一种日常快速分析食物中毒样品中有机磷农药的方法

采用０．５３ｍｍ宽口径毛细管柱，在带氮磷检测器（ＮＰＤ）的气相色谱上一次快速测定多种有机磷（ＯＰ）农药，结果表明，当添加ＯＰ农药水平在０．１２ｍｇ／ｋｇ－０．７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时，７种ＯＰ农药的回收率范围为７８．８％－１０１．２％，变异系数３．４％－８．２％，方法检测限达１．１μｇ／ｋｇ－６．３μｇ／ｋｇ。无水硫酸钠对提高ＯＰ农药以提取过程中的回收率有重要作用。     

舒康凝胶剂阴道用药对大鼠的毒性作用研究

在以累计剂量为１０．９５ｇ生药／ｋｇ（６０ｋｇ人按体重计用药量的１０９．５倍）阴道用药的急性毒性试验中、大鼠未出现异常反应和死亡,未见阴道粘膜充血、水肿和明显病理改变;一次与多次用药均未见阴道粘膜充血、水肿和明显病理改变;在连续用药３周（为临床拟用药疗程１周的３倍）的长期毒性试验中,其高剂量为４．３８ｇ生药／ｋｇ（６０ｋｇ人按体重计用药量的４３．８倍）、低剂量为２．１９ｇ／ｋｇ,受试大鼠体重增长一     

拓扑特肯体内外抗肿瘤作用的研究

测定了拓扑特肯对５种体外培养人肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用及对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制作用。结果显示拓扑特肯对各体外肿瘤细胞都有明显的细胞毒作用,除了人胃癌ＢＧＣ－８０３的ＩＣ５０为３．８７μｇ／ｍＬ外,对其它瘤株的ＩＣ５０均小于０．１μｇ／ｍＬ。在１．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ,２．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量下,拓扑特肯对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ１８０的抑制率分别为３２．０％、３３．８％;对小鼠肝癌Ｈ２２的抑制率分别为３１．４％、４２．１％     

富硒灵芝的研究

研究了富硒灵芝培育的条件，结果表明，培养基ｐＨ值、硫素营养和硒素营养对灵芝富硒有显著影响．ｐＨ值３．０～５．０，硫浓度１５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ以下，硒浓度５０～３００ｍｇ／ｋｇ的棉籽壳培养基适合培养硒含量２０～１２４μｇ／ｇ，有机硒占８５％的富硒灵芝．     

葫芦巴种子多糖对糖尿病大鼠血糖的动态影响

用四氧嘧啶（ａｌｏｘａｎ）引发Ｓ．Ｄ大鼠糖尿病模型,饲喂不同剂量葫芦巴种子提取物（ＦＳＰ１）,测定饲喂后不同时间（ｔ）的空腹血糖浓度（Ｇ）,建立Ｇ－ｔ函数关系,结合各组死亡率,降糖速率及统计检验,得出如下结论：４．５ｇ／ｋｇ体重剂量有极明显的降糖作用,对正常鼠无致毒性,其血糖下降速率随时间变小,表明可能存在受血糖浓度制约的ＦＳＰ１降糖效果的负反馈调节;０．９ｇ／ｋｇ剂量也有较明显的降糖作用,但理论时效较长;０．１８ｇ／ｋｇ剂量则无实际治疗意义     

中药925合剂对裸鼠移植人体鼻咽癌（SUNT－1）的抑制作用

我们以前的实验表明９２５合剂组方有抑制ＥＢ病毒ＥＡ表达和抑制体外鼻咽癌细胞生长的作用。本实验用裸鼠移植人鼻咽癌（ＳＵＮＴ－１）检测９２５合剂的抗肿瘤作用，实验表明灌服９２５－１，在１２．５ｇ生药／ｋｇ剂量下抑瘤率为３５．６％；在３３ｇ生药／ｋｇ剂量下抑瘤率３６．４％和５２．１％；灌服９２５－２在２５ｇ生药／ｋｇ剂量下抑瘤率５０．５％；灌服９２５－３在２０ｇ生药／ｋｇ剂量下抑瘤率３４％。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
