HPLC测定平消胶囊中马钱子碱和仙鹤草酚的含量

为了测定抗胆管癌中成药平消胶囊的有效成分马钱子碱和仙鹤草酚的含量,本实验采用高效液相色谱法．结果发现马钱子碱在0．102～0．918μg、仙鹤草酚在0．01196～0．1125μg范围线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0．9999和0．9998;平均回收率分别为99．28％（RSD=1．65％）、101．04％（RSD=1．37％）,平消胶囊中马钱子碱的含量为0．855mg／g,仙鹤草酚的含量为1．372mg／g．本方法操作可靠、精确,适用于平消胶囊中马钱子碱和仙鹤草酚的含量测定．     

RP-HPLC法同时测定延胡索药材中延胡索乙素和原阿片碱

建立了反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法同时测定延胡索药材中延胡索乙素与原阿片碱含量的方法，并对不同产地延胡索药材中延胡索乙素与原阿片碱含量进行了考察．结果表明，使用Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱，甲醇一磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=7．68，V：V=65：35)流动相，在检测波长281nm下，测定延胡索乙素与原阿片碱的线性范围分别为0．13～4．68μg和0．09～3．24μg，平均回收率分别为101．86％和98．13％，RSD分别为1．42％和1．36％．结果表明，此法简便、准确、快速，可用于药材中延胡索乙素与原阿片碱含量的测定，也可用于含这两种生物碱的药材的质量评价；两种生物碱含量在不同产地及来源延胡索药材中有较大差别．     

神农架山地土壤的基本肥力特征

为了解神农架地区土壤的基本肥力特征,在神农架进行为期20多天的野外土壤调查,采集156个土壤样品,并分析测定土壤砾石含量、pH值、有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量．结果表明,神农架土壤砾石含量在0～87％之间,砾石含量大于10％的土壤占65．4％．土壤pH在3．8～8．0之间,酸性和强酸性土壤占73．1％,没有强碱性土壤．土壤有机质含量分别在1．9-144．0gkg。之间,有机质丰富的占50％．碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量范围分别为26～766、1．8～115．3和16-399mgkg-1,碱解氮丰富的土壤占67．3％,速效磷丰富的土壤不足20％,而缺乏的却占63％,速效钾丰富和缺乏各占30％左右．相关分析表明,土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾相互之间均呈极显著的线性相关,土壤有机质与碱解氮的相关性最高,与速效磷的相关性最低．总之,神农架土壤具有砾质性,以酸性土壤为主,有机质和碱解氮处于丰富水平,速效磷处于缺乏水平,速效钾处于中等水平．     

热再生树脂对乳酸吸附解吸性能的研究

聚苯乙烯经氯甲基化反应后，再与含两性功能的赖氨酸发生胺化反应，制得直接带有弱酸、弱碱功能基团的热再生树脂DRl、DR2．研究了此树脂对乳酸的吸附及解吸性能．结果表明，在室温条件下，每克树脂DRl、DR2及对照树脂D354对乳酸的静态吸附量分别为0．352g、0．411g、0．461g；对乳酸的动态吸附量分别为0．25g、0．30g、0．344g．以90℃热水为洗脱剂，其洗脱效率分别为61％、73％、21％。     

紫外分光光度法测定环境水中的硝酸盐氮

本基于硝酸盐氮在201．2nm处有强烈吸收，且干扰少，在PH=8碱条件下，建立了用紫外分光光度法直接测定水样中的硝酸盐氮的方法。硝酸盐氮在0～7．0mg／L范围内遵守比尔定律．加标回收率为99．1％～100．1％，检出限0．1000mg／L。可用于自来水，湖水中硝酸盐氮的测定，结果满意．     

0.3，苦·小檗碱·黄酮水剂防治辣椒病毒病的研究

辣椒病毒病是一种广泛发生的辣椒病害，常造成大量减产．该文对新型的植物源农药0.3％苦·小檗碱·黄酮水剂防治辣椒病毒病的效果进行2年田间试验．结果表明：0．3％苦·小檗碱·黄酮水剂100～200倍液对辣椒病毒病具有较好的防治效果．在连续3次用药后，其防治效果可以达到55％～76％。     

炮制时间对蒙药制草乌总乌头碱含量的影响与中药制草乌的总乌头碱含量比较

目的：为了保证含草乌蒙药的安全、有效，测定在诃子汤里炮制3、5、7天的三批草乌的总乌头碱含量和中药制草乌的总乌头碱含量，并比较其总乌头碱的含量．方法：用酸性染料比色法进行测定．结果：在诃子汤里炮制3、5、7天的三批草乌的总乌头碱平均含量分别为5．201％，4．966％，4．861％，加样回收率为100．71％；CV（％）=0．602．结论：炮制时间长短不一之草乌的总乌头碱含量不一样，但均高于中药制草乌的总乌头碱含量．     

RP-HPLC法测定人血草中黄连碱和白屈菜红碱的含量

目的：建立人血草干燥全草中黄连碱和白屈菜红碱含量的测定方法．方法：采用反相HPLC法．色谱柱为YMC—PackODS—AA（4．6mm×250mm,5肚m）,以乙腈一水（0．2％磷酸＋0．2％三乙胺）体系梯度洗脱,检测波长280nm,流速1．0mL·min-1,柱温30℃．结果：黄连碱在13．24～264．8μg·mL叫质量浓度范围内面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997）;加样回收率为99．4％,RSD为1．1％（n=6）．白屈菜红碱在6．36～127．2μg·mI．一质量浓度范围内面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998）;加样回收率为101．6％,RSD为1．2％（n=6）．结论：本法简单、准确,重复性好,可用于人血草药材的质量．     

槐果碱对人红白血病K562细胞的增殖抑制和诱导凋亡作用

研究了槐果碱对人红白血病细胞株K562的增殖抑制和诱导细胞凋亡的作用，应用流式细胞仪进一步观察槐果碱对K562细胞周期的影响。结果表明：槐果碱对K562细胞生长有明显的抑制作用，且这种抑制作用呈浓度依赖性、时间依赖性。细胞经0．8g／L、1．0g／L的槐果碱作用48h后，即呈现典型的细胞凋亡形态学变化，作用72h后DNA凝胶电泳出现片段的梯形条带。流式细胞仪分析显示，用1．0g／L槐果碱使K562细胞阻滞于G0／G1期，作用72h后G0／G1细胞比例由38．0％上升到56．2％。槐果碱对人红白血病细胞K562的增殖具有明显的抑制作用，并能诱导其发生凋亡。     

马占相思木材酸碱性质与抽提物含量及其相关性

对10年生马占相思木材酸碱性质和抽提物含量进行了测定和相关分析，结果表明：马占相思木材平均pH为5．34，呈酸性，其酸缓冲容量和碱缓冲容量分别为0．142mmol和0．053mmol，两者的比值为2．68，其冷水、热水、1％NaOH和苯-醇的抽提物含量平均值分别为4．84％，5．75％，15．98％和6．09％；心材的酸缓冲容量和冷水、热水、1％NaOH及苯-醇的抽提物含量明显高于边材，并随着树干高度的增加而减小；而pH和碱缓冲容量则低于边材，并随着树干高度的增加而增大；pH与酸缓冲容量及热水、1％NaOH和苯-醇的抽提物含量呈负相关，而与碱缓冲容量和冷水抽提物含量呈正相关。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
