增重率对化学镀铜-镍涤纶织物电磁屏蔽性能的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用化学镀技术,实现了涤纶织物表面铜-镍双层镀.借助SEM、EDX和TG分析了镀层表面的形貌、成分以及热性能,并测试了化学镀涤纶织物的电磁波屏蔽、表面比电阻和拉伸性能.结果表明,涤纶织物化学镀铜-镍后热分解温度有所下降.随着化学镀涤纶织物增重率的增加,电磁波屏蔽效能开始时增加较快,后又趋于平缓;当增重率达到一定值时,屏蔽效能主要受金属镀层成分的影响.表面比电阻随着增重率的增加而减小.化学镀涤纶织物的拉伸曲线同时具有金属和纤维的拉伸特性,主要受金属镀层厚度的影响.  相似文献

基于不同混纺比,借助于显微镜观察和利用Onions指数法研究了7种异形涤纶混纺纱线中三角涤纶纤维的径向分布对纱线光泽的影响.根据实验结果得出纱线光泽与Onions指数有较高的相关性;Onions指数与三角涤纶的混纺比成线性关系,而三角涤纶的利用率与三角涤纶含量并不成线性关系.  相似文献

为探究加捻对着色涤纶长丝颜色变化的影响规律,满足色纺纱线及最终着色涤纶织物的产品设计的需要,采用思维士测色仪测试和分析了不同加捻程度的着色(棕绿色)涤纶长丝纱线的颜色变化规律.测试结果表明:随着纱线加捻程度的增加,着色涤纶长丝纱线颜色的色度指标明度、饱和度呈负指数规律下降,色调角略有增大.即纱线颜色将变“深”、“暗”,且其色相偏向于“蓝绿”色调.  相似文献

在不同pH染浴中测试了C.I.分散红60及其相关品种(C。I。分散红127、146及191)对涤纶织物的染色性能。结果表明,染浴pH不影响C.I.分散红60、191对涤纶织物染色的提升力。中性、碱性染浴下C。I。分散红146对涤纶织物的染色性能优于酸性染浴。C.I.分散红127在碱性染浴下对涤纶织物染色的提升力小于中性染浴,在酸性条件下能获得最佳提升力。染浴pH对上述染料的而晒、耐升华牢度没有影响  相似文献

涤纶母体着色剂科研项目是北京市科委下达给我院的科研任务。我院从1979年开始研究涤纶母体着色剂中载体树脂的组成、配比及共聚条件,其中包括助剂的筛选,对共聚反应条件的影响。研制以溶剂法和可溶性法两条不同工艺路线的涤纶母体着色剂,并对所用载体树脂进行研究。确定了二氧六环为溶剂、三元共聚树脂为载体树脂及选用耐高温的有机颜料三者一起进行颜料预处理来制备涤纶母体着色剂的方法。  相似文献

研究了Coolbst异形涤纶纤维的表面性能及其物理机械性能,测试了Coolbst纤维的毛细高度、扩散面积和透湿气性能,并与常规涤纶和棉纤维进行了比较.结果表明,Coolbs纤维的毛细高度、扩散面积等表征纤维吸湿排汗性和透气性等指标均好于常规涤纶和棉纤维,略逊于Coolmax纤维,已达到吸湿排汗纤维的标准.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
