以硫酸镍(NiSO_4)和钨酸钠(Na_2WO_4·2H_2O)为原料,采用低温化学浴沉积法在ITO导电玻璃上制备NiO和WO_3电致变色薄膜,并通过物理方法制备WO_3-NiO电致变色器件。本文探索了溶液的浓度和pH对薄膜沉积的影响。采用低温化学浴沉积法直接制备的薄膜为Ni(OH)_2。实验结果表明当溶液浓度为0.02~0.5 M,pH在9.6~11.6之间,均可以得到致密、均匀的Ni(OH)_2薄膜。其中,当硫酸镍浓度在0.05 M、pH调至11.3时能得到致密均匀且透过率高的氢氧化镍薄膜。该薄膜退火后可转化为NiO。当Na_2WO_4·2H_2O溶液浓度在0.02 M至0.06 M,pH为1.2时,能得到致密均匀的WO_3薄膜。此外,钨酸钠浓度在0.06 M且pH调至1.2时,得到致密均匀透过率高的WO_3薄膜。将NiO-WO_3薄膜组装成器件后光学调制为28%左右,能得到所需的电致变色器件。  相似文献

采用正交法研究了Pd-Cu合金膜的化学镀制备过程,考察了镀液组成和制备条件对镀膜速率的影响.在化学镀膜过程中,CuCl2浓度对镀膜沉积速度的影响最大,最优Cu镀液组成和制备条件为CuCl2 0.04 mol/L,KNaC4H4O6 0.05 mol/L,HCHO 15.0 mL/L,温度30 ℃.根据Pd、Cu的沉积速率,控制化学镀Cu的时间可制备出一系列精确Pd/Cu质量比的致密Pd-Cu合金膜.  相似文献

本研究用溶胶-凝胶法制备MgO和In2O3纳米薄膜材料前躯体,用浸渍镀膜法制备纳米薄膜.讨论了MgO和In2O3薄膜在不同的胶体制备pH值、煅烧温度和镀膜层数下,对一些有机气体的催化发光信号强度的影响.通过实验数据分析得出,MgO纳米薄膜在胶体制备pH为8、镀膜层数为5层、煅烧温度为550℃的条件下对乙二醇甲醚等蒸气具有最佳的催化发光信号.In2O3纳米薄膜在胶体制备pH为5、镀膜层数为5层、煅烧温度为550℃的条件下,对乙酸等蒸气具有最佳的催化发光信号.  相似文献

利用羰基金属气相沉积方法,在Al2O3陶瓷基片上,以Mo(CO)6 W(CO)6为源,制备了Mo-W纳米合金晶膜.采用XRD和SEM技术,并与相同条件制备的Mo膜比较,研究了Mo-W合金晶膜的微结构.结果表明:该法制备的薄膜是以纳米粒子状态存在、具有超微结构的多晶膜材料.  相似文献

采用两步电化学沉积法在Cu衬底上沉积得到ZnO纳米结构薄膜。用X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构及形貌进行表征,发现先在Cu衬底上沉积一层Zn致密膜,更有利于在其表面上得到附着力强、形貌较好的ZnO纳米结构膜。系统考察了沉积温度和沉积时间等工艺参数对ZnO纳米结构的影响。结果表明,沉积温度和沉积时间对晶体结构和形貌有显著影响,通过对工艺进行适宜控制可以得到结晶性良好的六方纤锌矿型ZnO纳米结构膜。以罗丹明B为目标有机污染物,分析了ZnO膜的光催化性能,表明所制备的ZnO膜可以作为光催化剂,其光催化效率可达到72.4%。  相似文献

以FTO玻片为基底,在不同pH值下采用恒电位电化学沉积法制备Cu2O样品.利用XRD、SEM、EDS对样品的相组成、晶体结构、微观形貌和化学成分进行了表征,并对Cu2O薄膜的光电性质和载流子类型进行了测量和分析.结果表明Cu2O薄膜的半导体性质与所用电解液的酸碱度有关,在酸性条件下,如pH=4,5时制备的Cu2O薄膜为N型半导体,在中性和碱性条件下,如pH=6,7,8,9,10,11时,制备的Cu2O薄膜为P型半导体.实验结果对制备N型Cu2O以及Cu2O的PN型同质结提供了一种有效方法.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
