研究了原子吸收法测定牛奶中的游离乳酸.在弱碱性溶液中乳酸与Cu3(P04)2悬浮液作用,置换出Cu3(PO4)2中的Cu,形成更稳定的乳酸铜,离心沉降未反应的Cu3(PO4)2.用原子吸收法测定上层清液里乳酸铜中的铜,根据铜能与乳酸定量形成配合物,可间接求得乳酸的含量.对牛奶样品中乳酸的测定结果相对标准偏差小于1.4%,回收率在95%98%之间.  相似文献

本文提出用间接原子吸收分光光度法测定十二烷基磺酸钠。本方法依据铜-乙二胺络阳离子与十二烷基磺酸根阴离子形成的离子缔合物能被氯仿萃取这一现象,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法检测萃余水相中的铜含量从而间接测定十二烷基磺酸钠。本文提出了最佳测定条件,并用此法测定了合成水样中的十二烷基磺酸钠。  相似文献

在pH值5.0的HAc—NaAc缓冲介质中,银离子与过量的碘离子生成的配阴离子可与溴化十六烷基三甲铵CTMAB反应,生成的离子缔合物可被三氯甲烷所萃取.据此,可利用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定有机相中的银含量,从而可间接测定CTMAB的含量.本方法的线性范围为8.0—110μg/ml,对于合成样品分析结果表明,回收率在93.8—104%之间.  相似文献

该文探索了用乙炔-空气火焰原子吸收分光光度法间接测定海水镁砂中硼的适宜条件。在弱酸介质中,硼砂、苯烃乙酸和[Cu(Phen)2]^2 缔合生成具有较大疏水集团的缔合物,用MIBK萃取,然后用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定有机相中的铜,由此间接测定硼的含量。该方法操作简单快速,条件稳定,有良好的选择性和灵敏度。  相似文献

目的研究冬虫夏草中铜的含量。方法利用石墨炉原子吸收法,采取固体直接进样(solidsampling—graphitefurnace-atomicabsorptionspectrometry,SS-GF—AAS)对冬虫夏草发酵茵丝体粉中的铜元素进行分析测定。结果SS_GF—AAS实验结果显示,冬虫夏草发酵茵丝体粉中的铜元素含量在6.45~7.24mg/kg之间,平行样品的重复性相对偏差(RSD)为0.63%~5.37%,样品的日间重现性RSD为4.43%,此方法的回收率范围为91.19%~110.62%。结论该方法重现性良好,其测定结果的精密度及重现性可以同常用的液体原子吸收分光光度法相媲美。  相似文献

本文研究了用原子吸收间接测定麦斯钠含量的方法。将麦斯钠置于充满纯氧的氧瓶中燃烧后,与过量的标准 Ba~(2+)反应,生成 BaSO_4沉淀,再用原子吸收法测定溶液中剩余的 Ba~(2+),间接求得麦斯钠的含量。方法简单方便,对5种麦斯钠样品进行了测试,回收率在98.45%—100.8%之间,取得了满意的结果。  相似文献

建立了一种原子吸收光谱间接测定阿斯匹林的新方法。阿斯匹林在一定条件下和新铜试剂-铜(Ⅰ)形成离子对,被甲基异丁基甲酮萃取。在实验建立的最佳条件下,以火焰法测定有机相中铜的原子吸收信号,可以间接求得阿斯匹林含量。该法具有线性范围宽,重现性好,环境污染小,简便、快速等特点。已用于实际样品的测定。  相似文献

研究了间接测定茶叶中茶多酚的原子吸收法。基于茶多酚与碱式乙酸铅发生络合反应,定量生成难溶于水的黄色沉淀,经离心后,用原子吸收法测定上清液中过量的铅离子,可间接测得茶多酚含量。其线性范围为3~25μg/mL,RSD=1.3%。测定结果与经典滴定法基本一致。  相似文献

本文研究了新显色剂与Cu^2+的显色反应。结果表明,在PH为10的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中该显色剂与Cu^2+能形成一种稳定的红色络合物.其最大吸收波长位于520nm处,摩尔吸收系数为4.48×10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-2,铜浓度在3—10ug/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。该方法具有良好的选择性和灵敏度,在NaF和NaAc存在下,可直接测定电镀废水中的微量铜,结果满意。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
