为了研究铒离子的发光和氟氧化物玻璃中形成的氟化物微晶的关系,制备了三种掺饵的氟氧化物玻璃,用X射线衍射分析了样品中形成的氟化物微晶,从632.8nm激光激发时间的发射光谱中,首次发现了一种新的氟氧化物玻璃基质发光的现象。在氟氧化物玻璃中如果没有形成氟化物微晶,铒掺杂于玻璃中,632.8nm激光激发时激发态的铒离子容易将能量传递给基质并引起基质发光;如果将镱和铒离子共同掺入氟氧化物玻璃中,容易形成含稀土铒镱的氟化物微晶,含微晶的玻璃又叫玻璃陶瓷,由于氟化物的声子能量较小,632.8nm激光激发时激发态的铒离子的无辐射弛豫几率较小,铒离子的发光较强,在玻璃中形成含稀土氟化物微晶可以减小基质的发光强度,这是提高铒离子发光的有效手段之一。  相似文献

选择硼硅酸盐体系,采用两步法制备了Eu,Dy掺杂的硼硅酸盐基质玻璃,并对其进行了激发光谱和发射光谱的分析.实验结果表明:该发光玻璃经紫外光激发后,发光峰位于482nm,为Eu2+的典型发射峰.发光粉的最佳掺入量为40%,同时随着烧制时间的延长,发光玻璃的发光时间及余辉强度都逐渐下降.  相似文献

考察了PbO-Bi_2O_3-B_2O_3系统玻璃的制备、组成与密度的关系及其荧光性能。研究表明,当B_2O_3引入量的摩尔分数为5%~60%时,可获得密度值为5~8g/cm ̄3的玻璃,玻璃的密度随B_2O_3引入量的增加而减少,发射光谱证实,PbO-Bi_2O_3-B_2O_3玻璃能在可见光区发射荧光,发光原因是玻璃中含有Pb ̄(2+),Bi ̄(3+)发光离子,其荧光波长与玻璃组成、结构及激发波长大小有关。  相似文献

白光LED用量子点玻璃不但具有量子点高荧光效率、发光波长可调和较窄的发射波长等新颖的光学特性,而且量子点的热稳定性差和水氧抵抗性差的问题也很好的得到了解决,可以有效的避免封装材料黄化老化、发光不均匀和出现光斑等传统封装白光LED出现的问题。综述了白光LED用量子点玻璃的制备方法及其在LED的应用,并对白光LED用量子点玻璃的荧光效率和无铅、无镉量子点玻璃的研制提出了进一步展望。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
