面向中文微博的情感要素抽取方法

研究第五届中文倾向性分析评测的任务3和任务4,即微博的倾向性分析和评价对象识别.网络新词多,句子格式不规范,语言简短且包含的情感内容多都是微博分析的难点.针对此问题,提出对中文微博的过滤算法.在词语倾向性识别中,构建基础观点词和网络观点词等词典,然后利用知网识别所有词语的倾向性.在评价对象的抽取方面,提出一种面向微博的基于统计和规则相结合的评价对象抽取方法,特别是提出利用句法分析和评价词、评价对象互信息的联合抽取算法.实验表明,该算法可以提升评价对象抽取的效果.     

基于三支决策的中文微博观点句识别研究

微博观点句识别是对微博进行观点挖掘和舆情分析的基础,因此观点句识别的准确率对后续研究工作至关重要。提出了一种基于三支决策的中文微博观点句识别方法,采用支持向量机分类器,sigmoid函数计算某条微博属于观点句的概率,并将基于三支决策的中文微博观点句识别方法与传统支持向量机方法进行对比实验,实验结果表明,基于三支决策的中文微博观点句识别方法取得了很好的识别效果。     

基于组块分析的评价对象识别及其应用

观点挖掘技术旨在面向更为广阔的产品领域,从文本中自动获取观点所评价的对象,并有针对性地分析评论的倾向性.本文通过建立ChunkCRF模型对观点表达句中显式观点评价对象的识别;借助句法关系对句中出现多个评价对象的问题进行处理;利用语义搭配习惯对隐式评价对象进行填充生成.在此基础上,本文实现了基于观点评价对象的观点抽取与观...     

基于三层过滤的评价对象抽取

针对互联网中的产品评论信息,提出一种三层过滤的评价对象抽取方法.该方法采用一个自举式的抽取算法在评论文本中得到候选的评价对象和情感词;利用评价对象与情感词之间的关联度对候选词进行关联置信度计算,提取关联置信度高的评价对象以提高识别的准确率;引入一个不相关的平行领域对剩余的候选词进行领域置信度计算,挖掘低频的评价对象.3个公开数据集中的实验结果表明该方法能够显著地提高评价对象的识别效果.      

基于循环层叠条件随机场的评价对象识别

随着微博、论坛等社交平台的兴起,如何针对观点句进行评价对象识别已经成为了自然语言处理领域研究的热点之一.传统的评价对象识别技术在一定程度上取得了不错的效果,但其在模型优化、新词覆盖度和准确率方面仍有很大不足.因此,提出一种全新的循环层叠条件随机场模型,融合基于词性与句法语义的候选评价对象抽取方法提高新词覆盖度,并采用支持向量机对评价对象进行筛选过滤以提高准确率.实验结果表明,基于循环层叠条件随机场的评价对象识别方法可以取得较好的效果.     

基于LDA与评价对象的微博观点摘要

针对微博话题观点摘要问题,提出一种基于LDA与评价对象相结合的微博观点摘要方法.首先,利用LDA模型得到话题的词分布矩阵和文档的话题分布矩阵,把两个矩阵的乘积作为各个词在句子中的权重分布矩阵,再利用词频与词权重分布矩阵的乘积作为词的重要度;然后,通过词的词性标注规则从句子中选择候选评价对象,再计算句子中候选评价对象的稳定性;最后,把句子中所有词的重要度与句子中所有候选评价对象的稳定性的总和作为句子权重,并从大到小排序,再进行观点句识别,并去除相似性较大的句子,抽取前20个句子作为话题观点摘要.实验结果表明,此方法可以有效地抽取微博观点摘要.     

基于依存分析与特征组合的微博情感分析

针对微博短文本存在口语化、简洁化等社交网络特征,充分利用句法依存关系以及条件随机场(conditional random fields,CRFs),抽取候选评价对象,并在基于机器学习的微博情感分类方法的基础上结合情感分析词典,引入情感值、微博标签、主题等特征,优化分类性能。在COAE(Chinese opinion analysis evaluation)微博评测数据集上,以准确率、召回率、F1值为评价指标对所提方法进行验证,证实了基于句法依存分析与CRFs相结合的评价对象抽取方法的有效性,分析了各类特征对情感分类性能的影响,最终在COAE微博观点句识别任务中准确率达91.4%。     

微博产品评论的情感倾向性分析方法

提出一种微博平台上的产品评论情感倾向性分析方法,对特定语料库的产品特征词的词性进行分析,得到特征词的词性重要程度顺序;以情感词典识别的情感词为起点,提出一种依据词性重要程度的"特征观点对"识别规则,并依据该规则进行语义倾向的情感计算。实验结果表明,该方法在产品特征抽取及语义倾向的判断上具有较好的结果。结合微博的转发数和评论数,进行用户观点分析,计算用户对产品的认可度,挖掘产品属性的优缺点,实证分析证明这种方法的可行性。     

中文微博观点句识别及评价对象抽取方法

根据微博文本中句子的依存关系和情感词在依存关系中的位置来提取特征,将特征应用于最大熵模型来预测句子的情感倾向(褒义、贬义或中性)。并在此基础上,将词、词性和词在句法结构中的成分作为特征,训练条件随机场统计模型以此预测评价对象。实验结果表明,将句法依存关系作为特征应用到中文微博观点句识别中能够取得不错的效果,明显提高了中文微博观点句的识别率。     

基于卷积神经网络的隐式评价对象识别

为解决课程评论中隐式评价对象识别问题,提出了一种基于文本分类的隐式评价对象的识别方法。首先通过word2vec 模型获得训练文本对应的词向量,获得短文本特征; 其次将短文本特征在TextCNN 中进一步提取高层次特征,通过K-max 池化操作后放入Softmax 分类器中进行训练得出分类模型; 最后利用训练好的分类器对隐式评价句进行分类,获取隐式评价句对应的评价对象。实验表明,基于卷积神经网络对隐式课程评论进行属性分类,课程评论的隐式评价对象识别正确率达到89． 9%,满足了课程评论中对隐式评价句对象识别的需求。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
