如何提高学生终身体育意识

终身体育,是指一个人终身进行体育锻炼和接受体育教育,即要在人的一生中实施体育。《全民健身计划纲要》要求：对学生进行终身体育的教育,培养学生体育锻炼的意识与习惯。由此可见,在学生阶段,增加体质固然重要,但更重要的是培养他们的终身体育观和终身体育锻炼能力。因此,激发和保持学生的运动兴趣,使学生更自觉积极地进行体育锻炼,养成终身体育韵良好习惯,是体育教师工作的重点共同探讨的一个热点问题。对于如何培养学生终身体育意识,笔者进行过一些有益的尝试,现在提供给大家共同探讨。     

论大学生终身体育意识的培养

终身体育是指一个人终身从事体育锻炼和接受体育教育。作为学校教育有机组成部分的体育教学，必须以终身体育作为指导思想，培养学生的终身体育意识。     

深化体育改革 增强终身体育意识

高校体育改革必须确立终身体育的指导思想.充分利用学生在校接受教育的有利时机.培养体育锻炼的兴趣和习惯,帮助学生形成自学、自练、自控的能力.     

中学生体育锻炼态度与习惯的调查研究

中学阶段学生的体育锻炼态度和习惯的培养是实现中学体育目标和任务的重要环节.通过对中学生体育锻炼态度和习惯的调查与研究,阐述良好的体育锻炼态度和习惯对学生未来终身体育所产生的影响.为了更好地完成中学体育教育的目标和任务,必须重视学生体育锻炼的态度与习惯的培养.     

普通高校学生对体育课兴趣的探讨

＂终身体育＂的提出是体育教育改革的一大创举,而经调查高校大多数学生不喜欢体育课,不喜欢体育锻炼仍然是普通高校的普遍现象。高校是培养高层次人才的基地,是人的一生中接受身体教育的最后时期,也是学生生理和心理趋于成熟和完善的时期。因此,如何培养普通高校学生对体育课的兴趣以及加强学生对体育价值的认知仍是普通高校需解决的问题。

中职体育教学中学生终身体育意识的培养

中职体育是终身体育的重要组成部分，在接受中职体育教育中的学生正处身体发育的重要时期，也是踏上工作岗位前的最后阶段，高中阶段的体育锻炼是人生体育锻炼的基础阶段，也是成型的阶段，正是培养学生树立终身体育意识的重要时期，使职校学生在走向社会时，能保持一个良好的健康身体，更好地适应社会工作和生活。本文就如何深入认识终身体育、培养“生活体育”理念；激发学生体育兴趣、积极投身体育锻炼；根据学生素质基础、培养学生“一技之长”；根据学生专业特性、开展配套项目教学；提升教师专业素养，培养学生体育能力方面作一些思考和探索。

在高职体育教学中贯彻终身体育教育,是高职体育教学中一个必须重视的问题。观念的改变首当其冲,其次要培养学生的学习兴趣,进尔培养学生自主爱好体育,自主进行体育锻炼的兴趣和能力。同时针对学生爱好,有目的有计划地导学生掌握一两项专长爱好,以求养成终身体育的习惯。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
