新建本科院校学科建设探讨

学科是高校立足之本,新建本科院校只有抓住了学科建设这个中心,才能找准学校改革和发展的突破口。本文深刻剖析新建本科院校学科建设面临的困难和存在的问题,针对这存在的六大问题,提出了新建本科院校学科建设的六大策略。

边疆民族地区新建本科院校发展策略研究——以云南为例

为适应云南经济社会发展和高等教育结构调整的需要，2000年以来，云南先后新建了8所普通本科高校。这些学校升格为本科院校后，面对变化的环境和时代发展的要求，如何科学定位，办出特色，尽快实现由专科教育向本科教育的过渡，实现从规模扩张型向质量提高型的转变，真正实现新建本科院校的内涵升本，文章在分析新建本科院校发展过程中存在问题的基础上，提出了切实的解决办法，以期推动边疆民族地区新建本科院校的持续、快速和健康发展。     

论新建本科院校教师队伍师德建设存在的问题及对策

高等教育大众化给高校德育工作带来了新的压力和挑战,尤其是新建本科院校存在的新进师资师德失范、常规性师德教育与建设缺乏刚性、师德考评机制不完善、师德监督和激励机制乏力等师德建设存在的问题引起了笔者对新建本科院校教师队伍师德建设的思考,认为新建本科院校应该建立与完善新师资的入职制度、建立和完善有效的教师师德教育与建设机制、建立和完善师德的考核与评价机制、建立和完善师德建设与发展的监督与激励机制才能确保新建高校教师道德的长足发展。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
