我国已经成为对外直接投资的大国,高新技术企业的OFDI行为能否提升企业创新效率是一个重要的命题。基于数据包络法构建回归模型,以广东高新技术企业微观数据为样本进行了检验,结果表明,高新技术企业的OFDI促进了创新资源的投入和创新活动的实施,然而创新产出无法提升,创新效率降低。其原因在于许多OFDI重新配置创新资源,注重模仿创新,忽视了自主创新。为此,提出建议,在促进企业对外直接投资获取技术溢出效应的同时,需要增强企业自主创新能力,真正提升创新效率。  相似文献

运用知识生产函数和空间分析中的空间滞后模型、空间误差模型,对我国省域内产研地理接近所引起的内隐知识的专业化溢出、多样化溢出及Porter溢出和省域间技术溢出在区域创新中的作用进行了计量分析。结果,三种溢出作用随时间点的不同呈有规律的变化。总体而言,专业化和多样化溢出对区域创新存在正面影响,Porter溢出对区域创新存在负面影响:知识的省域间溢出对区域创新绩效的影响是通过空间滞后模型表现出来的,而且这种溢出仅发生在相邻省区之间,二阶滞后的各域间知识溢出不明显。  相似文献

该文选取以创新为主导的高新技术产业为研究对象,将其创新过程划分为基础研发和技术转化2个子阶段,分别建立基于2阶段创新水平的中介作用结构方程模型,探究各省份获得的R&D溢出对产业结构升级的作用路径.结果表明:R&D溢出对产业结构升级有显著的正向影响,且在此过程中,基础研发水平发挥部分中介效应,而技术转化水平发挥遮掩效应.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
