喷布CPPU对樱桃果实生长和品质的影响

对两个樱桃品种进行了不同浓度不同时期的ＣＰＰＵ处理。结果表明，在“红艳”樱桃上，盛花期喷布１次５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的ＣＰＰＵ，能极显著地提高樱桃的单果重，花后２周喷布１次５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的ＣＰＰＵ也能明显增大果个，而盛花期喷布１０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的ＣＰＰＵ处理对果实生长有抑制作用。在“那翁”樱桃上，花后１３ｄ喷布５和１０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的ＣＰＰＵ均能显著提高单果重，１０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的浓度处理还能显著提高可溶性固形物（ＳＳＣ％）的含量。５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的ＣＰＰＵ能明显促进两个品种果实的着色，但５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的ＣＰＰＵ使“那翁”的裂果率明显增加，２０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的ＣＰＰＵ处理使裂果率明显减少。

与主序前星成协分子云的CO成图观测

使用美国五大学射电天文台（ＦＣＲＡＯ）的１４ｍ无线和新建立的ＱＵＡＲＲＹ接收系统对中心区ＣＯ（２－１）谱线呈现双峰特征的２个ＰＭＳ星Ｐ１１和Ｖ１５１５Ｃｙｇ进行了ＣＯ（１－０）的谱线成图观测。观测表明，无论是ＰＰ１１还是Ｖ１５１５Ｃｙｇ，其ＣＯ（１－０）谱线都在大范围内表现出双峰谱型。分析ＰＰ１１和Ｖ１５１５Ｃｙｇ红、蓝２个速度峰和峰谷速度上的等强分布可以发现，与主序前星成协且具有ＣＯ双峰谱的分子云中可能存在２种运动：一种是低速的与视线方向成某个角度的大张角的双向运动，它可能是ＰＭＳ星形成前双极外向流阶段的进一步发展（张角变大，速度变小）；另一种是起因于ＰＭＳ星风的向四外发展的膨胀的壳层运动，而在壳层内密度分布是高度团块性的，这种团块可能是新形成的ＰＭＳ星与母分子云相互作用，从而导致分子云碎裂的结果。     

稀土化合物对聚丙稀结晶形态与热稳定性的影响

采用ＴＧＡ 研究了稀土化合物对聚丙稀的热稳定作用． 通过电镜观察了经铬酸蚀刻的ＰＰ球晶在不同稀土化合物含量下的变化． 用Ｘ 射线衍射法比较了加入稀土化合物前后ＰＰβ结晶峰及结晶度的变化． 结果表明， 在ｗ （ＰＰ） ／ ｗ （ＲＥＣ） ＝ １００／１－０ ～１００／２－０ 范围内， ＰＰ热稳定性较好． ＲＥＣ对ＰＰ还有一定程度的成核作用     

荞麦花粉肽及其类似物的合成,结合和免疫活性研究

用Ｍｅｒｒｉｆｉｅｌｄ固相法合成了荞麦花粉肽ＢＰＰ－１及其类似物ＢＰＰ－１－３,ＢＰＰ－１－４和ＢＰＰ－２。通过ＦＴ－ＩＲ和ＣＤ谱初步讨论了ＢＰＰ－１的二级结构,结果表明其水溶液构象属于无规卷曲和β－折叠,但在三氟乙醇中,ＣＤ谱在２０６ｎｍ和２２２ｎｍ附近呈双负峰形,分子形成了α－螺旋构象。研究了ＢＰＰ－１,ＢＰＰ－１－３和ＢＰＰ－２对动物和人淋巴细胞的增殖应答功能和抑制释放ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ的作用,结     

特异性抗体和特异性免疫复合物的检测对结核病的诊断意义

以ＥＬＩＳＡ检测１０８例活动性肺结核、３９例稳定期肺结核、３０例肿瘤、１０１例非结核性肺部疾病患者及２０２例正常人血清的抗结核菌纯蛋白衍生物（ＰＰＤ）ＩｇＧ抗体（简称抗－ＰＰＤ）和循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）中的抗－ＰＰＤＩｇＧ抗体（简称ＣＩＣ－ＰＰＤ）。结果表明，活动性肺结核患者的抗－ＰＰＤ和ＣＩＣ－ＰＰＤ水平明显高于正常人和各疾病组患者的水平（Ｐ＜０．００１），但与其病变范围无关。单一测定活动性肺结核患者的抗－ＰＰＤ，敏感性为８５．２％，特异性为９８．５％；测定ＣＩＣ－ＰＰＤ，敏感性为８６．１％．特异性９６．９％。以两者任一项阳性作为诊断活动性肺结核的标准，则敏感性为９３．５％。此外，对１１例活动性肺结核患者的动态观察表明，随着治疗天数的增加和临床症状的改善，患者的抗－ＰＰＤ和ＣＩＣ－ＰＰＤ水平会逐渐降低，前者于治疗后第２０～２４周降至正常水平，后者则于治疗后第１２～１６周降至正常值。研究结果提示测定患者的抗－ＰＰＤ和ＣＩＣ－ＰＰＤ的水平，可用于结核病诊断，对结核病的疗效判定亦有帮助。     

怀地黄离体培养再生植株及其生长调控

本文对怀地黄愈伤组织的诱导、分化和再生植株的生长调控进行了研究．结果表明：（１）６－ＢＡ１ｍｇ／Ｌ（单位下同）＋ＮＡＡ０．１的组合有利于叶片愈伤组织的形成，２，４－Ｄ２＋ＮＡＡ２的组合有利于根茎愈伤组织的形成；（２）诱导愈伤组织产生再生植株的最佳组合为６－ＢＡ１＋ＮＡＡ０．０１；（３）ＰＰ３３３对再生植株的生长调控具有良好的效应，ＰＰ３３３１处理后，再生植株生长健壮，根系发达，叶色浓绿．     

不同品种梨多酚氧化酶特性及其抑制剂的研究

对不同品种梨多酚氧化酶（ＰＰＯ）粗提液，以邻苯二酚为底物，测定了不同ｐＨ值、温度及抑制剂对其活性的影响。结果表明：雪花梨、安梨、白梨、鸭梨ＰＰＯ的最适ｐＨ值分别为６．４，６．２，６．０，６．６；最适温度分别为２４，２２，２０，３０℃；在最适ｐＨ值和温度条件下果肉中所含ＰＰＯ的活性分别为３．２１２×１０３，４．７５２×１０３，３．３４４×１０３，３．８７２×１０３ｕ·ｇ－１ＦＷ。雪花梨和安梨ＰＰＯ对偏二亚硫酸钠反应最敏感，白梨ＰＰＯ对ＧＳＨ（谷胱甘肽）反应最敏感，鸭梨ＰＰＯ对Ｖｃ（维生素Ｃ）反应最敏感。     

cis-(QH)_2[M_0O_2(C_2O_4)_2](Ⅵ)的晶体和分子结构

草酸与钼（Ⅵ）反应可以生成多种络合物。根据文献［１］方法，我们制得无色透明块状的ｃｉｓ－（ＱＨ）２［ＭｏＯ２（Ｃ２Ｏ４）２］晶体（式中ＱＨ＋＝Ｃ９ＮＨ８＋）。该晶体属斜方晶系，空间群为Ｐｃｃ２；晶胞参数：ａ＝１２．４９７（４），ｂ＝１０．２６２（３），Ｃ＝１６．７５０（３）Ａ；Ｖ＝２１４８．０８Ａ；Ｍ＝５６４．３２；晶体密度：ｄｏｂｓ＝１．７３ｇｃｍ－３；晶胞分子数Ｚ＝４（ｄｃａｌｃ＝１．７４５ｇｃｍ－３）。晶体在ＣＡＤ－４ 四园衍射仪上用Ｍ０Ｋａ射线收集三维衍射点强度数据，通过三维Ｐａｔｔｅｒｓｏｎ函数和Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ函数合成方法，确定了ｃｉｓ－（ＱＨ）２［ＭｏＯ２）Ｃ２Ｏ４）２］的晶体和分子结构。最后，根据Ｉ＞２σ（Ｉ）的１３６３个独立衍射点的强度数据、用最小二乘法把结构精修到Ｒ＝０．０６０，Ｒｗ＝０．０５９。该晶体的阴离子由六个氧原子围绕着Ｍ０原子形成扭曲的八面体。分子具有Ｃ２对称性（ＱＨ）＋和［Ｍ０Ｏ２）Ｃ２Ｏ４）２］２－之间组成了Ｎ－Ｈ…Ｏ类的氢键。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
