重金属（Cu^2＋,Zn^2＋）对罗非鱼嗅电图反应的影响

将Ｃｕ２＋、Ｚｎ２＋溶液灌入嗅觉器官，研究不同浓度重金属对鱼类嗅电图（ＥＯＧ）反应的影响，结果如下：１）正常鱼体上ＤＬ－Ｍｅｔ剂量的ｌｏｇ值──ＥＯＧ反应间呈指数函数关系Ｒ＝２１．０（１ｏｌｏｇｃ／４．９３５）；２）Ｃｕ２＋、Ｚｎ２＋对１０－５ｍｏｌ／ＬＭｅｔ刺激产生的ＥＯＧ反应呈抑制效应，抑制的程度随金属浓度的增加而增加；３）Ｃｕ２＋的抑制效应大于Ｚｎ２＋，约为１０余倍，Ｃｕ２＋的有效ＩＣ５０为２２．３８μｇ／Ｌ，Ｚｎ２＋为３５４．８μｐｇ／Ｌ．     

一氧化氮吸入对缺氧性肺动脉高压患者一氧化氮合酶和内皮素的影响

探讨吸入一氧化氮（ＮＯ）对缺氧性肺动脉高压患者一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ）和内皮素（ＥＴ）的影响。方法：１３例肺动脉高压患者行ＮＯ吸入，分别于吸入ＮＯ前、吸入３０ｍｉｎ时、停止吸入２ｈ和１２ｈ时采肺动脉血，测白细胞中的ＮＯＳ及血浆中的ＥＴ。结果：吸入ＮＯ前、吸入３０ｍｉｎ时、停止吸入２ｈ和１２ｈ，所测ＮＯＳ值分别为（０７０±０．２１）ｍｏｌ／ｍｉｎ·ｍｇ－１、（０７４±０１４）ｍｏｌ／ｍｉｎ·ｍｇ－１、（０６４±０２２）ｍｏｌ／ｍｉｎ·ｍｇ－１和（０６３±０１７）ｍｏｌ／ｍｉｎ·ｍｇ－１；所测ＥＴ为（７８８９±４６５９）ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ、（８８２７±４５４１）ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ、（８０７６±４２６６）ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ和（６１０７±２９．４４）ｐｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１；后三者同吸入前比，均Ｐ＞００５。结论：缺氧性肺高压患者吸入ＮＯ对机体ＮＯＳ和ＥＴ未见明显影响     

瓦氏黄颡的寄生虫生态研究：Ⅱ.寄生单殖吸虫

寄生于瓦氏黄颡鳃上的单殖吸虫有３种，即黄颡四锚虫、月斧伪似盘钩虫和弯管伪似盘钩虫。它们在宿主种群中都呈聚集分布，聚集程度由高到低的顺序是：弯管伪似盘钩虫、月斧伪似盘钩虫和黄颡四锚虫。月斧伪似盘钩虫的感染率（Ｐ），以及黄颡四锚虫的感染率（Ｐ）平均感染强度（Ｉｎ）和相对密度（Ｄ）与水温（Ｔ）们间有显著的相关关系，即月斧伪似盘钩虫：Ｐ＝１２５．７２－３．７５Ｔ，黄颡四锚虫，ｐ＝８．６１＋３．２０Ｔ，Ｉ：弯管伪似盘钩虫的平均感染强度，以及月斧伪似盘钩虫的感染率和相对密度与宿主全长（Ｌ）间成显著的相关关系，即弯管伪似盘钩虫：Ｐ＝１１３．９３－１１．９７Ｌ＋０．３３Ｌ￣２，月斧伪似盘钩虫：ｐ＝－１１．２９＋４．１２Ｌ，Ｄ＝－４．８＋０．６３Ｌ；３种单殖吸虫的种群有明显的周年变化。     

新安江水库太湖新银鱼Neosalanx taihuensis Chen生长特性的初步研究

对生活在新安江水库的太湖新银鱼进行了生长测算，并测定了各体长组的肥满度，结果如下：（１）体长和体重的相关关系Ｗ＝３．４３２×ｌ０￣（－６）Ｌ￣（３．０５６）（ｒ＝０．９９８），（２）体长和体重的生长方程分别为Ｌ＿ｔ＝８０［１－ｅ￣（－０．１２４（ｔ＋０．１９８）］￣3和Ｗ＿ｔ＝２．２５［１－ｅ￣（－０．１２４（ｔ＋０．１９８）］￣３；（３）拐点年龄为８．８１月龄；（４）体长增长以１～２月龄最大，体重增长以８～１０月龄最快；（５）体长５５～６０ｍｍ的鱼肥满度最大。     

新安江水库黄尾密鲴Xenocypres davidi Bleker生物学研究

通过对新安江水库黄尾密鲴三年的系统调查，结果表明：（１）黄尾密鲴个体绝对生殖力ｒ＝４．４２１５×１０－５Ｌ３．７７１８，个体相对生殖力与体长的增长关系和ｒ基本相同；ｒ与ｒ／Ｌ与肥满度基本呈正相关；（２）密鲴性成熟年龄２－３龄；体重（Ｗ）与体长（Ｌ）呈幂函数相关，Ｗ＝５．０８８７×１０－５Ｌ２．８１７０，（ｒ＝０．９６）（３）密鲴为腐屑泥食性鱼类；（４）产卵期５－７个月，５月中旬至７月中旬是产卵盛期，产卵水温为２２－２８℃；（５）受精卵在水温２４℃时经３５小时４０分钟孵化出苗，胚胎发育各阶段的特征与一般硬骨鱼类基本一致；（６）胚后发育描述了孵后１－５天鱼苗及稚鱼期和幼鱼期的简要特征     

图形LOTOS和Petri同模型在PC机上的实现

在ＰＣ机上建立了一个由ＤＯＳ系统支持的图形ＬＯＴＯＳ（ＧＬＯＴＯＳ）软件工具．用这个工具，用户可以设计，显示一个ＧＬＯＴＯＳ说明，也可以把它转换成Ｐｅｔｒｉ网．该系统分为三个模块：ＤＲＡＷ，ＲＥＣＯＶＥＲ和ＴＲＡＮＳＦＥＲ．根据ＧＬＯＴＯＳ模型，模块ＤＲＡＷ给出了一个交互式的菜单系统，用这个系统，用户可以在图形窗口的任何位置画出ＧＬＯＴＯＳ的任一成分；模块ＲＥＣＯＶＥＲ可以自动恢复以前画好的ＧＬＯＴＯＳ模型；根据Ｐｅｔｒｉ网的表示，模块ＲＥＣＯＶＥＲ提供了从ＧＬＯＴＯＳ自动转换到Ｐｅｔｒｉ网的功能．     

芝麻下胚轴愈伤组织的形成和器官发生

本文研究了五种植物激素对芝麻下胚轴愈伤组织的形成和器官发生的影响．研究表明：（１）２．４－Ｄ或ＮＡＡ（１ｍｇ／Ｌ）＋ＢＡ或ＫＴ（０．ｓｍｇ／Ｌ），２．４－Ｄ（０．５－１ｍｇ／Ｌ）和ＮＡＡ（０５－１ｍｇ／Ｌ）对愈伤组织的诱导率最高；（２）ＢＡ或ＫＴ（０．５－１ｍｇ／Ｌ）可促进下胚轴芽丛的形成（３）ＮＡＡ（０．５－１ｍｇ／Ｌ）、ＩＡＡ（０．５－１ｍｇ／Ｌ）和ＫＴ（０．５－１ｍｇ／Ｌ）对下胚轴根的形成最有利．

本文采用ＦＴＩＲ技术测定了共聚物的组成，用Ｆｉｎｅｍａｎ—Ｒｏｓｓ法、最小二乘曲线拟合法（ＮＬＳ法）、置信区间法计算了甲基丙烯酸三甲基锡酯（ＴＭＴＭ）、三乙基锡酯（ＴＥＴＭ），三丁基锡酯（ＴＢＴＭ）和三苯基锡酯（ＴＰＴＭ）与甲基丙烯酸甲酯（ＭＭＡ）的竟聚率，ＮＬＳ法的数值分别为：ｒ１＝１．０７，ｒ２＝０．６３（ＴＭＴＭ／ＭＭＡ）；０．８７，０．６２（ＴＥＴＭ／ＭＭＡ）；０．６２，０．５８（ＴＢＴＭ／ＭＭＡ）；０．６８，０．６０（ＴＰＴＭ／ＭＭＡ），并计算了各单体的Ｑ和ｅ值，讨论了不同取代基结构对其共聚合相对活性的影响．     

大鳍鳠个体生殖力的研究

大鳍绝对生殖力（Ｆ）为１６４３（２１８～３９６６）粒，相对生殖力（Ｆ／Ｌ）为５３．８３（１１．４９～１２０．８９）粒／ｃｍ，Ｆ／Ｗ＿０为１０．３８（３．６１～１９．７８）粒／ｇ，龟体长范围：１７．０～３８．３ｃｍ：体重范围：５４．０～５０９．０ｇ．绝对生殖力和体长（Ｌ）、净体重（Ｗ＿０）、年龄（ｔ）和成熟系数均呈直线正相关，而与卵径与肥满度无关。生殖力与体长的关系较之与体重的关系更为明显。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
