采用文献资料法、调查法、测量法与数理统计法,以我国80名青少年篮球运动员(U17)为研究对象,构建我国青少年男子篮球运动员专项体能指标与评价体系.结果显示,经过词频分析、专家评价与因子分析,筛选出我国青少年篮球运动员的专项体能的5项一级指标、8项二级指标,并给各级指标以相应权重,依据百分位法制定单项指标评分、评级体系,建立了专项体能评价理想量值模型,评价结果显示我国青少年篮球运动员的专项体能水平以中等水平为主,体能水平不高.本研究所构建的专项体能指标与评价体系,能对青少年男子篮球运动员的专项体能进行诊断与评价,为今后青少年男子篮球运动员的选材及专项体能训练提供统一的参考、相对科学的标准范式.  相似文献

采用文献资料、测试和数理统计等研究方法,对参加全国篮球U13男子篮球比赛中运动员的身体素质、专项技术的测试结果进行分析,研究表明:我国U13男子篮球运动员的柔韧素质及手部控制球能力发展不均衡;教练员在其身体素质训练中应以全面发展为基础,侧重柔韧素质训练,酌情进行力量素质练习,在专项技术训练中应加强对运动员脚步动作灵活性和手部控制支配球能力的培养;家长、教练员及学校教师应保证进行及时、充分的沟通,重视其优良品德的培养和文化知识的学习.  相似文献

以我国青少年男子羽毛球运动员作为研究对象,采用文献研究法、专家访谈与问卷调查法及数理统计等方法,对专项身体素质各指标进行了研究分析,初步建立了青少年男子羽毛球运动员专项身体素质评价指标模型,并制定出各项评价标准。另外,根据各指标权重建立的评价体系,对青少年男子羽毛球运动员的专项身体素质训练和选材均具有重要的参考意义。  相似文献

专项身体素质的提高与训练的科学化控制密不可分,对优秀皮艇运动员专项体能TOPSIS评价模型的研究有助于其训练科学化的控制.通过对24名男优秀皮艇运动员和17名女优秀皮艇运动员专项体能各测试指标的测量,基于TOPSIS评价方法研制了男、女优秀皮艇运动员专项体能评价模型.结果表明:该评价模型具有一定的有效性与可靠性;此外,还揭示了一些对优秀皮艇运动员专项体能较为重要的测试指标.  相似文献

为探究我国U15男子篮球运动员的"手感"与"步法"技术能力的发展现状,运用文献资料、数理统计、测试和访谈等研究方法,对2012~2016年参加全国U15男子篮球比赛运动员的专项技术成绩数据进行整理和解析,并依照时间顺序对各批次运动员完成各项技术的状况进行纵向动态比较,且对成因进行深入剖析.据此,对我国青少年篮球运动员在专项技术能力培养方面提出加强考核内容及标准的灵活性和注重训练内容的均衡性等建议,力求为我国男子篮球竞技后备人才的可持续性发展提供有益参考.  相似文献

通过河南省大学生、中学生运动会跳远比赛观察发现:运动员的上板成功率偏低,仅为28%;中学生运动员犯规率更高,比率为50%;大学生运动员不上板的比率较高,比率高达54%.分析其主要原因是运动员的跳跃心理定向不稳定所造成的.针对以上问题的解决方法有重视专项心理训练,加强技术训练和身体素质训练等.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
