集对分析理论及在最低成本工艺决策中的应用

基于集对分析的新原理与新思路,在介绍集对分析的基本概念和联系度的有关运算后,定义了机械加工工艺的生产费用的联系数μ=a+bi或μ=a+bi+cj.给出了工艺成本集对分析的方法与步骤,对机械加工工艺的生产费用进行了优化设计,得到了生产费用最低使用条件下的最优加工工艺路线与加工方法.给出算例.     

曲轴加工工艺分析

目前，国内许多机械加工企业很难对曲轴的加工精度和生产效率进行有效的控制，而曲轴的加工精度和生产效率在很大程度上取决于工艺人员对该零件加工工艺过程编制的合理与否。本文作者向大家介绍了曲轴的加工方法，并分析和制定了一套完整的工艺以及曲轴专用夹具，供广大机械加工工艺人员参考。     

最低成本工艺DIJKSTRA优化法及其CAD(摘要)

运用Dijkstra算法，对机加工工艺的生产费用进行了优法设计，得到了最低生产费用条件下的最优加工工艺路线与加工方法，给出了计算机算法实例。利用Dijkstra算法研究生产费用最低的最优工艺，是一种并不复杂而又简捷有效的方法，它将工艺方案转化成工艺路线网络图后，再对网络图的最短路线求解，即可求得工艺路线的最低生产费用。     

集对分析中联系数的运算及其应用

联系数形式为μ=a bi cj,a,b,c∈R,i∈[-1,1]j=-1或μ=a bi，μ=a cj，μ=bi cj，是普通数的概念的推广，在解决不确定性问题中有很广泛的应用。定义了两个联系数相等的概念，给出了各种形式的联系数的加法、减法、乘法、除法及其运算规则。以加法为例，可以得到这样的结论：∑k=1^n μk=∑i=1^nak ∑k=1^nbki ∑k=1^nckj,∑k=1∞μk=limn→∞∑k=1^nμk=limn→∞∑k=1^nak limn→∞∑k=1^nbkj limn→∞∑k=1^nckj和同时对这些运算给出了简单的应用。     

基于联系数的区间型多属性决策方法研究

对属性权重和属性值均以a bi型联系数形式给出的区间型多属性决策问题进行了研究。给出了a bi型联系数的一种定义,介绍了其运算法则,并利用a bi型联系数加权平均算子(WAA算子),提出了一种基于a bi型联系数的区间型多属性决策方法。实例计算结果表明该方法可行且有效。     

集对分析在科研项目评价中的运用

利用集对分析的方法,把被评价的科研项目与评价指标组成一个集对,进行集对分析。找出两者间的联系,用联系度“u=a bi cj表示,排列出科研项目的优劣次序,为科研项目立项资助提供依据。     

二元联系数的运算及其应用

阐述了集对分析的思想方法,定义了二元联系数为a＋bi形式,指出二元联系数是实数的推广,其意义不仅在于把一个具体的数与这个数所在的范围联系起来,而且是把一个具体的数与它所在范围内的确定性与不确定性联系起来,使得一定范围内的确定性与不确定性相互联系、渗透、制约与转化在数量上得到了客观地反映;给出了二元联系数的加、减、乘、除及求平均运算。将直觉模糊数转化为二元联系数,并给出具体应用实例。     

关于油田用压裂泵调整垫圈加工方法的探究

该文根据作者公司产品零件小批量,多品种的特点,生产周期,现有生产设备等实际情况,介绍了油田用压裂泵调整垫圈的传统工艺方法,并从加工质量、生产效率、材料损耗等方面分析了其方法对满足生产需要的牵强性。随后详述了可满足生产需要的机械加工方法,即机械切削法,线切割法两种方法,并以此类推,探讨了小批量薄环类零件的机械加工方法,通过对比论述了两种方法的优缺点,对小批量薄环类零件的加工工艺选择提出了指导性经验和建议。     

试探究机械加工工艺对加工精度的影响

机械加工质量以加工精度作判断,精度即加工后的零件几何形状、尺寸、相互位置及与设计参数的结合程度。机械加工精度受许多因素影响,本文主要从机械加工工艺层面做精度影响分析,通常来说,加工精度受机械加工工艺的影响有:工艺系统热变形、工艺受力变形与工艺几何误差。     

基于联系数的纯语言多属性群决策方法

对决策者权重、属性权重和属性值均以语言形式给出的纯语言多属性群决策问题进行了研究,定义了a bi型联系数的运算法则及加权平均(WAA)算子,通过将模糊语言评估标度转化为a bi型联系数,基于WAA算子提出了一种纯语言多属性群决策方法,并进行了实例分析。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
