投资项目的灰色综合评价及应用

针对投资项目评价问题,运用灰色系统和逐一比较法,提出了一个投资项目的灰色综合评价的方法,并且给出实例说明其应用。     

基于灰色系统理论的房地产投资环境分析方法

在研究近年来我国房地产开发投资环境分析方法的基础上，将灰色系统理论与传统的综合评价法相结合，得到了一种基于灰色系统理论关联度分析法的综合评价方法，是一种比传统的综合评价法更优的房地产投资环境分析方法．     

基于灰色模糊评价和TOPSIS法的大型公共工程项目投资决策研究

针对因决策指标具有模糊性和不确定性致使决策过程存在偏差,最终导致决策结果不合理等问题,建立了基于灰色模糊评价和TOPSIS法的大型公共工程投资决策模型.通过灰色模糊评价法确定指标评价值并消除因素制约和指标模糊性,采用TOPSIS法计算评价对象与理想化目标的贴近程度并据此排序,以确定项目投资优先级,最终选择最佳的工程项目投资建设.实例应用表明,该决策模型具有一定的科学性和可靠性,为政府对大型公共工程项目的投资决策提供科学的决策依据.     

灰色模糊综合评价在新产品开发项目选择中的应用

通过对目前一些常用评价方法，如层次分析法AHP法，模糊综合评判法的优缺点研究，提出了灰色模糊关联新产品开发项目评价新方法。在上述研究的基础上，建立了基于灰色模糊理论新产品开发项目选择综合评价模型。     

多层次灰色评价法在房地产开发风险评价中的应用

文章首先阐述了多层次灰色评价法的概念,建立了房地产投资风险评估指标体系,构建了基于多层次灰色评价法的房地产投资风险评价模型;详细阐述了如何运用此方法对房地产投资风险进行评价。     

项目风险模糊灰色综合评价方法研究

针对单纯采用模糊评价或灰色评价方法都不能客观、准确地评价项目总体风险大小这一问题，利用灰色聚类理论得到指标灰色统计量，构造项目风险模糊隶属度矩阵，建立了一种灰色评价与模糊评价相结合的风险综合评价方法，该方法能充分利用专家评判信息的模糊性与灰性，使项目风险评价更为客观、准确。将此方法应用于航空武器装备项目风险综合评价的结果表明，该方法可行且有效。

简要介绍了安全投资、安全效益及其关系。对某矿山企业的安全投入与事故损失情况进行了分析,并根据灰色系统理论中的灰色关联分析的步骤对该企业的各安全投资项目进行了分析,得出了与事故损失关联度最大的投资项目,确定了最佳投资方向。     

基于灰色系统理论的BOT项目风险评价研究

在全面分析BOT项目风险的基础上,建立了BOT项目风险评价指标体系。由于在BOT项目风险评价指标体系中,有些指标评价信息不完全,具有灰色性。考虑到这一特点,采用灰色系统理论的评价方法,把BOT项目看作一个灰色系统,力求准确地评价BOT项目所面临的风险,为BOT项目决策提供依据。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
