基于改进Snake模型的医学图像分割   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
活动轮廓模型(Snake模型)被广泛应用于医学图像分割之中,传统的Snake模型在分割图像时要求初始轮廓线必须给定在图像边缘附近,且难以收敛到凹陷轮廓。本文针对Snake模型的这点不足,通过改进外部能量项,提出了一种基于梯度矢量流活动轮廓模型的医学图像分割算法。该算法用梯度矢量流代替图像梯度进行外部能量的计算,克服了传统Snake模型力场范围小以及不能收敛于凹形边缘的缺点。实验结果表明:改进模型能够有效的分割心脏MRI图像,是一种有效的方法。  相似文献

针对Snake原始模型对包含凹陷形状目标或信噪比较低的图像边缘检测结果差的问题,通过对复杂形状目标及含噪声图像的特性研究,从能量函数和迭代策略两个方面对Snake原始模型进行改进,增加了新的控制能量,并对各能量因素的影响权值进行了讨论,同时对蛇点采用了动态分布方法,以适应不同的目标形状特性.仿真结果表明,改进后的Snake模型较原始模型大大减弱了对蛇点初始位置的依赖,并在一定程度上有效地克服了图像噪声对迭代算法的影响,提高了对复杂目标的边缘检测性能.  相似文献

针对传统主动轮廓模型在目标检测中存在的不足,对传统Snake算法进行了改进,用轮廓和目标间的频域距离来构造内力.分别研究了在单纯频域距离约束下和频域距离与图像力共同作用下Snake的变形行为.研究表明,在单纯频域距离约束下Snake能变形到目标、能量趋最小化,而在频域距离和图像力共同作用下Snake不能变形到目标.提出一种新的变参数Snake算法,该算法的变参数方式是让频域距离和图像力在Snake变形的不同阶段起作用,实验结果表明新的Snake算法可以变行到目标.  相似文献

提出了一种序列超声图像边缘检测与跟踪的离散动态模型.在基于动态规划的Snake模型中,引入目标边缘的形状信息改进了内部能量约束形式;充分利用序列图像相邻层间的灰度相关信息弥补了传统Snake模型中图像梯度能量对噪声敏感的不足.实验结果表明,改进的Snake模型仅需少量的用户交互就能快速、准确地从超声序列图像中检测、跟踪出目标物体的边缘,在医学图像分析中具有一定的实用价值.  相似文献

为解决数字图像如左心室MRI图像存在着弱边缘、与周围组织之间的低对比度区域的特点,传统的Snake模型算法分割数字图像,出现变形曲线泄漏现象这一问题,提出一种改进的Balloons Snake模型-Water Balloons Snake图像分割算法.该算法利用数学形态学理论自动获取左心室数字MRI图像的重心以及边界形状变化允许空间,采用分水岭变换算法获取图像轮廓内壁分水岭线,并以此作为Snake数字模型的初始样条曲线进行进一步轮廓捕获.以小香猪左室加标记MRI数字医学图像作为应用研究对象,对比了几种模型的不同处理结果.实验表明WaterBalloons Snake模型算法比经典Snake模型或Balloons Snake模型算法能够更有效地处理变形曲线泄漏问题,并且具有较快的收敛速度.  相似文献

提出了一种新的彩色图像的边缘提取方法:首先选取信道相关性最低的lαβ彩色空间,在此空间中采用基于小波变换的图像边缘检测方法进行了边缘点检测,并进行了阈值的有效确定;然后利用改进的GVF Snake模型CGVF(Color Gradient Vector Flow)Snake模型进行目标初始轮廓线的自动设置,通过极少次的逼近,得到彩色图像的目标边缘.实验结果表明,本方法提高了边缘检测的准确性,同时可以成功检测出彩色图像的目标轮廓.  相似文献

Snake模型是一种重要的基于边缘的图像分割算法。本文总结了三种经典的Snake模型的优缺点,重点分析了GVF Snake模型及其改进模型GGVF Snake模型力场的特点,并在针对单个宽型深度凹陷物体、瓶型物体或多次内凹物体的分段轮廓检测算法的基础上,提出了基于GGVF Snake模型的多个凸形物体或窄型深度凹陷物体的分段轮廓检测算法。实验结果表明,该算法可以正确检测出多个凸形物体或窄型深度凹陷物体的完整轮廓。  相似文献

鉴于医学超声图像所具有的复杂性,采用基于样条曲线拟合的改进Snake模型来实现对心脏超声图像的分割.为了克服传统Snake模型对初始轮廓的依赖性,采用扇形法获得靠近目标边界的初始轮廓点,并且得到的轮廓点是有序点集.能量最小化过程运用贪婪算法来获得图像的特征边缘点,最后采用三阶样条拟合的方法来获得连续的图像边缘.实验结果表明,采用本方法可以获得连续、封闭的边缘曲线,能够较好地将目标从图像中提取出来.  相似文献

医学超声图像分割是图像处理中的一项关键技术.以胆结石超声图像为例,介绍一种新的弱边缘超声图像分割算法.首先采用基于直方图凹度分析的阈值分割方法确定Snake模型的初始蛇,再基于Snake模型结合贪婪算法对图像进行目标分割.实验结果表明该算法对弱边缘现象较为严重的医学超声图像进行目标分割时,定位准确,且分割效果良好.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
