嗜酸乳杆菌对宫颈上皮细胞SiHa细胞的黏附性研究

目的:通过对嗜酸乳杆菌与SiHa细胞(宫颈癌鳞状上皮细胞癌)黏附性能的研究,为开发嗜酸乳杆菌相关微生态制剂提供实验室数据.方法:运用光镜分析嗜酸乳杆菌对传代培养的宫颈上皮细胞SiHa细胞的黏附指数.结果:嗜酸乳杆菌在黏附1 h和2 h后进行效果观察,随着黏附时间的延长,黏附效果在2 h较佳.结论:嗜酸乳杆菌对SiHa细胞的黏附能力强.     

嗜酸乳杆菌生长状况及抑菌特性的研究

用MRS培养基培养嗜酸乳杆菌,测定其生长曲线,并以金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌为指示菌株,利用杯碟法检测嗜酸乳杆菌对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用。结果发现在37℃的恒温箱中培养24h后,通过测量抑菌圈大小,可得知嗜酸乳杆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌有明显的抑菌作用。     

嗜酸乳杆菌表面疏水性对其亚油酸异构酶酶活的影响

研究碳源、氮源、生长时间以及生长温度对嗜酸乳杆菌细胞表面疏水性及其亚油酸异构酶酶活力的影响.通过Minitab15软件进行嗜酸乳杆菌亚油酸异构酶酶活力对其表面疏水性的回归分析,结果表明,嗜酸乳杆菌菌体表面疏水性与其亚油酸异构酶酶活成正相关关系,回归方程为:y=1.5500x+78.163.R2=0.7507说明模型有较高的拟合度,显著性分析P(0.003)P(0.05),结果显著,可作为响应预测.     

嗜酸乳杆菌和青春双歧杆菌的最佳酸奶发酵条件的微量量热法研究

利用微量量热仪研究了嗜酸乳杆菌和青春双歧杆菌的发酵条件.首先绘制了各菌的热功率-时间曲线,计算出各菌的生长速率常数,确定了嗜酸乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌及它们的混合菌生长的最佳pH和最佳温度.最后对发酵酸奶的质量进行了评价.     

大蒜油工艺条件优化及其抑制嗜酸乳杆菌体外实验研究

目的：以蒸馏提取法为基础,对大蒜油工艺条件的进行优化;用实验产物大蒜油进行嗜酸乳杆菌体外抑菌试验。方法：进行四因素三水平的正交实验,由此确定提取最佳工艺条件组合;以平板培养法测定大蒜油对嗜酸乳杆菌的最小抑菌浓度。结果：由正交实验确定最佳工艺条件组合为：发酵温度40℃;发酵时间150min;发酵pH值6.0;料液比1：3;经重复性试验证明该工艺条件组合能够稳定地将出油率控制在0.136%,接近相关文献报道结果。大蒜油对嗜酸乳杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为1.36×10^-5mg/ml。结论：蒸馏法可作为提取大蒜油的简便、稳定、可靠的方法。大蒜油对嗜酸乳杆菌有抑制作用。     

pH值及嗜酸乳杆菌接种量对伤寒杆菌及痢疾杆菌生长情况的影响

以MRS琼脂培养基和液体摇瓶培养基为载体,通过目测菌液浑浊度及生长状态,对伤寒杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌以及痢疾杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌混合培养时菌液OD600值和培养初始及终点时的p H值进行了研究.结果表明,在p H为6.0,嗜酸乳杆菌接种量为1.0%时,伤寒杆菌生长良好;当环境条件超出这一范围时,伤寒杆菌生长受到抑制.在p H为6.5,嗜酸乳杆菌接种量为1.0%时,痢疾杆菌生长良好;当环境条件超出这一范围时,痢疾杆菌生长受到抑制.     

双重PCR法快速检测欧鳗鲡嗜水气单胞菌

采用已知的嗜水气单胞菌编码溶血素(Hemolysin)和外膜蛋白(Ompts)的基因序列为目的基因,依据其保守序列设计两对相应引物,用双重PCR方法检测了32株从发病欧鳗鲡分离的细菌,将检测结果与试剂盒快速生化鉴定结果进行比较.以嗜水气单胞菌为阳性对照,以大肠杆菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鳗弧菌、溶壁微球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌为阴性对照检测了嗜水气单胞菌溶血素与外膜蛋白基因的特异性.结果表明:被检测的32株欧鳗鲡致病菌中,检测到的4株既有溶血素基因又有外膜蛋白基因的细菌,其生化鉴定结果全部为嗜水气单胞菌,而仅具有外膜蛋白基因的13株细菌中只有5株生化鉴定结果为嗜水气单胞菌.证明双重PCR法可用于快速检测部分嗜水气单胞菌.     

嗜热链球菌和乳杆菌最佳生长培养基的选择

本文试验了嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌在８种不同培养基上的生长情况,结果表明：嗜热链球菌的最佳生长培养基为番茄汁培养基Ⅰ和牛乳琼脂培养基;保加利亚乳杆菌在Ｌｅｅ氏琼脂培养基上生长最好;嗜酸乳杆菌在Ｌｅｅ氏琼脂以及ＭＲＳ琼脂培养基上生长最佳．     

鸡源性嗜酸乳杆菌对肉鸡小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞的影响

本研究旨在探讨鸡源性嗜酸乳杆菌对黄羽肉鸡小肠黏膜肥大细胞和杯状细胞数量的影响,为嗜酸乳杆菌的应用提供试验数据。试验选取200羽1日龄健康的黄羽肉鸡,随机分为5个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只,设Ⅰ组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加5、10、15 g/kg的嗜酸乳杆菌和20 mg/kg金霉素。结果表明:与对照组相比,Ⅳ组小肠各段的肥大细胞和杯状细胞数量显著增加(P0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的小肠各段的肥大细胞数量均有所增加,但差异不显著(P0.05),Ⅴ组的空肠和回肠肥大细胞数量明显减少(P0.05)。与对照组比较,Ⅲ组的小肠各段的杯状细胞数量明显增加(P0.05),Ⅱ组的杯状细胞数量差异不显著(P0.05),Ⅴ组小肠各段杯状细胞数量降低(P0.05)。结论:综合分析表明添加15 g/kg嗜酸乳杆菌的Ⅳ组可以明显提高肉鸡小肠黏膜肥大细胞和杯状细胞数量,而金霉素组的2种黏膜免疫相关细胞的数量有所减少。     

CRISPR技术对发酵乳制品中嗜酸乳杆菌的检测应用

借助CRISPR-HOLMES系统,以市售酸奶作为检测对象,检测了其中的嗜酸乳菌含量.结果表明:CRISPR技术可作为一种有效直观的方法实现对发酵乳制品中嗜酸乳杆菌的定性检测.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
