地高辛标记cRNA探针原位杂交检测大鼠脑NMDAR—L mRNA

采用地高辛（Ｄｉｇｏｘｉｎ Ｄｉｇ）标记神经递质受体ＮＭＤＡＲ－Ｌ ｃＲＮＡ探针技术进行原位杂交，研究了Ｗｉｓｔａｒ新生大鼠脑神经细胞ＮＭＤＡＲ－Ｌ的基因表达。光学显微镜观察结果显示，大脑皮层、海马等区有明显的ＮＭＤＡＲ－Ｌ ｍＲＮＡ表达，胞浆着蓝色，胞核不着色，背景浅谈，反差显著。实验结果表明地高辛标记ｃＲＮＡ探针能快速、准确地检测出ＮＭＤＡＲ－Ｌ ｍＲＮＡ，为进一步研究这一拟受体在脑中表达和分     

植物激素对药用植物山丹离体子叶愈伤组织诱导、器官分化及植株再生的影响

ＭＳ培养基附加ＢＡ１，０～２．２／ＮＡＡ０．０１～０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ、ＫＴ１．０～２．０／ＮＡＡ０．０１～０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ、ＢＡ０．５＋ＫＴ０．５／ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ及ＢＡ１．０＋ＫＴ１．０／ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ的不同激素组合，处理山丹离体子叶，均能诱导其产生愈伤组织和分化芽，除３Ａ１．０／ＮＡＡ０．０１和ＢＡ１．０／ＮＡＡ０．１外，各组合还均能诱发生根和使植株再生。     

谷氨酸乙酯-NCA与谷氨酸苄酯-NCA共聚反应和竞聚率的测定

以二氧六环为溶剂，三乙胺（ＴＥＡ）为催化剂，谷氨酸乙酯－Ｎ－羧基－２－氨基酸酐（ＥＬＧ－ＮＣＡ）与谷氨酸苄酯－Ｎ－羧基－２－氨基酸酐（ＢＬＧ－ＮＣＡ）基聚反应。用１ＨＮＭＲ谱测定了共聚物中两种单体单元的组成。利用Ｋｅｌｅｎ－Ｔüｄｓ作图法和最小二乘法计算了两种单体竞聚率。结果表明ＥＬＧ－ＮＣＡ的竞聚率ｒ１＝０．９２６，ＢＬＧ－ＮＣＡ竞聚率ｒ２＝１．１５７。

NF处理果树苗木根系对其地上、下部的影响

用ＮＦ处理葡萄、桃、梨、樱桃砧木Ｃｏｌｔ、苹果苗木根系，与适宜的ＮＡＡ处理做比较。结果表明，ＮＦ处理以上苗木根系１２～２４ｈ可极显著地增加根量并促进根的生长，消除根的先端优势，显著或极显著地增进新梢生长，且随苗木生长其作用愈加明显。各种果树适宜的质量浓度分别为葡萄１００ｍｇ／Ｌ，梨２０ｍｇ／Ｌ，桃２０ｍｇ／Ｌ，苹果５０ｍｇ／Ｌ。与同质量浓度的ＮＡＡ（适宜质量浓度）比较，除处理梨苗外，对根及新梢促进作用均好于ＮＡＡ处理。在梨和桃上表现比ＮＡＡ处理适宜浓度范围宽，高浓度在桃和Ｃｏｌｔ上表现比ＮＡＡ毒害作用轻。     

γ－谷氨酸甲酯－NCA与γ－谷氨酸苄酯－NCA共聚反应和竞聚率的测定

研究了以二氯乙酸为溶剂，三乙胺为引发剂，γ－谷氨酸甲酯－Ｎ羧基－α－氨基羧酐（ＭＬＧ－ＮＣＡ）与γ－谷氨酸苄酯－Ｎ羧基－α－氨基羧酐（ＢＬＧ－ＮＣＡ）的共聚反应．用１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ谱测定了共聚物中两种单体元的组成．利用Ｋｅｌｅｎ－Ｔｕｄｏｓ作图法和最小二乘法计算出两种单体竞聚率．结果表明ＭＬＧ－ＮＣＡ的竞聚率为，ｒ１＝０．９６０，ＢＬＧ－ＮＣＡ竞聚率为ｒ２＝０．７０４．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
