利用直流热阴极辉光放电方法制备出了高品质金刚石厚膜,生长速率达到20μm/h,生长厚度达到3mm.为了解其工作特性、优化沉积工艺,本文研究了放电电压对金刚石沉积速率和品质的影响.通过对扫描电镜、拉曼谱和XRD图谱分析得出,随着放电电压的增加,沉积速率呈下降趋势,电压在850~950V范围金刚石中石墨和非晶碳明显减少,晶粒均匀,表面晶向以(110)为主,金刚石薄膜的质量显著提高.  相似文献

建立了快速沉积高品质金刚石膜的热阴极辉光放电等离子体化学气相沉积新方法. 相对于常规冷阴极辉光放电而言,热阴极辉光放电是一种新型放电形式,具有许多新的特性,其中重要一点是具有较高的放电电流(6.0~10.0 A). 较高的放电电流既是热阴极辉光放电本身的突出特点,同时对于化学气相沉积金刚石膜工艺也产生重要影响. 实验研究了放电电流于金刚石膜沉积速率、表面形貌和热导率的影响,发现由于放电电流影响辉光放电的等离子体区和阳极区,进而对金刚石膜的沉积速率和品质有很大影响. 特别是通过放电电流的提高,可以有效地提高金刚石膜的品质,这对于制备优质金刚石膜产品有重大意义.  相似文献

为满足现代电子工业日益增长的散热需求,急需研究和开发新型高导热陶瓷(玻璃)基复合材料,而改善复合材料中增强相与基体的界面结合状况是提高复合材料热导率的重要途径.本文在对金刚石和镀Cr金刚石进行镀Cu和控制氧化的基础上,利用放电等离子烧结方法制备了不同的金刚石增强玻璃基复合材料,并观察了其微观形貌和界面结合状况,测定了复合材料的热导率.实验结果表明:复合材料中金刚石颗粒均匀分布于玻璃基体中,Cu/金刚石界面和Cr/Cu界面分别是两种复合材料中结合最弱的界面;复合材料的热导率随着金刚石体积分数的增加而增加;金刚石/玻璃复合材料的热导率随着镀Cu层厚度的增加而降低,由于镀Cr层实现了与金刚石的化学结合以及Cr在Cu层中的扩散,镀Cr金刚石/玻璃复合材料的热导率随着镀Cu层厚度的增加而增加.当金刚石粒径为100μm、体积分数为70%及镀Cu层厚度为约1.59μm时,复合材料的热导率最高达到约91.0 W·m-1·K-1.  相似文献

在气体循环条件下采用H2、CH4和Ar的混合气体,利用100kW直流电弧等离子喷射CVD系统,在850和950℃下在Mo衬底上沉积了不同厚度的金刚石膜;并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和Raman光谱对膜的形貌、品质、取向和残余应力进行了分析.结果表明:在850℃下,随着金刚石膜厚度的增加,膜的品质不断提高,残余应力逐渐减小,且残余应力为拉应力,膜的生长稳定性很好;在反应气体流速不变的条件下,相比950℃沉积的厚度为120μm的金刚石膜,在850℃下沉积的厚度为110μm的金刚石膜有更好的生长稳定性,膜的品质更高,残余应力更小.  相似文献

金刚石具有高透过率、高热导率、高的化学和热稳定性以及优异的力学性能,是制造高速飞行器红外窗口和头罩的理想材料。然而,在高速飞行时,由于空气动力加热会产生很高的温度,使金刚石迅速发生氧化,导致透过率急剧下降。为此,需要在金刚石表面制备抗氧化增透涂层。本文采用射频磁控反应溅射法制备Y2O3薄膜,观察了薄膜的沉积分布,并通过电磁场理论对沉积分布进行了探讨,结果表明:在腔体内的电场线分布是导致薄膜厚度周期性变化的主要因素。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
