为了改善普通乳化沥青的高温性能,选择水性环氧树脂(waterborne epoxy resin, WER)和丁苯橡胶(styrene butadiene rubber, SBR)两种改性剂制备WER-SBR复合改性乳化沥青(WER-SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt, WER-SCMEA),通过动态剪切流变和同步热分析试验对WER-SCMEA的高温性能进行研究。结果表明:当WER掺量较小时,各温度条件下WER-SCMEA的高温流变性能不及SBR改性乳化沥青,但随着水性环氧树脂掺量(≥6%)的增加,各温度条件下WER-SCMEA蒸发残留物的复数模量和车辙因子逐渐增大,乳化沥青的高温流变性能得到显著改善,其中52℃和9%WER掺量下其分别增大16.1%和19.0%,相位角减小4.9%;差示扫描量热法(differential scanning calorimetry, DSC)曲线所反映的沥青蒸发残留物的吸热量明显减小,同时吸热峰所处的温度区间变窄,WER-SCMEA的失重温度均高于基质沥青;可见WER和SBR两种改性剂配合使用可显著改善普通...  相似文献

为解决沥青路面微表处早期病害多发问题,使用水性环氧树脂(waterborne epoxy resin,WER)配合丁苯橡胶(styrene butadiene rubber,SBR)对乳化沥青进行复合改性,制备复合改性水性环氧乳化沥青微表处,通过三大指标及黏附性能验证沥青改性效果。以混合料的水稳定性、耐磨耗性及抗滑性作为评价标准,分别采用长期浸水湿轮磨耗试验、多次冻融循环湿轮磨耗试验和四轮加速磨耗试验,对不同水性环氧树脂掺量下的微表处混合料的耐久性进行评价,同时与不掺加水性环氧树脂的SBR改性乳化沥青微表处进行对比。研究结果表明:在复合改性作用下,乳化沥青的高低温性能及黏附性能均得到较大提升,微表处混合料相较普通的SBR改性乳化沥青微表处表现出更为优异的耐久性能,其湿轮磨耗值(wet track abrasion test,WTAT)在长时间浸水与多次冻融循环的条件下不会出现大幅度增长,具有较好的水稳定性能;在15 000次加速磨耗过程中的耐磨耗性能可以维持在较高的水平,且抗滑性能衰减速率较SBR微表处有所下降;水性环氧树脂掺量(质量分数,下同)逐渐增加至8%的过程中,微表处的耐久性可以持续提升,即各项性能在试验过程中的衰减速率逐渐放缓,在超过8%的掺量之后,对微表处的耐久性提升不再明显,所以建议较为经济的水性环氧树脂掺量不宜超过8%。  相似文献

针对普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料水稳定性与温度稳定性较差的问题,文章提出醋酸乙烯-乙烯(vinyl acetate-ethylene, VAE)水性胶改性乳化沥青;通过改性乳化沥青在集料表面的剥落率、蒸发残留后的沥青技术指标优选出VAE改性剂的种类为DA-1410胶粉;采用动态剪切流变仪(dynamic shear rheometer, DSR)试验及荧光显微镜试验,测试VAE质量分数(简称“掺量”)对改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物性能的影响。结果表明:随着VAE掺量增加,改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物的三大指标、沥青标准黏度及沥青在集料表面的剥落率都显著提高;复数剪切模量G*和车辙因子G*/sin δ逐渐增大;当VAE掺量为3%~4%时,沥青的各项性能指标都优异,且其固化物颗粒在沥青中均匀分布,形成紧密结合的交联结构,乳化沥青的性能得到改善。研究结果可为拓展冷再生技术及其应用提供参考。  相似文献

为改善路面加铺微表处薄层罩面后新旧路面间的层间抗剪性能,采用水性环氧树脂(WER)对微表处进行改性。依据直剪试验,研究环氧树脂掺量、油石比、黏层油种类及用量、旧路面类型及水分对环氧树脂微表处层间抗剪性能的影响。结果表明,在微表处中加入水性环氧树脂能改善混合料的抗剪性能;与丁苯橡胶(SBR)改性乳化沥青相比,水性环氧改性乳化沥青高温及黏结性能更好,作为黏结材料对于提高路面层间抗剪性能更有优势;当微表处掺15%水性环氧树脂,油石比为7.7%,黏层油选用水性环氧乳化沥青且用量为0.6 kg/m2 时,结构层层间抗剪性能较好;在沥青混合料与水泥混凝土两种界面上,微表处与沥青混合料的层间抗剪性能更好。  相似文献

沥青结合料是影响路面沥青混合料性能的重要因素之一。为获得性能优良的沥青结合料,本研究采用CMK-50型乳化剂、JR65型SBR胶乳对70~#基质沥青进行先乳化后改性,制取了SBR改性乳化沥青,并采用沥青三大指标及储存稳定性对改性乳化沥青性能进行了系统评价。研究得出:SBR改性乳化沥青具有良好的温感性、黏聚性和储存稳定性,可广泛应用于沥青混合料的制备中。通过电镜扫描(SEM)对普通硅酸盐水泥乳化沥青浆体的表观形貌进行了研究,结果表明:4%水泥掺量的SBR改性乳化沥青浆体具有最佳的密实立体网状结构,形成的混合料强度最佳,从而具有最好的快干效果。  相似文献

将煤沥青与秦皇岛AH-90沥青进行调和及乳化,考察调和沥青及调和后乳化沥青的性质,研究煤沥青的种类及掺量对调和沥青及乳化沥青性质的影响规律。结果表明:煤沥青中大量甲苯不溶物(煤粉)的存在使得调和沥青和乳化沥青蒸发残留物的25℃延度大幅度下降,难以达到标准要求;1#和2#煤沥青最大掺量分别为25%和20%时,乳化沥青的1 d和5 d稳定性合格;相同煤沥青掺量时,1#调和沥青及乳化沥青蒸发残留物较相应的2#调和沥青及乳化沥青蒸发残留物的针入度小、25℃延度大、软化点高;随着煤沥青掺量的增大,两种调和沥青及乳化沥青蒸发残留物的25℃延度、针入度都呈现下降趋势,软化点呈升高趋势。  相似文献

以中海A H-70#基质沥青为基本原料,采用中东天然岩沥青与SBS改性剂复合改性制备高黏沥青.通过均匀设计的方法设计岩沥青与SBS改性剂的复配材料组成,并采用针入度试验、延度试验、软化点试验、60℃动力黏度试验、布氏黏度试验以及DSR试验对复合改性高黏沥青的性能进行测试.结果表明:针入度和延度受岩沥青掺比的控制影响较大;而软化点受SBS改性剂掺比的控制影响较大;复合掺量与60℃动力黏度、布氏黏度以及抗车辙因子均成正相关关系.基于试验分析,采用SPSS软件建立回归模型,运用MATLAB软件计算分析得到天然岩沥青与SBS改性剂的最佳复合掺配比例分别为:5.4%和6.4%.  相似文献

为获得性能优异的改性沥青混合料,选用苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(styrene ethylene butadiene styrene,SEBS)和橡胶粉对沥青进行复合改性,采用正交试验设计优化复合改性沥青的掺配方案,同时选用三大指标、布氏旋转黏度、短期老化模拟(RTFOT)等试验对复合改性沥青、橡胶改性沥青、SEBS改性沥青、基质沥青的黏滞性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、感温性及抗老化性进行对比分析,综合评价其路用性能.正交试验结果表明,SEBS、CR的最优复合掺量分别为5%和16%,最佳制备方案为SEBS和CR同时加入;采用本文方法制备的SEBS/CR复合改性沥青可降低沥青感温性能,改善低温抗裂性能和抗老化性能,对高温稳定性的改善效果尤为明显;此外需考虑目标需求及温差变化较大时复合改性沥青的掺配比例.  相似文献

以有机蒙脱土(OMMT)改性环氧树脂作为改性剂,采用熔融共混法制备了OMMT/环氧树脂改性沥青材料.采用FT-IR、XRD、荧光显微镜、万能材料试验机、热重分析和布氏黏度计等对相容剂与沥青的相容性及复合改性沥青的微观结构、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、热稳定性、黏度特性进行了研究.结果表明:OMMT的掺入使环氧树脂在沥青中分散更均匀,OMMT/环氧树脂复合改性沥青形成剥离型结构;OMMT的掺入使复合改性沥青高温性能及力学性能增强;与环氧树脂改性沥青相比,OMMT/环氧树脂改性沥青的起始分解温度和终止温度分别提高了30.1℃和15℃,高温稳定性明显提高;复合改性沥青固化反应黏度增长平缓,更适合道路施工.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
