中华猕猴桃的组织培养及其实用快速繁殖

简述了对木本经济植物中华猕猴桃（Actinidia chinensis）进行组培快繁育苗的具体方法，并针对传组培法育苗不太重视试管苗后期的炼苗移栽等环节的不足，特别加强了对猕猴桃组培苗在成为田间商品苗之前的培育管理方法的研究，从而提高了组培苗的移栽成活率（达85％以上），本研究成果是对传统方法的改进，和于真正提高农业生产实践中优良果木组培育苗的实际成功率。

小黑杨组培苗移栽试验初报

对小黑杨优良无性系经组培扩繁,进行移栽试验,通过正交试验设计,对试管苗根系发育情况、试管苗木质化程度、移栽基质、遮荫管理等四个主要因子进行方差分析表明,在0．01水平差异均极显著。确定出试管苗根系发育的好坏是影响移栽成活率的主要因子,其次是苗木木质化程度。     

不同无性繁殖复壮措施对桉树生长及抗病性比较研究

以巨尾桉(Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla)广林9号幼林为材料,采用组培繁殖和扦插繁殖两种苗木进行桉树生长规律及抗病性衰退的比较研究。组培繁殖设4个处理,分别为第1、8、15、28次继代苗(简称为组培1代、组培8代、组培15代和组培28代);扦插繁殖设3个处理,种植第15代组培苗做采穗圃,分别于第1、2、3年后采穗扦插的扦插苗(简称为1年扦插、2年扦插和3年扦插)。试验结果表明,不同无性繁殖方法的幼林树高、地径生长曲线呈双峰型,峰值分别出现在3月和6月,树高、地径生长量及月增长量变化不同,组培苗在地径生长方面具有较大优势,树高生长方面虽然前期较差,但后期增长快,总体上仍具有优势;同一繁殖方法随着繁殖代数增加,树高、地径生长均呈下降趋势;不同繁殖方法以及不同繁殖代数都会对抗青枯病能力造成影响,组培苗的抗病性优于扦插苗,同一繁殖方法随着繁殖代数的增加抗病性下降,但抗病性衰退速度不同;不同无性繁殖的抗焦枯病能力不同,组培苗随着继代次数的增加而减弱,扦插苗随着繁殖年份的增加而升高;7种无性繁殖复壮措施的抗衰退能力为组培1代最强,组培8代次之,3年扦插最弱。     

甘薯脱毒试管苗瓶外生根的研究

试管苗瓶外生根技术是组培工厂化育苗中一项具有很大应用价值的实用技术。以甘薯脱毒试管苗为材料,对瓶外生根进行了研究。结果表明,试管苗质量、基质、生长素均能影响试管苗的瓶外生根;污染试管苗用瓶外生根技术可达到84．5％的生根率;采用瓶外生根后移栽的方式获得的移栽苗比炼苗后移栽的方式高124．74％,可使移栽成活率提高3％。     

黑龙江省西部半干旱风沙区银中杨组培苗移栽试验初报

银中杨是齐齐哈尔地区平原乃至山地造林和退耕还林的优良树种之一。我们对银中杨优良无性系经组培扩繁,进行移栽试验,通过正交试验设计,对试管苗根系发育情况、试管苗木质化程度、移栽基质、遮荫管理等四个主要因子进行方差分析表明,在0.01水平差异均极显著。确定出银中杨试管苗根系发育的好坏是影响银中杨移栽成活率的主要因子,其次是苗木的木质化程度。

一品红组培苗炼苗试验研究

炼苗是苗木组培快繁的关键环节之一,对于苗木快繁目的的实现具有重要意义。研究从苗木质量、移栽基质、保留有效叶片数、温湿度等方面对一品红生根组培苗进行了炼苗试验,初步得出基部愈伤组织少的生根壮苗,在蛭石、珍珠岩等基质中易炼苗成活;炼苗棚内湿度保持在90%~100%,温度25~30℃,也是保证成活率高的适宜条件。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
