Summary In the ganglion paracervicale uteri of the rat, there are principle neurons which are able to take up offered catecholamines. Normally there is an inverse relationship between their size and their mean catecholamine-fluorescence. A comparison with the catecholamine-fluorescence of depleted and repleted adrenergic perikarya in the ganglion cervicale superius is made.Acknowledgments. I am very obliged to Dr G. Summary The microfluorimetrical investigation showed that in the principal perikarya of the rat superior cervical ganglion, after inhibition of noradrenaline-synthesis and unilateral preganglionic axotomy, the fluorescence of newly synthesized noradrenaline was most intense at the periphery of the perikarya of the intact side.The authors are deeply indebted to Mr H. Zusammenfassung Im Ganglion ciliare normaler ausgewachsener Ratten werden elektronenmikroskopisch granulierte oder «dense core» Vesikula von etwa 900 bis 1200 Å Durchmesser festgestellt (in Nervenfasern, im Zytoplasma von Nervenzellen und in Präsynapsen). Reserpin (Serpasil®, Ciba) verursachte keine nennenswerte Änderung in Zahl oder Lokalisation der Vesikula, hingegen eine Abnahme ihrer Kerndichte.

La mesure du titre des haemolysines réalisée 6 jours plus tard montre des différences quantitatives selon les souches. Zusammenfassung Mittels grosser Dosen vonl- undd-Thyroxin erhielt man keine deutlichen Veränderungen in der Menge und Verteilung von neurosekretorischem Material in den Zellen des Nucleus supraopticus bei der männlichen Ratte. Das Volumen der Kerne dieser Zellen nahm dagegen zu, besonders bei mitl-Thyroxin behandelten Ratten. Diese Veränderungen sprechen für eine vermehrte neurosekretorische Aktivität dieser Zellen.

Zusammenfassung Es wird über die topographische Verschiedenheit der Verbreitung diverser Enzyme in den Trigeminus-Ganglien von Ratten berichtet. Die Bedeutung der peripheren Verteilung von alkalischer Phosphatase und adenosiner Triphosphatase, der perinukleären und allgemeinen Verteilung von Cytochrom-Oxydase, Succinodehydrase und saurer Phosphotase in den Neuronen wird besprochen, ebenfalls die Verteilung spezifisch cholinesterase-positiver Zellen und die cyclische Verteilung von 5-Nukleotidase in einigen Zellen.

Summary After cutting the preganglionic nerve trunk of the rat's superior cervical ganglion, the levels of cAMP and cGMP were measured in a postoperative period of between 3 and 21 days. After 3 days, cAMP and cGMP showed a decrease by 48 and 33% respectively, followed by a partial recovery after 7 to 21 days.This work was supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (SFB 70).  相似文献

Summary By using rabbit anti-rat thymocyte and anti-rat superior cervical ganglion sera in cytotoxicity, immunofluorescence and absorption assays, it has been shown that surface membranes of rat thymocytes and cervical ganglion cells (i.e. peripheral nervous tissue cells) contain common antigenic determinants.Acknowledgment.
