水稻对稻瘟病抗性的遗传

在1984年用042号稻瘟病菌株接种9个杂交水稻组合的亲本、F_1、F_2、F_3代的结果表明,IR_(24)、IR_(26)和吉粱各具有1对显性抗瘟基因;V_(20)A具有2对隐性抗瘟基因;早36具有2对显性抗瘟基因;3624-33具有2对显性互补的抗瘟基因,VT34-1具有1对显性和1对隐性抗瘟基因.     

旱黄瓜单性结实性遗传分析

为深入了解旱黄瓜单性结实性遗传规律,基于旱黄瓜强单性结实自交系6457和非单性结实自交系6429,采用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传分析方法,对旱黄瓜单性结实性进行了6家系世代(P_1,P_2,F_1,B_(1∶2),B_(2∶2),F_(2∶3))联合分析。结果表明:旱黄瓜单性结实性表现为不完全显性遗传,符合D-0遗传模型,受1对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因控制。主基因的加性效应值和显性效应值分别为10.31和7.73。B_(1∶2),B_(2∶2),F_(2∶3)的主基因遗传率分别为1.44%,39.65%,24.62%;B_(1∶2),B_(2∶2),F_(2∶3)的多基因遗传率分别为53.31%,0.00%,35.21%。     

杂交水稻对白叶枯病抗性的遗传

用9号白叶枯菌株接种9个杂交水稻组合的亲本。F_1、F_2和F_3代的结果表明,VT_(34-1)具有2对显性互补的抗病基因;IR_(26)和3624—33都具有3对显性互补的抗病基因;早36具有2对显性抗病基因。     

内P-隐性信息与它的分离

P-集合(packet set)是由内P-集合X-F(internal packet set X-F)与外P-集合X F(outer packet set X F)构成的集合对,或者(X F,X F)是P-集合.P-集合具有显性、隐性特征,但显性、隐性概念具有相对性.把内P-信息显性、隐性概念拓展,对内P-隐性信息进一步研究:给出了内P-隐性、显性信息等概念,给出了内P-隐性信息的度量、特征、分离定理;最后给出内P-隐性信息在动态信息分离中的应用;隐性特征是P-集合的重要特征之一.     

308外P-隐性信息与它的生成-融合

王朗国家级自然保护区隐芒蝇属分类研究及1新种记述

对四川王朗国家级自然保护区隐芒蝇属(双翅目：隐芒蝇科)昆虫进行了研究，记述了短须隐芒蝇Cryptochetum brevipalpise sp. nov.、二尖隐芒蝇C.dicranae Xi, Guan&Yin, 2020和云南隐芒蝇C.yunnanum Xi&Yang, 2015,并提供了特征图.列出了中国该属的已知种名录，概括了该属在中国的分布特点.模式标本保存在河南农业大学标本馆(Henan Agricultural University Museum, HAUM).     

棉花“洞A_3”雄性不育小孢子败育的细胞学观察

前言据国外的研究,棉花雄性不育受核基因控制者,有隐性基因和显性基因两类。目前,在陆地棉中,已发现了三个显性核基因 Ms_4、Ms_7、Ms_(10)控制的材料,并对细胞学进行了分析,取得了一定的成果。在国内,除了发现受一对隐性核基因控制的棉花“洞 A”雄性不育系外,还发现了新的受显性核基因控制的新海雄性不育系(属海岛棉)和“洞 A_3”雄性不育     

普通小麦多子房性状的研究 Ⅰ.多子房的形态发生及其基因定位

通过对普通小麦(Tr.aestivum.L.)“多子房”的品系雌雄蕊分化期幼穗和小花的显微镜观察检查,确定多子房(指额外子房)发生的时期、部位、数量,及其与雄蕊心皮化的区别。以“中国春”(Chinese Spring)21个单体及正常二体植株作母本,分别授以普通小麦“多子房”品系花粉,经细胞学鉴定表明:单体—5D和单体—6B两个关键组合,F_1单体植株都表现多子房;其余19个非关键组合的F_1单体植株和二体组合的F_1植株均不表现多子房。因而可认为:多子房性状,是由分别位于染色体5D和6B上的二个半合有效、同效异位的隐性基因所控制。现建议用符号mo_1表示染色体5D上的多子房基因;以符号mo_2表示染色体6B上的多子房基因。     

二棱和四棱皮大麦农艺性状对产量的通径分析与比较研究

对二棱带皮型和四棱带皮型大麦的7个农艺性状与单株产量分别进行了通径分析和比较研究,结果表明：在二棱大麦中, 各性状对单株产量的直接正效应从大到小的顺序依次为：单株穗数、千粒重、芒长和穗长等,而在四棱大麦中,则为：单株穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重和千粒等,可见两种类型中,单株穗数对单株产量的贡献均居首位,因此,两种类型的大麦要提高单株产量均应以增加单株有效穗数为主,二棱皮大麦要兼顾高千粒重、长芒和长穗为配合选择指标,四棱皮大麦则应有两种选择模式;饲用大麦追求高产,应注重“穗重型”,而啤酒大麦应以大粒高产为主要育种目标。     

一个与隔离性定理等价的定理

在讨论集合与集合的位置关系时,有 定理、设F_1,F_2是二有界闭集,F_1∩F_2=(?),则有开集G_1,G_2使G_2F_2,G_1nG+2=(?). 这个定理叫做隔离性定理,它与下述定理等价。 定理1、设F_1,F_2是二闭集,其一有界且F_1∩F+2=则有闭集E_1F_1,E_2F_2,且p(E_1,E_2)>0.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
