一种求解多目标旅行商问题的混合进化算法

许多科学与工程优化问题往往需要转化为多目标旅行商问题进行求解,由于目标函数之间的冲突性,使得这类问题不存在能够优化所有目标函数的唯一最优解,而是存在一个Pareto最优解集或者Pareto Front。为了获得一个高质量的Pareto最优解集,提出了一种基于蚁群优化和差分进化的混合多目标进化算法。在提出的算法中,一方面采纳分解机制利用蚁群优化算子实现对Pareto最优解的开发,另一方面采纳拥挤度概念利用差分进化算子实现对Pareto Front的探索。通过对一组标准测试算例的仿真实验,结果表明所提出的算法比现有的算法能够获得分布性和收敛性更优的Pareto解集。     

基于Pareto最优原理的混合动力汽车多目标优化

介绍了混合动力汽车（HEV）相关知识,建立了以最小化燃油消耗、HC+NOx排放量和CO排放量为目标的3目标优化模型,提出了基于Pareto最优原理的混合动力汽车多目标优化进化算法.该算法采用实数编码,以ADVISOR为HEV的仿真软件获得各候选方案目标值,基于Pareto支配性原理判定候选方案的优劣,并设计了可以调整待优化变量有效位的机制以保证优化所得的候选方案具有可实现性.针对不同车型的仿真实验结果表明,所提出的算法能够较好地解决混合动力汽车多目标优化问题,可以获得一组具有低燃油消耗与低污染物排放的Pareto最优解供决策者选择.     

多目标优化算法研究综述

近年来,多目标优化问题求解已成为演化计算的一个重要研究方向,而基于Pareto最优概念的多目标演化算法则是当前演化计算的研究热点．多目标演化算法的研究目标是使算法种群快速收敛并均匀分布于问题的非劣最优域。该文在比较与分析多目标优化的演化算法发展的历史基础上,介绍基于Pareto最优概念的多目标演化算法中的一些主要技术与理论结果。此外,指出并阐释了值得进一步研究的相关问题。     

柔性作业车间多目标调度优化研究

研究了多目标柔性作业车间调度问题(FJSP),提出了一种基于Pareto的混合遗传算法,并建立了包括生产周期、总拖期时间和机床负载在内的多目标优化模型.该算法采用基于工序的编码方式和活动化解码方法,将Pareto排序策略与Pareto竞争方法结合起来.为了保证解的多样性,采用小生境技术并同时使用多种交叉方法,用Pareto解集过滤器保存进化过程中的最优个体,防止最优解的遗失.算法最后给出问题的Pareto最优解集.仿真试验证明,提出的混合遗传算法可以有效解决多目标FJSP.     

带有盒子约束的多目标优化问题的进化算法

针对带盒子约束的多目标优化问题,提出一种多目标优化进化算法。在选择过程中．采用Pareto支配和聚集距离排序来挑选出有代表性的个体。在变异过程中,沿着权重梯度方向搜索来寻找可行的Pareto最优解。最后,采用两个数值算例测试算法的性能,通过与NSGA—II的比较结果表明该算法能获得多目标优化问题的可行Pareto最优解并且具有很好的分散性。     

多目标优化问题的差分进化算法研究

为保持所求得的多目标优化问题Pareto最优解的多样性,提出了一种精英保留和根据目标函数值进行排序的多目标优化差分进化算法.对排序策略中目标函数的选择方式进行了分析和比较,并提出了一种确定进化过程中求得的精英解是否进入Pareto最优解集的阈值确定方法.用多个经典测试函数进行了实验分析,并与NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行了比较.实验结果表明,该方法收敛到问题的Pareto前沿效果良好,能有效保持所求得的Pareto最优解的多样性.     

基于LSSVM-MODE的水煤浆生产优化控制

水煤浆（CWM）制造过程中,存在着生产成本和水煤浆性能两者矛盾的问题。利用最小二乘支持向量机（LSSVM）对球磨机电流和水煤浆浓度进行多目标建模,并采用基于Pareto最优概念的多目标微分进化（MODE）算法,对运行工况进行寻优,然后根据模糊集理论在Pareto解集中求得满意解,获得水煤浆浓度的优化调整方式和提高水煤浆生产效益的策略,用以指导水煤浆优化生产。

MC—CDMA系统中分集接收的改进AFSA多用户检测

文章在多载波码分多址（MC—CDMA）系统上行链路的频率选择性信道中,提出了一种使用多天线分集接收的基于改进人工鱼群算法（AFSA）的多用户检测（MUD）方案。为了解决多目标问题,考虑针对不同天线分支代价函数根据Pareto优化准则进行个体选择,使改进后的鱼群算法具有选择行为和交叉行为,同时也独立利用不同天线分支信号携带的有用信息。仿真结果表明,在相同计算复杂度下,基于Pareto优化准则的个体选择机制AFSA—MUD的误码率（BER）性能要远远优于基于代价函数线性合并的个体选择机制;通过与单用户和最优检测仿真结果比较也表明,基于该策略的改进人工鱼群算法的多用户检测是有效的。     

区间多目标粒子群优化算法及其应用

提出了一种区间多目标粒子群优化(IMOPSO)算法,用于解决多目标下区间变量的优化问题.基于区间可信度定义两个区间解的占优关系,通过归一化方法和区间拥挤度距离对Pareto最优解排序,并设立归档机制,利用外部存储器保存Pareto最优解集.针对有界误差系统的建模问题,提出了基于IMOPSO算法训练区间神经网络(INN)模型参数的建模方法,解决了误差界已知和误差界未知两种情况下的有界误差系统建模问题.最后,以一阶不确定系统为例,利用所提算法进行了建模仿真,验证了建模方法的有效性.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
