Phosphine (PH3), a highly toxic and reductive gas, has been explored in biogases and it proves also to be ubiquitous even in remote atmospheric air at a concentration in the order of (pg-ng) /m^3 [3]. For more than one hundred years, sources and mechanisms of biological phosphine formation in natural and engineered environments have been investigated and discussed. 1 Results Free radical reactions have become increasingly important,as well as a very attractive tool,in organic synthesis within the last two decades,due to their powerful,selective,specific,and mild reaction abilities.Mn(OAc)3 mediated oxidative free radical reactions have been extensively developed in the last twenty years[1,6].Numerous regio-,chemo-,and stereoselective synthetic methods have been developed in both inter-and intramolecular reactions,and have detailed the progress of Mn(OAc)3 mediated oxidative free radical reactions. The selective oxidation of enones led to α′-acetoxy-enones by Mn(OAc)3 oxidation.In general,Mn(OAc)3 oxidations are characterized by higher α′-regioselectivity and chemical yields,and milder reaction conditions,in turn tolerating many sensitive functional groups.The use of Mn(OAc)3 in combination with other carboxylic acids or manganese(Ⅱ) carboxylates extends this methodology to the preparation of a variety of α′-acyloxyenones that are otherwise inaccessible in a one-step procedure.We developed a general method for the synthesis of biaryls starting from arylhydrazines and aromatic solvents in the presence of Mn(OAc)3.We showed for the first time that Mn(OAc)3 is a versatile reagent for the generation of aryl radicals from arylhydrazines.In a subsequent work,we extended this method for the synthesis of heterobiaryls,which was able to be achieved in thepresence of heteroaromatic compounds such as furan and thiophene. Another biaryl coupling reaction starting with arylboronic acids,mediated by Mn(OAc)3,was developed.The treatment of arylboronic acids with Mn(OAc)3 in benzene at reflux temperature afforded the corresponding biphenyl in high yields[7].  相似文献

A carbon paste electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) was prepared and the determination of ultra trace amount of zirconium based on the anodic adsorptive voltammetry of the zirconium-calcium-alizarin red S mix-polynuclear complex is described in this paper for the first time. The results showed that the sensitivity and the selectivity of the method are excellent. The second derivative linear scan voltammograms of the complex were recorded by polarographic analyzer from 200 to 1200 mV (vs. SCE) and it was found that the complex can be adsorbed on the surface of the electrode, yielding a peak at about 840 mV, corresponding to the oxidation of ARS in the complex. The peak current increases linearly with Zr (IV) concentration in the range of 6.0×10^-12--6.0×10^-11 mol. L^-1 (accumulation time 120 s), 6.0×10^-11--2.0×10^-9 mol. L-1 (accumulation time 90 s) and 2.0×10^-9--1.0×10^-7 mol. L^-1 (accumulation time 60 s) and the detection limit (S/N = 3) is 2.0×10^-12 mol. L^-1 (accumulation time 180 s). The procedure has been successfully applied to the determination of zirconium in the ore samples.  相似文献

The concentration of atmospheric CO2 in Beijing increased rapidly at a mean growth rate of 3.7% · a−1 from 1993 to 1995. After displaying a peak of (409.7±25.9) μmol · mol−1 in 1995, it decreased slowly. Both the almost stable anthropogenic CO2 source and increasing biotic CO2 sink contribute to the drop of CO2 concentration from 1995 to 2000. The seasonal variation of CO2 concentration exhibits a clear cycle with a maximum in winter, averaging (426.8±20.6) μmol · mol−1, and a minimum in summer, averaging (369.1±6.1) μmol·mol−1. The seasonal variation of CO2 concentration is mainly controlled by phenology. The mean diurnal variation of atmospheric CO2 concentration for a year in Beijing is highly clear: daily maximum CO2 concentration usually occurs at night, but daily minimum CO2 concentration does in the daytime, with a mean diurnal difference more than 34.7 μmol·mol−1. It has been revealed that the interannual variations of atmospheric CO2 concentration in winter and autumn regulated the interannual trend of atmospheric CO2, whereas the interannual variation of CO2 concentration in summer affected the general tendency of atmospheric CO2 in a less degree.  相似文献

The feasibility of in vivo gene therapy for hemophilia B by VSV-G pseudotyped retroviral vector was introduced. The novel packaging cell line 293GPG was used to produce VSV-G/G1NaBAIX pseudotyped virus with the highest titers up to 8.5×108 cfu·mL-1. In contrast to the conventional retrovirus, VSV-G pseudotyped virus was more resistant to inactivation by serum complements (P<0.001). Our results also demonstrated that VSV-G pseudotyped virus was more stable in neonatal mice serum than in adult mice serum (P<0.01). After intraperitoneal injection of different doses of virus, hFIX antigen was detected and lasted for more than 120 d, the highest level reached (72.5±6.1) ng·mL-1. Moreover, the functional activity was improved to some extent in all hFIX-treated mice, the most remarkable improvement was observed in the mice treated with higher dose of virus whose clotting activity increased to (3.4±1.5)% and APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time) reduced to (43.2±7.2) s. The anti-hFIX antibody was not detected by the method of Bethesda, no germ line transmission and any side effects associated with gene transfer were found. Our results indicated that neonatal gene therapy for hemophilia B mice by VSV-G pseudotyped retrovirus is promising.  相似文献

Flavonols are plant pigments that are ubiquitous in nature. Morin and other related plant flavonols have come into recent prominence because of their usefulness as anticancer, anti-tumor, anti-AIDS, and other important therapeutic activities of significant potency and low systemic toxicity. The heat of combustion of morin (molecular formula, C15H10O7·H2O) in oxygen was measured by a rotating-bomb type combustion calorimeter, the standard molar enthalpy of combustion of morin at T = 298.15 K was determined to be Δc H m (C15H10O7·H2O, s) = −(5 937.99 ± 2.99) kJ · mol−1. The derived standard molar enthalpy of the formation of morin in solid powder state at T = 298.15 K, Δf H m (C15H10O7·H2O, s), was −(1 682.12 ± 3.58) kJ · mol−1, which provide an accurate data of the stability of morin to the pharmacy and pharmacology. The mRNA of insulin receptor (IR), the insulin receptor substrates (IRSs), glucose transporter 2 (GLUT2) and glucokinase (GK) in alloxan-induced diabetic rat livers were amplified by RT-PCR. The protein of the insulin receptor in rat livers was determined by western-blotting. The results show that IR expression level decreased at the level of mRNA and protein. The gene expressions of IRSs, GLUT2 and GK changed significantly. The hepatic glycogen content in alloxan-diabetic rats treated with insulin ((13.2 ± 0.4) mg · g−1) did not restore to normal level ((17.0 ± 0.4) mg · g−1) by means of anthrone-H2SO4 methods. The results imply that insulin resistance is developed during inchoate phase of alloxan-induced diabetic rats.  相似文献

Resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization (REMPI) spectra of N^32S and N^34S have been recorded in the range of 35700-40200 cm^-1. The radical was generated by a pulsed dc discharge of a mixture of SF6 and N2 under a supersonic free jet condition. All the 16 observed bands of N^32S radicals have been assigned, among which 12 bands belong to three transition progressions (v′=0-4, 0), (v′=1-4, 1) and (v′=2-4, 2) from the X^2П ground state to the B′^2∑^+ upper state and the rest correspond to (9, 0), (10, 0), (11, 0) and (12, 0) bands of B^2П-X^2П transition, respectively. Analysis of the rotationally resolved spectra yields exhaustive spectroscopic constants of both the X^2П ground state and the B′^2∑^+ excited state. The electronic transition bands of the isotopic molecule N^34S have been rotationally analyzed for the first time and the rotational constants of the ground and upper states have been determined simultaneously.  相似文献
