采用微细球形铝粉、结晶氯化铝和蒸馏水制取了不同Al3+/Cl-化学计量比(μ)的聚合氯化铝(PAC)溶胶,测试了其盐基度、氧化铝质量分数、pH值、电导率、ξ值和XRD等物理化学性质.研究发现:随着μ的增大,PAC溶胶的pH值逐渐增大,但其电导率逐渐降低;当μ=2.00时,PAC溶胶内的氧化铝质量分数较高、Al13[Al O4Al12(OH)24(H2O)127+]的质量分数和电位ζ值都达到最大,且具有较好的稳定性.  相似文献

针对炉渣中Al2O3,TiO2质量分数大幅升高给高炉冶炼带来极大困难的问题.对承钢高Al2O3钒钛炉渣进行了熔化性能的实验研究.结果表明:考虑承钢的实际情况,高炉的炉渣温度应高于1400℃;二元碱度控制在1.02左右,MgO质量分数控制在13.95%左右;Al2O3质量分数控制在12%~14%;TiO2的质量分数应控制在12.57%以下.  相似文献

采用原位阴离子聚合法制备PA6/Al2O3纳米复合材料,借助广角X射线衍射(WXRD)研究其晶型结构和晶型转变.结果表明,淬冷样品均呈现单一的γ晶型;在较高温度下退火2 h后,Al2O3的引入更有利于基体PA6的γ晶型向α晶型转变;纯PA6的Brill转变温度在150~180 ℃之间,Al2O3质量分数为1.0%的PA6/Al2O3原位复合材料的Brill转变温度130~150 ℃之间.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了掺杂Al2O3的9%(摩尔分数)钇稳定氧化锆固体电解质(9YSZ).利用XRD计算了Al2O3掺杂9YSZ的晶格参数,研究了Al2O3在9YSZ中的固溶度,考察了Al2O3掺杂量对9YSZ烧结性能和晶粒长大行为的影响.研究结果表明,当Al2O3掺杂量增加到0.48%(质量分数)时,9YSZ晶格参数从0.514 08 nm降低到0.513 51 nm,继续掺杂Al2O3,则晶格参数不变,说明Al2O3在9YSZ中的固溶度为0.48%(质量分数).掺杂Al2O3能提高9YSZ的烧结性能,促使晶粒长大,使9YSZ更加致密.  相似文献

含铝TRIP钢钢液中Al易与结晶器保护渣中的SiO2发生氧化-还原反应,使其保护渣中Al2O3的质量分数由3%快速增加到30%左右,w(Al2O3)/w(SiO2)由0.10增加到1.44,导致黏度发生大的波动. 研究了Al2O3含量和w(Al2O3)/w(SiO2)对含铝TRIP钢保护渣黏度的影响,建立了高Al2O3含量保护渣系黏度的计算模型. 结果表明:随着Al2O3质量分数由3%增加到17%,综合碱度R<1的保护渣黏度先增大再减小,而R≥1的保护渣黏度变化较小;随着Al2O3质量分数由17%增加到30%,保护渣的黏度快速增大;随着w(Al2O3)/w(SiO2)的增大,Al-TRIP钢保护渣的黏度呈现先快速减小而后迅速增大的趋势.  相似文献

结合高效脱磷能力的熔融还原冶炼惠民高磷铁矿工艺及HIsmelt熔融还原炼铁技术的特点选取CaO-MgO-FeO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5六元熔渣作为研究对象其熔渣成分为:二元碱度R(CaO/SiO2)0.8~1.4Al2O3质量分数为6.4%~15.4%P2O5质量分数为0~3%、MgO、FeO质量分数分别为4%、6%采用纯化学试剂配制熔渣。借助扫描电子显微镜对炉渣矿物组成和微观结构进行研究采用RTW-10熔体物性综合测试仪研究熔渣成分的变化对黏度产生的影响。研究表明:该熔渣矿相结构主要以黄长石(钙铝黄长石、钙镁黄长石)为主呈方形状、粗大骨架状结构。当P2O5或Al2O3质量分数一定时随着碱度的提高熔渣的黏度降低;当碱度或P2O5质量分数一定时熔渣的黏度随Al2O3质量分数的增加而增大;当碱度或Al2O3质量分数一定时黏度均随着P2O5质量分数的增加而提高。  相似文献

采用渣钢平衡的实验方法研究了1600℃下不同碱度和不同Al2O3含量的强还原性精炼渣对高强度低合金钢中非金属夹杂物的影响.结果表明:渣钢反应平衡后,炉渣中CaO和SiO2的质量比为1.9~4.5、Al2O3质量分数为21%~33%,钢中夹杂物主要为球状的CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系,尺寸在5μm以下,炉渣成分对夹杂物的成分影响很大.夹杂物主要分布在SiO2含量一定的CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2伪三元相图中1 400~1 500℃的低熔点区,随着炉渣碱度的提高和Al2O3含量的降低,部分夹杂物逐渐偏离低熔点区域,夹杂物的总数量逐渐减小.当渣中Al2O3质量分数为21.22%、碱度为3.27时,有大量夹杂物分布在高熔点区域,夹杂物的总数量最小.  相似文献

以合成高钙镁钙砂为原料,制成CaO质量分数分别为40%、50%和60%的高钙镁钙材料,研究不同CaO质量分数的高钙镁钙材料对无取向硅钢中[Al]质量分数的作用。利用电镜扫描及能谱分析,通过测量了在1600℃反应30 min后镁钙材料反应层中Al和钢水中[Al],分析了不同CaO质量分数的高钙镁钙材料对无取向硅钢中[Al]变化的影响。结果表明,无取向硅钢中的[Al]首先氧化生成Al2O3,然后,与高钙镁钙材料中CaO反应生成CaO.Al2O3,CaO.2Al2O3,CaO.6Al2O3等铝酸盐化合物,以实现对钢液中[Al]的减少作用;随着高钙镁钙材料中的CaO质量分数的提高,对钢液中[Al]的减少作用增强,但当CaO质量分数达到40%时,各种高钙镁钙材料对无取向硅钢中的[Al]的作用基本达到平衡,此时,钢液中[Al]减少率超过96%。说明质量分数达到40%的CaO高钙镁钙材料可用于无铝无取向硅钢的深脱铝处理。  相似文献

为研究Al2O3和Gr双相颗粒对Al基复合材料耐磨性的影响,采用粉末冶金法制备了不同Al2O3和Gr质量分数的Al基复合材料,利用X射线衍射仪、布氏硬度计、ML-10摩擦磨损机、扫描电镜等手段对样品的物相组成、硬度、磨损性、表面显微形貌进行表征.结果表明:随Al2O3的增加,样品的硬度逐渐增大.试样的耐磨性随Al2O3质量分数的增加先增大后减小,Al2O3的质量分数为9%的样品具有良好耐磨性.在润滑油下,试样的磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
