润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效

目的:探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效. 方法:将80例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,采用润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗;对照组37例,采用盐酸左西替利嗪治疗.结果:治疗组有效率为90.7%,对照组为62.2%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹近期疗效较好.     

药物盐酸曲普利啶热氧降解历程及动力学研究

采用热重法、微分热重法和差热分析法研究药物盐酸曲普利啶在空气流中的热氧降解历程及动力学,从而发现该药物的热氧降解过程由５个紧连步骤组成．用Ｃｏａｔｓ－Ｒｅｄｆｅｒｎ方程进行动力学处理,确定盐酸曲普利啶热氧降解的表观反应级数均为１．１,反应活化能分别为６６．５,１１３．７,１１６．２,１５３．８和１８０．６ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ．     

补肾益寿胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的:观察补肾益寿胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果.方法:49例慢性荨麻疹患者均接受补肾益寿胶囊治疗30天,在治疗第15天和30天对疗效进行评估.结果:15天时痊愈率为53.06%,有效率为79.59%,治疗30天时痊愈率为95.92%,有效率为97.96%.结论:补肾益寿胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效优异.     

非水滴定法测定盐酸曲普立啶含量的研究

采用非水滴定法对盐酸曲普立啶的含量测定方法进行了研究。选用高氯酸-冰醋酸标准液滴定，以电位法或结晶紫指示剂指示终点。该法具有较高的准确度与精密度，可作为盐酸曲普立啶含量测定的基本方法。     

西替利嗪结合黄芪注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹46例疗效观察

目的：观察黄芪注射液结合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效．方法：将46例患者随机分为两组,每组23例．对照组采用西替利嗪片治疗,1次10mg,1日1次,口服,10天为1个疗程．治疗组在西替利嗪片治疗的基础上加用中药黄芪注射液20ml加入0．9％生理盐水250ml静脉点滴,每日一次．结果：治疗组中有效22例,有效率95％,对照组有效17例,有效率73％,两组疗效比较P〈0．05．结论：黄芪注射液结合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹有确切疗效．     

卡介菌多糖核酸注射液冲击治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效研究

观察卡介菌多糖核酸注射液冲击治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以左西替利嗪片5mg／d口服。治疗组肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1．4mg,隔日一次;口服左西替利嗪片5rag／d;两组均连续治疗4周。治疗组有效率为88．3％,复发2例（4．87％）。对照组有效率为28．3％,复发率5例（71．4％）。两组有效率与复发率相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。卡介菌多糖核酸注射液冲击治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,安全性好,复发率低。     

盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效观察

目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效.方法根据治疗方案将138例慢性牙周炎患者分为两组,69例患者使用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗为对照组,69例患者使用盐酸米诺环素软膏和甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗为观察组,疗程4周,随访1 a,比较两组患者的牙周改善情况、治疗效果、不良反应情况、复发情况.结果治疗后,两组患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙齿松动指数、牙周袋深度均显著下降;观察组患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙齿松动指数、牙周袋深度、复发率均明显低于对照组;观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P0.05).结论盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑缓释药膜是治疗慢性牙周炎的有效药物,可明显改善患者的牙周状况,提高药物的治疗效果,不良反应少,且复发率低,值得临床推广使用.     

盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法在临床治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者中的效果探讨

分析盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法在临床治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者中的效果。2013年12月~2016年9月,于我院收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者中选取62例,将其分为两组,常规疗法为对照组治疗方式,于对照组基础上,采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法对观察组患者进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效。观察组无效率为3.23%,治疗总有效率为96.77%,优于对照组的32.26%、96.67%,P0.05;相对于对照组,观察组患者发热、肺部啰音、咳嗽与喘息等症状消失时间更短,P0.05。盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法在临床治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者各种临床症状,值得推广。     

波谱分析测定盐酸曲普立啶的化学结构

采用元素分析（EA）、红外吸收光谱（IR）、紫外吸收光谱（UV）、核磁共振氢谱（^1HNMR)、核磁共振碳谱（^13CNMR)和质谱（MS）等结构鉴定方法对自制盐酸曲普立啶的化学线成与结构进行了测定,证明按新工艺制备的盐酸曲普立啶与标准品属同一种物质。     

前列舒通联合坦洛新、左氧氟沙星治疗 慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的疗效分析

目的 探讨前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊、左氧氟沙星治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法 160例慢性骨盆疼痛综合征患者随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组,每组80人,治疗组采用前列舒通胶囊2.5 g po tid,盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊0.2 mg po qn,左氧氟沙星胶囊0.2 g po bid。对照组给予左氧氟沙星胶囊0.2 g po bid,4周为1个疗程,治疗时间为8周。记录治疗过程中的前列腺液常规和NIH-CPSI评分变化。结果 治疗组中80例治愈33例,治愈率41.3%,19例显效及有效,总有效率为65.0%;对照组中80例有17例治愈,治愈率21.25%,21例显效及有效,总有效率为47.0%。两组治愈率及总有效率相比,有明显差异,P<0.05,治疗组优于对照组。结论 前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊和左氧氟沙星治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征有效,值得临床应用。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
