以水、氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁悬浮液为吸收剂,在旋转填充床内进行了烟气脱硫实验.着重研究了吸收液流量、吸收剂浓度、进气SO2浓度和旋转床转速对传质速率的影响,分析了各因素对SO2传质速率产生影响的原因.结果表明,在确定的实验条件下,碱性悬浮液吸收SO2的传质速率是纯水的3~4倍,增大吸收液流量和旋转床转速可使SO2的传质速率得到极大的提高.  相似文献

以柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液作为吸收液,在旋转填充床中进行模拟烟气中SO2(体积分数约为0.4%)的吸收实验,考察了各操作条件对脱硫率的影响。实验结果表明:脱硫率随转子转速、液气比的增大而逐渐增大,但均是达到某一值以后基本不再增加;吸收液的初始pH值越大、温度越高、柠檬酸钠浓度越大,则脱硫效果越好。旋转床中柠檬酸钠法烟气脱硫的适宜工艺条件为:旋转填充床转速1200 r/min,液气比8~12 L/m3,吸收液的初始pH值4.5~5.0,柠檬酸钠浓度0.6 mol/L。  相似文献

利用离心传质分离设备-旋转填料床,对其流体力学特性进行了研究,测定了该装置在不同转速,气流量和液流量的干,湿床压降,通过对大量实验数据的分析表明,旋转填料床的干,湿床压降均受气流量及转速的影响,且受气流量影响较大,而与液流量基本无关。  相似文献

通过对不依赖空气动力装置(AIP)排出CO2气体旋转床水吸收体积传质系数(Kla)的理论分析及实验研究,得到了波纹碟片填料旋转床吸收器Kla的半径验关联模型,该模型计算值与实验值相对误差小于20%,可用于实际AIP系统旋转床CO2吸收器的设计计算。实验结果表明,Kla值与旋转床的转速和气、液流量等操作条件有关,当转速从0r/min升高到1000r/min时,Kla值从0.02s^-1增大到0.30s^-1以上。  相似文献

探讨液体的初始分布对逆流旋转填充床流体力学特性和传质的影响。在逆流旋转填充床内,用水吸收空气中的氨,通过使用五种不同的液体分布器,研究操作条件(转速、气量、液量)对逆流旋转填充床气相压降和传质的影响。在相同操作条件下,不同液体分布器对旋转床气相压降影响表现为,旋转床气相压降随转速、气量的增加而增大,随液量的增大而减小,不同分布器对传质的影响不明显。气相总传质系数Kya随转速、气量、液量的增加而增大;旋转床内的传质主要发生在填料层内,从分布器到填料空腔内的传质约占整个旋转床内传质的10%以下。  相似文献

以CO2-NaOH体系为研究对象,研究了超重力旋转床内构件中气-液分布导流片对吸收性能的影响。重点考察了3种不同气-液分布导流片对超重力旋转床中NaOH对CO2吸收过程的流动特性、传质性能的研究。实验结果表明,不同的气-液分布导流片对流体在超重力旋转床中的流动性能产生一定的影响,当采用顺时针偏转的液体分布导流片、径向无偏转的气体分布导流片时,气液两相为顺流接触,可增长液体吸收剂与气体接触时间,获得较好的传质效果。以CO2-NaOH体系为研究对象,传质系数为不添加气-液分布导流片的2.83倍,CO2的脱除率可从43.34%提高到80.00%。  相似文献

利用传热强化与过程节能教育部重点实验室开发的多级雾化超重力旋转床,采用化学吸收的方法测定了其在不同操作条件下的体积传质系数,并根据双膜理论建立了旋转床中气液两相之间的传质模型.实验结果表明,多级雾化超重力旋转床气液两相间的体积传质系数随气液流量的增加而增大.文中还从实验数据中归纳出了液滴内的传质系数方程,指出丝网层的雾化使液滴在离心力的作用下高速旋转进入雾化区,由于液滴内循环非常剧烈,从而使多级雾化旋转床的液滴内传质系数较高.  相似文献

研究了温度、SO2浓度、SO2流量和Na2SO3初始浓度对Na2SO3和SO2反应过程的影响,并得到了该反应的反应级数和宏观动力学方程.实验表明,Na2SO3和SO2反应过程是由气体传质过程控制的,传质速率随温度的升高而降低,反应速率与Na2SO3初始浓度无关,与SO2浓度的1.02次方成正比.  相似文献

超重力旋转床是一种强化化学工业过程的新型反应器,利用高速旋转填料所产生的离心力来模拟超重力环境,液体在高分散、高湍动、强混合以及界面的快速更新下与气相以极大的相对速度在填料的弯曲孔道中进行逆向接触,极大地强化了气液传质过程而不液泛。对影响超重力旋转床气液传质效果的因素,如填料、转子转速以及气/液体流量等进行了综述,并在此基础上,介绍了典型的气液传质理论和近年来国内外对超重力旋转床中气液传质理论及气液传质模型的研究进展,最后对超重力旋转床气液传质的强化技术进行了展望。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
