为了制备有光催化作用的纳米TiO2,采用等离子喷涂设备热喷金属有机物液料,在不同电弧功率条件下,用钛酸丁酯的乙醇溶液作为喷涂原料,制备出了纳米TiO2颗粒.用透射电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了颗粒的显微组织和晶型结构。计算了颗粒中的锐钛矿相和金红石相的质量分数与晶粒尺寸.研究表明,液料等离子喷涂制备的纳米TiO2颗粒平均粒径为10-50nm,其晶型为具有光催化作用的锐钛矿相和金红石相,锐钛矿相为主,且随着电弧功率的增大,锐钛矿质量分数减少.  相似文献

以TiCl4为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶自燃合成的方法制备了同时掺杂Ce3 ,Fe3 ,Zn2 的纳米TiO2粉体.用X光衍射法对粉体的相组成进行了表征.用正交试验研究方法考察了Fe/Ce、(Fe Ce)/Ti、柠檬酸/Ti(物质的量的比)、煅烧温度、煅烧时间等对产物相组成的影响.结果表明,柠檬酸/Ti,煅烧温度,(Fe Ce)/Ti对产物相组成具有显著影响.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶方法在不同温度下制备了CeOx与ZnO纳米复合粉体。并用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱分析和表面光电压谱研究了这些粉体的表面情况。分析结果表明,CeOx主要包覆在ZnO复合粉体颗粒的表面,颗粒表面Ce3+、Ce4+共存,存在结晶较好的CeO2相。600℃条件下制备的复合粉体表面有明显的丝状物,表面积增大,表面的丝状物可能是CeO2。表面光电压谱分析表明粉体整体上属于N型。  相似文献

以硝酸盐和氧化物为原料,通过凝胶浇注法制得了摩尔分数为10%TiO2-Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9(TiO2-SDC)粉体,采用X射线衍射、透射电镜对粉体的相组成和颗粒形貌进行了分析。结果表明,干凝胶在600℃下煅烧后,TiO2和Sm2O3能完全固溶进CeO2晶格中,形成具有单一立方相结构和纳米粒度的TiO2-SDC粉体;凝胶浇注法和机械混合法制备的成形坯在1 300℃下烧结所得NiO/TiO2-SDC烧结体的孔隙率分别为31.0%和19.0%,还原后Ni/TiO2-SDC材料的孔隙率分别为36.4%和23.0%。SEM观察表明,凝胶浇注法制备的NiO/TiO2-SDC烧结体和Ni/TiO2-SDC金属陶瓷的微结构更加疏松,两相颗粒分布更为均匀;在测试温度范围内,凝胶浇注法制备的Ni/TiO2-SDC阳极材料的电导率明显高于由机械混合法制备的Ni/TiO2-SDC材料,773 K下两者的电导率分别为648 S/cm和430 S/cm。  相似文献

采用醇-水溶液加热法、硬脂酸法和PEG(聚已二醇)法制备纳米TiO2粉体,并用X射线对所制备的TiO2粉体的晶粒尺寸和晶相进行分析。结果表明,用上述方法分别可制备9-15nm、10-25nm和9-20nm的纳米TiO2。500℃PEG法和醇- 水法焙烧的样品都为锐钛矿相,硬脂酸法550℃焙烧的样品为金红石和锐铁矿两相共存。  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法,制备Sb掺杂SnO2(ATO)包覆微纳米TiO2导电粉体,研究了不同的制备工艺条件对ATO/TiO2复合粉体电阻率的影响,得出最佳包覆方案:TiO2浆料浓度25%,m(SnCl4·5H2O)/m(TiO2)=25%,m(SbCl3)/m(SnCl4·5H2O)=12%,反应温度60℃,pH值1.5,包膜时间3h,煅烧温度500℃,煅烧时间3h;通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对表面包覆前后的微纳米ATO/TiO2的结构进行了分析表征.结果表明,ATO颗粒是以物理吸附的方式吸附在二氧化钛表面.  相似文献

为了改善纳米TiO2的分散性能和细化其颗粒尺寸,采用超声波强化均匀沉淀法制备纳米TiO2.首先以工业级硫酸氧钛为原料,用均匀沉淀法制备纳米TiO2,通过对比试验来反映超声波对于制备纳米TiO2的影响.然后采用BET比表面积与孔隙度分析、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析研究了超声波的强化作用.试验结果表明:超声波的强化作用具有明显的细化颗粒尺寸的作用;能增加纳米TiO2的比表面积、孔容积与孔径;能改善分散度,使颗粒粒径分布范围变窄.通过均匀沉淀过程能直接获得纯锐钛型纳米TiO2,而无需经过特定温度的煅烧定型,超声波作用对产物晶型无影响.  相似文献

使用自制的高强度机械搅拌反应器,通过两种不同的方案制备了磁性纳米TiO2粉体.通过X射线衍射图谱对其晶体结构进行分析,透射电镜观测纳米粒子的粒径和分散性,VSM图比较它们的磁性能.结果表明:在本实验条件下,将Fe3O4混合于氨水溶液中,与TiCl4溶液反应后通过冷冻干燥的方法得到的磁性纳米TiO2粉体纯度高,粉体分散性好,粒径分布范围窄,并且具有较好的超顺磁性.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
