A Milestone in China’s Space History—The White Paper on China’s Space Activities

The white paper document titled“China’s Space Activities”,released in November２０００by theInformation Office of the State Council,represents the first time for China to fully,systematically and publiclyintroduce to the world China’s space development strategy and concerned policies．Its release is a milestoneevent in the country’s space history,bearing great importance and profound influence to its future spaceefforts．The paper here describes the shaping processes of some important new ideas and concepts,includingthe connotative meaning of“space activities in a broad sense”and the roles and positions of different sectors insuch activities．It also briefly discusses related policies concerning the country’s space development and shortterm concepts and plans on its civil space activities．

We have formed China＇ s lunar exploration program that features three milestones, i.e. ＂orbiting＂, ＂landing＂ and ＂returning＂. As a developing country, China conducts definite deep space activities under limited conditions, reflecting China＇ s strong national strength and symbolizing ability of China＇s space industry.

In this article, inclusion and inclusive education are described. With more and more attention on human right that every child can learn and have the same right to access to education, special education has become a new focus of the population. Inclusion as a significant field in special education shows equality, a basic principle of special education. However, in process of special instruction, there are still some myths （such as teachers who work with students identified as special instruction needed must master the special skills and a detailed knowledge of the child＇s knowledge; teachers need unending patience in special instruction; and every child＇s learning is completely different） that should be dispelled. Literature Review on Wireless Sensing——Wi-Fi Signal-Based Recognition of Human Activities

With the rapid development and wide deployment of wireless technology, Wi-Fi signals have no longer been confined to the Internet as a communication medium. Wi-Fi signals will be modulated again by human actions when propagating indoors, carrying rich human body state information. Therefore, a novel wireless sensing technology is gradually emerging that can realize gesture recognition, human daily activity detection, identification,indoor localization and human body tracking, vital signs detection, imaging, and emotional recognition by extracting effective feature information about human actions from Wi-Fi signals. Researchers mainly use channel state information or frequency modulated carrier wave in their current implementation schemes of wireless sensing technology, called "Walls have eyes", and these schemes cover radio-frequency technology, signal processing technology, and machine learning. These available wireless sensing systems can be used in many applications such as smart home, medical health care, search-and-rescue, security, and with the high precision and passively device-free through-wall detection function. This paper elaborates the research actuality and summarizes each system structure and the basic principles of various wireless sensing applications in detail. Meanwhile, two popular implementation schemes are analyzed. In addition, the future diversely application prospects of wireless sensing systems are presented.

CFSBC： Clustering in High-Dimensional Space Based on Closed Frequent Item Set

Clustering in high-dimensional space is an important domain in data mining. It is the process of discovering groups in a high-dimensional dataset, in such way, that the similarity between the elements of the same cluster is maximum and between different clusters is minimal. Many clustering algorithms are not applicable to high dimensional space for its sparseness and decline properties. Dimensionality reduction is an effective method to solve this problem. The paper proposes a novel clustering algorithm CFSBC based onclosed frequent hemsets derived from association rule mining. which can get the clustering attributes with high efficiency. The algorithm has several advantages. First, it deals effectively with the problem of dimensionality reduction. Second, it is applicable to different kinds of attributes, Third, it is suitable for very large data sets. Experiment shows that the proposed algorithm is effective and efficient

The Aspectual Marker-le in Mandarin Chinese——A Syntactic Approach under the Framework of MP

The Centralizer on H—Separable Smash Products

Let H be finite dimensinonal Hopf algebra over a field and A an H-module algebra.The H induces an action on the CA#H(A) by adjoint and CA#H(A)^H=Z(A#H)=C,where CA#H(A) denotes the centralizer which algebra A in A#H and Z(A#H)the center of A#H.The aim of this paper is to discuss,the Galois conditions on the centralizer CA#H(A).We prove that CA#H(A)/ZA#H is H^*-Galois if and only if CA#H(A)#H/CA#H(A) is H-separable).Furthermore,if H is a finite dimensional semisimple Hopf algebra and CA#H(A)#H is an Azumaya C-algebra or A#H/A is H-separable,CA#H(A)statisfies the double centralizer property in CA#H(A) H,CA#H(A)?C is separable and there exists a cocommutative left integral t∈∫^1 H,then CA#H(A)/C is H^*-Galois.     

A Space State Forecast Model for Dam Construction Equipments Based on Analysis Prediction Theory

Anti-collision equipments system is developed to solve the collision problems of dam construction equipments, and in the system the determination of equipments＇ space state is important. A uniform moving equation of equipments is established based on the analysis prediction theory and the movements states of equipments. Method of least square was employed to deal with discrete data of equipments＇ space position. Fitting equation matched with the movement equation was presented to do data fitting, and a relevant algorithm was given. Applying the fitting equation, current and future space state of equipments can be accurately predicted. Finally, a case is given and results show that numerical values of data were steady and their precision was high. In LongTan dam construction of the equipments antiollision system, applying this method to forecast the equipments＇ space states and practical running of the system indicate that this method can improve the precision of position, obtain the better forecasting effect and increase the robustness of the system.
