探讨养血清脑颗粒联合尼麦角林治疗慢性脑供血不足的作用机制。选取甘肃省康县周家坝镇卫生院2015年2月-2017年2月收治的慢性脑供血不足患者94例,根据治疗方案,将采用尼麦角林治疗的47例患者设为对照组,采用养血清脑颗粒联合尼麦角林治疗的47例患者设为联合组,比较两组的临床疗效。联合组临床有效率95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%(P0.05);两组治疗前双侧颈内动脉、椎动脉、基底动脉的脑血流量差异比较不显著(P0.05),治疗后,两组脑血流量均提高,且联合组高于对照组(P0.05)。养血清脑颗粒联合尼麦角林可改善慢性脑供血不足患者的脑血流量,提高临床有效率,为临床研究提供参考依据。  相似文献

目的用EMS-9经颅多普勒检查脑供血,统计分析脑供血不足或脑供血增加在男性和女性人群中的各年龄段的发病率.方法用EMS-9经颅多普勒检查脑供血情况.结果临床检查脑血供共866例,有脑供血不足426例,脑血管痉挛供血增高403例,女性发病率高于男性,大约是男性的6.3倍,脑供血部分增高部分降低37例.男女年龄相近.结论经颅多普勒检查脑供血情况有较高的可靠性  相似文献

分析活络益肾方联合针灸治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效。选取2016年6月-2017年6月于乐乡县人民院收治慢性脑供血不足患者112例,运用随机数字表法划分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予活络益肾方治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。经过治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为94.64%显著高于对照组80.36%(P0.05),观察组的全血黏度低切,全血黏度高切,血浆黏度以及纤维蛋白原指数显著低于对照组(P0.05)。活络益肾方联合针灸治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效好,可显著改善患者脑部供血不足症状,促进血液循环,值得临床应用。  相似文献

目的:探讨逐瘀通脉胶囊对慢性脑供血不足患者血脂和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法:选择60例慢性脑供血不足患者,随机分常规用药组(A组),阿司匹林加常规用药组(B组),逐瘀通脉胶囊联合阿司匹林加常规用药(C组)同时应用相同脑细胞活化剂滴注。观察三组患者治疗前后血脂的变化,并通过彩超观察三组治疗前后颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的变化。结果:治疗组治疗4周后,患者血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C)均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);颈动脉斑块大小、厚度和中层内膜厚度(IMT)均较治疗前明显减小(P<0.05);三组治疗后比较,治疗组斑块大小、厚度和IMT均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀通脉胶囊可降脂,降低颈动脉内膜厚度,减少颈动脉粥样斑块形成,预防慢性脑供血不足患者脑血管事件的发生。  相似文献

探讨老年人癫痫的临床特点、病因和发病机理。方法:回顾分析了62例老年癫痫患者的临床表现、CT、MRI、EEG、EKG和血生化方面检查。结果:脑血管病是老年人癫痫常见的病因,其次为脑肿瘤、脑萎缩、心血管及糖尿病。36例脑中风患者中,12例在中风后2周内有癫痫发作,24例在中风后2周后出现癫痫发作,5例脑出血和蛛网膜下腔出血病人在起病24小时内出现癫痫发作。脑皮质梗塞和脑叶出血比皮层下和脑深部病变更易出现癫痫发作。对不同梗塞部位的观察发现,大脑中动脉供血区梗塞后癫痫的发生率高于大脑前动脉供血区梗塞。结论:对老年的癫痫病人应尽早做CT、MRI、EKG和血生化方面检查,明确病因和诊断,及时治疗。  相似文献

探讨急性重症脑卒中合并脑心综合征患者3个月病死率及其相关危险因素,以此指导临床治疗,降低其病死率。收集我院135例急性重症脑卒中合并脑心综合征患者的临床资料并且出院后随访3个月,对引起死亡的多种危险因素进行分析,每个病人均通过脑CT或MRI扫描确诊的脑梗死患者,超声心动图检查,十二导联心电图ECG检查,并测定心肌酶谱水平。ST改变、T波改变、CK-MB升高、心力衰竭、心律失常、心房钠尿肽升高和射血分数50是急性重症脑卒中合并脑心综合征患者死亡的重要危险因素。  相似文献

在424例原发性高血压患者中.发现脑并发症84例发生率为19.81%,分析结果显示出高血压患者年龄愈大,病程愈长,脑并发症亦愈高.且脑并发症发生率与收缩压和舒张压程度,持续时间成正比,提示脑并发症与动脉硬化也有关,早期和持续降压治疗可预防发生不可逆的脑并发症,降低病死率.  相似文献

Through the development of a high-acuity fovea, primates with frontal eyes have acquired the ability to use binocular eye movements to track small objects moving in space. The smooth-pursuit system moves both eyes in the same direction to track movement in the frontal plane (frontal pursuit), whereas the vergence system moves left and right eyes in opposite directions to track targets moving towards or away from the observer (vergence tracking). In the cerebral cortex and brainstem, signals related to vergence eye movements--and the retinal disparity and blur signals that elicit them--are coded independently of signals related to frontal pursuit. Here we show that these types of signal are represented in a completely different way in the smooth-pursuit region of the frontal eye fields. Neurons of the frontal eye field modulate strongly during both frontal pursuit and vergence tracking, which results in three-dimensional cartesian representations of eye movements. We propose that the brain creates this distinctly different intermediate representation to allow these neurons to function as part of a system that enables primates to track and manipulate objects moving in three-dimensional space.  相似文献

In several species, the peripheral input from the eyes partly determines the pattern of interconnections between the visual areas of the two cerebral hemispheres through the fibre tract termed the corpus callosum. In the macaque monkey, the neurons projecting through the callosum are largely restricted to area 18 throughout ontogeny, whereas area 17 is characterized by few or no callosal projections. Here, we show that suppressing the peripheral input by prenatal removal of the eyes leads to a marked reduction in the extent of area 17, resulting in a large shift in the position of the histologically identifiable boundary between the two areas. Even so, the boundary continues to separate an area rich with callosal connections (area 18) from one poor in such projections (area 17), indicating there is no effect on the callosal connectivity of area 17. In contrast, in area 18, eye removal results in many more neurons with callosal projections than in normal animals. The results suggest that the factors that determine the parcellation of cortical areas also specify their connectivity.  相似文献

目的:探讨用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗眼表疾病新方法。方法:应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗42例(48眼)眼表疾病患者,随访0.6~2a,回顾性评价疗效。结果:术眼移植片成活好,无新生血管长入,48眼均无复发,视力增进,无并发症发生。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,疗效可靠,无排斥反应,是目前治疗和预防眼表疾病复发的最佳方法之一。  相似文献

目的分析真菌感染性角膜炎的病因、人群及致病菌的分布特征,为真菌性角膜炎的临床诊治提供参考.方法收集182例182眼真菌感染性角膜炎患者的临床资料,回顾性分析其病因、人群特征及临床危险因素、治疗时间.结果 182例真菌感染性角膜炎患者中,经5%那他霉素滴眼液治愈119例119眼患者,另有27例27眼明显好转,其余36例36眼患者经联合伏立康唑治疗后,31例31眼明显好转,5例5眼继续恶化,最终3例3眼行穿透性角膜移植,2例2眼行眼内容物剜除术.结论真菌感染性角膜炎患者致病菌多为镰刀菌属,5%那他霉素联合伏立康唑可有效治疗真菌性角膜炎,降低患者手术率.  相似文献

Despite the status of the eye as an "organ of extreme perfection", theory suggests that complex eyes can evolve very rapidly. The fossil record has, until now, been inadequate in providing insight into the early evolution of eyes during the initial radiation of many animal groups known as the Cambrian explosion. This is surprising because Cambrian Burgess-Shale-type deposits are replete with exquisitely preserved animals, especially arthropods, that possess eyes. However, with the exception of biomineralized trilobite eyes, virtually nothing is known about the details of their optical design. Here we report exceptionally preserved fossil eyes from the Early Cambrian (~ 515 million years ago) Emu Bay Shale of South Australia, revealing that some of the earliest arthropods possessed highly advanced compound eyes, each with over 3,000 large ommatidial lenses and a specialized 'bright zone'. These are the oldest non-biomineralized eyes known in such detail, with preservation quality exceeding that found in the Burgess Shale and Chengjiang deposits. Non-biomineralized eyes of similar complexity are otherwise unknown until about 85 million years later. The arrangement and size of the lenses indicate that these eyes belonged to an active predator that was capable of seeing in low light. The eyes are more complex than those known from contemporaneous trilobites and are as advanced as those of many living forms. They provide further evidence that the Cambrian explosion involved rapid innovation in fine-scale anatomy as well as gross morphology, and are consistent with the concept that the development of advanced vision helped to drive this great evolutionary event.  相似文献

To view objects at different distances, humans rely on vergence eye movements to appropriately converge or diverge the eyes and on ocular accommodation to focus the object. Despite the importance of these coordinated eye movements (the 'near response') very little is known about the role of the cerebral cortex in their control. As near-response neurons exist within the nucleus reticularis tegmenti pontis, which receives input from the frontal eye field region of frontal cortex, and this cortical region is known to be involved in saccadic and smooth-pursuit eye movements, we propose that a nearby region might play a role in vergence and ocular accommodation. Here we provide evidence from rhesus monkeys that a region of frontal cortex located immediately anterior to the saccade-related frontal eye field region is involved in vergence and ocular accommodation, and in the sensorimotor transformations required for these eye movements. We conclude that the macaque frontal cortex is involved in the control of all voluntary eye movements, and suggest that the definition of the frontal eye fields should be expanded to include this region.  相似文献
