茶多酚微胶囊对油脂自氧化的抑制活性

采用β-环糊精、乙基纤维素作为复合壁材,单苷酯为乳化剂对茶多酚进行微胶囊化,通过正交试验确定其最佳包埋工艺条件:芯壁材比为1∶6,β-环糊精与乙基纤维素的比为4∶1,单苷酯的添加量为壁材质量的0.3%.考察了茶多酚微囊的释放性能及对大豆油自氧化的抑制活性.结果表明,茶多酚微囊在不同极性的介质中均有缓慢释放的特性,在油溶性介质中的持续释放时间最长.茶多酚微囊的形成使其抗氧化活性大大提高,添加0.02%的微胶囊茶多酚,其对大豆油的保护系数高达5.27,抗氧化活性与茶多酚相比提高了18.2%;酒石酸对茶多酚微囊的协同效应最强,增效系数为2.86.     

茶多酚在祛蒜味牙膏中的应用研究

采用茶叶提取物茶多酚添加其他主要原料设计祛蒜味茶牙膏,通过正交试验及感官检验,建立模糊数学模型,得出最佳配方.结果袁明,此种含茶多酚牙膏能有效祛除口腔异味,在口感、泡沫量、黏稠度、安全性等方面表现良好,有一定的推广价值.     

凝固型老鹰茶风味发酵乳发酵工艺研究

利用单因素试验和Box-Behnken试验对老鹰茶风味发酵乳工艺参数进行优化,其最佳工艺参数为:鲜奶添加量88%,老鹰茶添加量5.08%,低聚果糖和低聚异麦芽糖比例为1∶1,低聚糖添加量为7.73%;嗜热链球菌∶保加利亚乳杆菌∶植物乳酸杆菌=1∶1∶1,接种量6.25%,发酵温度40℃,发酵时间7h.在此条件下,老鹰茶风味发酵乳具有良好的感官品质,主要理化指标符合GB19302的相关规定,乳酸菌数为1.7×107 CFU·mL~(-1),茶多酚含量为4.1mg·mL~(-1).     

Vc—TP体系下黑米天然色素稳定性的研究

采用两种可食用的试剂即抗坏血酸（Ｖｃ）和茶多酚（ＴＰ）作为黑米色素的稳定化试剂，结果表明：Ｖｃ的添加量为０．０４％－０．０６％，ＩＰ的添加量为０．０２％左右时，在ＰＨ为４．０－５．０范围内，黑米红色素水溶液的红色最鲜艳，色泽的保持可以从原来的２０天延长至６０天左右，３其性效果较好。     

沙棘枸杞复合运动饮料配方优化研究

在单因素试验的基础上，采用响应面试验设计方法，以小鼠负重竭力游泳时间作为抗疲劳性评价指标，探讨了沙棘枸杞复合运动饮料最优抗疲劳性工艺配方.结果表明，四个试验因子对小鼠负重竭力游泳时间的影响依次为：沙棘汁添加量>枸杞汁添加量>木糖醇添加量>柠檬酸添加量.沙棘枸杞复合运动饮料的最优抗疲劳性工艺配方为：沙棘汁添加量为21%、枸杞汁添加量为26.4%、木糖醇添加量为6.4%、柠檬酸添加量为0.2%;在此条件下，相对空白对照组，小鼠负重竭力游泳时间提高了48.86%.     

基于分光测色仪测定奶茶中茶多酚的含量

本研究利用分光测色仪可测定浊液中色度变化的特征,以酒石酸亚铁溶液作为显色剂,在一定温度条件下对未经蛋白沉淀的奶茶进行茶多酚含量测定,并探究了奶茶稀释倍数、显色剂添加量、显色时间以及显色温度对测定结果的影响,建立利用分光测色仪测定奶茶等茶饮料中茶多酚含量的分析方法.结果表明,奶茶稀释倍数为2倍、酒石酸亚铁溶液添加量为10 mL、显色温度为25±1℃、显色时间为20 min时检测结果最佳.将该方法用于奶茶等茶饮料中茶多酚含量的测定,茶多酚在0.1～0.9 mg线性范围良好,所得标准曲线线性相关系数均在0.9815以上,样品的加标回收率为98.2％～107.9％,相对标准偏差(RSD)1.7％～6.1％(n=6).本研究所建立的方法具有精密度、准确度均较高等特点,适用于测定奶茶等茶饮料中茶多酚的含量.     

茶多酚制备中防氧化条件的探讨

本文报道了茶多酚制备（工艺）过程中抗氧化条件的筛选，研究结果表明在中性介质中添加无机抗氧化剂能明显抑制茶多酚氧化，其抗氧化效应序列MST＞MSO4＞Na2S2O3＞KI。MST对人体无害且价廉，它的应用为茶多酚商品化开发提供诱人前景。

采用两种可食用的试剂即抗坏血酸辣（Ｖ＿ｃ和茶多酚（ＴＰ）作为黑龙江米色素的稳定化试剂，结果表明：Ｖｃ的添加量为０．０４％～０．０６％，ＩＰ的添加一为０．０２％左右时，在ｐＨ为４．０～５．０范围内，黑米红色素水溶液的红色最鲜艳，色泽的保持可以从原表达式的２０天延长至６０ｋ左右，其稳定性效果较好     

鲫鱼蛋白酸乳的研究

采用不同配方，按正交试验设计方案，对鲫鱼蛋白酸乳进行了研究，其结果以鲫鱼蛋白与牛奶混合比为1：3，黄原胶添加量为0．2％，蔗糖酯添加量为0．05％，蔗糖添加量为4．0％，接种量为3．0％的处理组合最佳。     

茶多酚对桃酥的保鲜作用研究

以茶多酚和BHT(二丁基羟基甲笨)作抗氧化剂,柠檬酸作增效剂,按不同比例加入到猪油桃酥中,将桃酥置(65±2)℃的恒温箱中保存,定期进行感官评定和油脂过氧化值(POV)测定.结果表明:茶多酚对桃酥有很强的保鲜作用。它与BAT混合使用,有明显的增效作用。在猪油桃酥中,茶多酚的添加量为油脂的75×10~(-5)最佳。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
