农村生活垃圾排放管理研究

目的研究农村生活垃圾排放管理存在的问题,分析其特点及产生问题的原因,提出加强农村生活垃圾排放管理的建议.方法通过调研分析,对农村生活垃圾排放管理的现状进行定性研究.结果目前我国农村生活垃圾排放有了较大变化,一是农村垃圾的量变是排放突出特点;二是农村垃圾的质变是排放治理难点;三是农村垃圾排放管理滞后于社会经济的发展是严重现实.结论要全面贯彻落实党中央关于社会主义新农村建设发展总体战略,必须加强农村生活垃圾排放管理工作,做到政府主导,政策支持,社会关注,村民参与.多方位筹集资金,加快基础设施建设,实现农村环境生态化和农村经济的可持续发展.

环境保护越来越被公众所认同,现在大气污染成为需要解决的突出问题。生产企业排出的烟气中含有各种污染物,具体排放的指标需要遵守国家关于固定污染源烟气排放标准。对此,企业需要配有固定污染源烟气排放连续检测系统（CEMS）。     

“生物燃料”和“新一代汽车”

减少温室效应气体排放需要增加成本，这是开发减少排放的技术所必须投入的资金。在IPCC第四次评估报告中，关于运输部门可以采用的减少温室效应气体排放的技术，提到了“生物燃料”和“新一代汽车”。     

论温室气体排放权的财产权属性

关于温室气体排放权的性质有两种观点:认为温室气体排放权仅仅是进行温室气体排放的资格或许可,是政府的一种新型管制工具;或者,认为温室气体排放权是一种特殊的财产权利。立法实践中,温室气体排放权基本上被视为一种政府管制的工具。从生态系统服务的视角看,温室气体排放权其实是对生态系统服务的获取权,应当作为一项财产权利。根据新型财产权的观点,温室气体排放权是国家为了解决气候领域的公地悲剧而创设的具有公法和私法双重属性的管制性财产权。

排放权交易研究：基于SCI和SSCI数据库的文献研究

随着全球气候变暖问题的逐渐凸显,很多国家纷纷建立碳交易市场,排放权交易(Emissions trading)已经成为各个国家应对气候变化最主要的政策工具。排放权交易的广泛实践,带来大量关于排放权交易或是理论或是实证的研究。以"Emissions trading"为主题,通过检索SCI(1990—2014年)和SSCI(2000—2014年)数据库,应用End Note等文献分析工具,对排放权交易进行文献研究,以厘清排放权交易的研究现状,分析未来发展趋势。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
