反相高效液相色谱法测定三白草中槲皮素和芦丁的含量

采用反相高效液相色谱法 (RP -HPLC)在C1 8色谱柱上以甲醇 :0 .2 %磷酸溶液 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相测定了三白草中槲皮素和芦丁的含量 .流动相的流速为 1mL min ,检测波长 370nm .结果表明槲皮素在 0 .0 0 8-0 0 84 μg、芦丁在 0 .0 5 4 - 0 .5 4 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数分别为 0 .9988和 0 .9999.槲皮素回收率为 99% ,RSD为 2 .0 % (n =5 ) ,芦丁为 10 6 % ,RSD为 1.4 % (n =5 ) .     

水杨酸对NaCl胁迫下水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

在 Na CL胁迫下 ,对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长进行培养的试验结果显示 ,9g· L-1Na Cl胁迫水稻种子萌发受到抑制 .Na Cl胁迫的同时 ,分别添加 0 .0 2 ,0 .0 5 ,0 .1 0 ,0 .1 5和 0 .2 0 g· L-1的水杨酸 ,水稻种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活性指数、芽长和根长均降低 ,幼苗丙二醛含量增加 .0 .0 2 ,0 .0 5 ,0 .1 0 ,0 .1 5和 0 .2 0 g· L-1的水杨酸没有缓解 9g· L-1Na Cl的抑制作用 .     

白阿魏菇菌丝体多糖(CPNMP)的药理作用

用沸水提取白阿魏菇菌丝体多糖 ,经除蛋白 ,醇析得粗多糖 (CPNMP) ,含多糖 5 9.2 % 进行免疫、抗炎和抗肿瘤实验 ,结果 :CPNMP能增加中性红吞噬指数 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,促进DTH的发生 (P <0 .0 1) ,促进红细胞SOD(P <0 .0 1) ,血清SOD(P <0 .0 1)、CAT(P <0 .0 1)和溶菌酶活力 (P <0 .0 1) ,降低MDA(P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且对胆固醇有促进作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;CPNMP能明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀 ,抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性 ;CPNMP还能明显地抑制S180 的瘤重 ,抑瘤率为 39.1% ,提高血清SOD(P <0 .0 5 )、CAT(P <0 .0 1)溶菌酶 (P <0 .0 1)和LDH -L(P <0 .0 5 )的活力 ;增加免疫器官的重量 (P <0 .0 1) ,降低MDA(P <0 .0 5 )和ALP活力 (P <0 .0 5 ) .因此CPNMP有提高免疫力 ,抗炎、抗肿瘤的作用     

不同基质结构对长余辉发光材料发光光谱的影响

在研究不同配比的发光粉基质材料铝酸锶的基础上 ,对Sr0 .95Eu0 .0 2 5Dy0 .0 2 5O·Al2 0 3 和 4(Sr0 .95Eu0 .0 2 5Dy0 .0 2 5O)·7Al2 O3 进行发射光谱的测试和SEM分析 ,得出Eu2 + 处在不同晶格结构中发射光谱不同的结论 .     

胸腺素α_1对鸡生长性能及免疫器官发育的影响

通过对照试验在 4日龄和 7日龄时 ,低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组每只鸡分别肌注 0 .0 1 5 mg·kg- 1 ,0 .0 3 mg· kg- 1 和 0 .0 6mg· kg- 1 体重剂量的胸腺素α1 ( Tα1 ) ,对照组注射等量的生理盐水。试验期为 5 6d,观察 Tα1 对鸡体重、饲料转化率、法氏囊指数、胸腺指数、和脾脏指数的影响。结果表明 :在 3 5 ,42和 5 6日龄时 ,低剂量组鸡的体重显著高于其他各组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而在 1 4和 2 1日龄时各组平均体重差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5 )。在整个试验期间 ,低剂量组的饲料报酬均高于其他三组 ;低剂量组的法氏囊指数均高于其他三组 ,并在 1 4日龄时与对照组和中剂量组差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,而在 3 5日龄与对照组和高剂量组差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;低剂量组的胸腺指数也高于其他三组 ,1 4日龄时与对照组差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与中剂量组和高剂量组差异不显著( P>0 .0 5 ) ,但在 3 5和 5 6日龄时差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;低剂量组的脾脏指数高于其他三组 ,且在 3 5和 5 6日龄差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 )。     

仓储粮食中粉螨生态位的逻辑质研究

采用逻辑质方法研究粉螨在粮食中生态位。分层抽样选取三类粮食的生态位进行逻辑分析。粉螨属与食酪螨孳生在三类粮食中生态位宽有逻辑差异性 ( P>0 .0 5 ,t≤ 2 .41 3;P<0 .0 5 ,t=2 .963) ,同时在粮食中的位重叠也有显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ,t≤ 1 .2 2 5 ,P<0 .0 5 ,t≥3.442 ) ,粉螨与食酪螨在三类粮食中倾向独立型孳生 ( X2 =2 .0 4 3,P>0 .0 5 )。并定义了逻辑舟指标。“逻辑舟”表明生态位三指标的相互一致的联系     

内蒙古东部地区农村、牧区2 689名蒙古族、汉族中、小学生营养状况分析

为了解本地区农村、牧区 8～ 16岁蒙古族、汉族小学生及初中生当前营养状况 .采用整群抽查的方法 ,对 2 6 89名学生进行了营养状况调查 .结果 :营养正常率为 5 5 .9%.其中 ,男、女生正常率分别为 5 8.1%和5 3.6 %(P <0 .0 5 ) ;蒙古族、汉族正常率分别为 5 9.9%和 47.2 %(P <0 .0 0 1) .营养不良率为 41.5 %,其中蒙、汉族分别为 37.6 %和 5 0 .0 %(P <0 .0 0 1) ,男、女生分别是 39.6 %和 43.5 %.超重率为 1.6 %,肥胖率为1.1%.表明该地区现时营养正常率低于全国水平 ,而营养不良率高于全国水平 ,其中汉族高于蒙古族 ,对此现状应采取防治措施 .     

FSH对人腔前卵泡体外生长的影响

为探讨FSH对人腔前卵泡体外生长的影响 ,为此通过在培养液中加入不同浓度的FSH ,观察卵泡存活天数和卵泡发育增大 ,并测定卵泡E2 的分泌量 .结果发现 :卵泡体外存活天数 :对照组 (无FSH)为 2 .80± 1.6 9d ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组 (FSH浓度为 0 .5IU/mL、1.0IU/mL、2 .0IU/mL)分别为 5 .36± 0 .6 3、5 .47± 2 .5 0、8.13± 4.19d ,与对照组相比 ,分别为P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 0 1.卵泡增大比率 :对照组为 2 0 .0 0 % ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别为 35 .70 %、6 0 .0 0 %、81.2 5 % ,与对照组相比分别为P >0 .0 5、P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1.E2 分泌量 :对照组为 49.94± 2 0 .91pg/mL ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别为 10 8.6 3± 41.0 6、315 .5 3± 93.39、438.2 4± 187.6 1pg/mL .对照组与Ⅰ组相比 ,P <0 .0 0 1;Ⅰ与Ⅱ组相比 ,P <0 .0 0 1;Ⅱ与Ⅲ组相比 ,P <0 .0 5 .可见FSH能使卵泡体外存活天数延长 ,卵泡发育增大 ,卵泡E2 分泌增加 ,并大致呈正相关关系 .     

非α中低放废液碱激发胶凝材料固化体性能研究

用碱矿渣胶凝材料对模拟中低放废液进行大体积浇注固化 ,废物包容量 (以硝酸盐计 )可达 1 3 .5 % ,水固比为 0 .3 4,水泥浆体具有良好的流动性和工作性 固化体 2 8d抗压强度为 1 0 .5MPa,孔隙率小于 1 0 % ,在去离子水中 ,固化体Cs 、Sr2 第 42天浸出率 (GB70 2 3 -86,2 5℃ )为2 .5× 1 0 -5、1 .3× 1 0 -6cm·d-1,整个浸出周期累积浸出百分数为 0 .7%和 0 .2 % ;MCC 1P法90℃、2 8dCs 、Sr2 浸出率为 3 .1× 1 0 -4、2 .2× 1 0 -5g·cm-2 ·d-1,浸出百分数为 3 .5 %、0 .2 % ;1 5 0℃时为 5 .6×1 0 -4、3 .0×1 0 -5g·cm-2 ·d-1,浸出百分数为 6.2 %、0 .3 % ,在盐卤溶液中浸出率相差不大 ,表明固化体能有效地持留Cs 、Sr2 ,其他性能均符合大体积浇注的要求     

中草药有效成分对生长育肥猪胴体性状和肉质特性的影响

选用 2 0 kg左右的“杜长大”三元杂交猪 80头 ,随机分成对照组、试验组 ,饲养试验后进行屠宰试验和肉品质测定。与对照组相比 ,试验组猪的胴体瘦肉率、眼肌面积分别提高 4.2 0 % (P<0 .0 5)和 1 0 .92 % (P<0 .0 5) ;而脂肪率、板油重 (腹脂 )和平均背膘厚分别下降 2 0 .85% (P<0 .0 5)、2 2 .1 6% (P<0 .0 5)和 2 8.2 1 % (P<0 .0 5)。大理石纹评分提高 1 6.48% (P<0 .0 5) ;失水率、贮存损失分别降低 5.0 3% (P<0 .0 5)和 2 0 .35% (P<0 .0 5) ,熟肉率提高 6.0 3% ;肌肉干物质和肌间脂肪含量分别提高 5.36% (P<0 .0 5)和 49.73% (P<0 .0 1 )。上述结果表明 ,添加含有中草药有效成分的添加剂 ,能明显改善生长育肥猪的胴体性状和肉质特性。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
