参考。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
