对两个樱桃品种进行了不同浓度不同时期的CPPU处理。结果表明,在“红艳”樱桃上,盛花期喷布1次5mg·L-1的CPPU,能极显著地提高樱桃的单果重,花后2周喷布1次5mg·L-1的CPPU也能明显增大果个,而盛花期喷布10mg·L-1的CPPU处理对果实生长有抑制作用。在“那翁”樱桃上,花后13d喷布5和10mg·L-1的CPPU均能显著提高单果重,10mg·L-1的浓度处理还能显著提高可溶性固形物(SSC%)的含量。5mg·L-1的CPPU能明显促进两个品种果实的着色,但5mg·L-1的CPPU使“那翁”的裂果率明显增加,20mg·L-1的CPPU处理使裂果率明显减少。  相似文献

使用美国五大学射电天文台(FCRAO)的14m无线和新建立的QUARRY接收系统对中心区CO(2-1)谱线呈现双峰特征的2个PMS星P11和V1515Cyg进行了CO(1-0)的谱线成图观测。观测表明,无论是PP11还是V1515Cyg,其CO(1-0)谱线都在大范围内表现出双峰谱型。分析PP11和V1515Cyg红、蓝2个速度峰和峰谷速度上的等强分布可以发现,与主序前星成协且具有CO双峰谱的分子云中可能存在2种运动:一种是低速的与视线方向成某个角度的大张角的双向运动,它可能是PMS星形成前双极外向流阶段的进一步发展(张角变大,速度变小);另一种是起因于PMS星风的向四外发展的膨胀的壳层运动,而在壳层内密度分布是高度团块性的,这种团块可能是新形成的PMS星与母分子云相互作用,从而导致分子云碎裂的结果。  相似文献

采用TGA 研究了稀土化合物对聚丙稀的热稳定作用. 通过电镜观察了经铬酸蚀刻的PP球晶在不同稀土化合物含量下的变化. 用X 射线衍射法比较了加入稀土化合物前后PPβ结晶峰及结晶度的变化. 结果表明, 在w (PP) / w (REC) = 100/1-0 ~100/2-0 范围内, PP热稳定性较好. REC对PP还有一定程度的成核作用  相似文献

用Merrifield固相法合成了荞麦花粉肽BPP-1及其类似物BPP-1-3,BPP-1-4和BPP-2。通过FT-IR和CD谱初步讨论了BPP-1的二级结构,结果表明其水溶液构象属于无规卷曲和β-折叠,但在三氟乙醇中,CD谱在206nm和222nm附近呈双负峰形,分子形成了α-螺旋构象。研究了BPP-1,BPP-1-3和BPP-2对动物和人淋巴细胞的增殖应答功能和抑制释放sIL-2R的作用,结  相似文献

以ELISA检测108例活动性肺结核、39例稳定期肺结核、30例肿瘤、101例非结核性肺部疾病患者及202例正常人血清的抗结核菌纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)IgG抗体(简称抗-PPD)和循环免疫复合物(CIC)中的抗-PPDIgG抗体(简称CIC-PPD)。结果表明,活动性肺结核患者的抗-PPD和CIC-PPD水平明显高于正常人和各疾病组患者的水平(P<0.001),但与其病变范围无关。单一测定活动性肺结核患者的抗-PPD,敏感性为85.2%,特异性为98.5%;测定CIC-PPD,敏感性为86.1%.特异性96.9%。以两者任一项阳性作为诊断活动性肺结核的标准,则敏感性为93.5%。此外,对11例活动性肺结核患者的动态观察表明,随着治疗天数的增加和临床症状的改善,患者的抗-PPD和CIC-PPD水平会逐渐降低,前者于治疗后第20~24周降至正常水平,后者则于治疗后第12~16周降至正常值。研究结果提示测定患者的抗-PPD和CIC-PPD的水平,可用于结核病诊断,对结核病的疗效判定亦有帮助。  相似文献

本文对怀地黄愈伤组织的诱导、分化和再生植株的生长调控进行了研究.结果表明:(1)6-BA1mg/L(单位下同)+NAA0.1的组合有利于叶片愈伤组织的形成,2,4-D2+NAA2的组合有利于根茎愈伤组织的形成;(2)诱导愈伤组织产生再生植株的最佳组合为6-BA1+NAA0.01;(3)PP333对再生植株的生长调控具有良好的效应,PP3331处理后,再生植株生长健壮,根系发达,叶色浓绿.  相似文献

对不同品种梨多酚氧化酶(PPO)粗提液,以邻苯二酚为底物,测定了不同pH值、温度及抑制剂对其活性的影响。结果表明:雪花梨、安梨、白梨、鸭梨PPO的最适pH值分别为6.4,6.2,6.0,6.6;最适温度分别为24,22,20,30℃;在最适pH值和温度条件下果肉中所含PPO的活性分别为3.212×103,4.752×103,3.344×103,3.872×103u·g-1FW。雪花梨和安梨PPO对偏二亚硫酸钠反应最敏感,白梨PPO对GSH(谷胱甘肽)反应最敏感,鸭梨PPO对Vc(维生素C)反应最敏感。  相似文献

草酸与钼(Ⅵ)反应可以生成多种络合物。根据文献[1]方法,我们制得无色透明块状的cis-(QH)2[MoO2(C2O4)2]晶体(式中QH+=C9NH8+)。该晶体属斜方晶系,空间群为Pcc2;晶胞参数:a=12.497(4),b=10.262(3),C=16.750(3)A;V=2148.08A;M=564.32;晶体密度:dobs=1.73gcm-3;晶胞分子数Z=4(dcalc=1.745gcm-3)。晶体在CAD-4 四园衍射仪上用M0Ka射线收集三维衍射点强度数据,通过三维Patterson函数和Fourier函数合成方法,确定了cis-(QH)2[MoO2)C2O4)2]的晶体和分子结构。最后,根据I>2σ(I)的1363个独立衍射点的强度数据、用最小二乘法把结构精修到R=0.060,Rw=0.059。该晶体的阴离子由六个氧原子围绕着M0原子形成扭曲的八面体。分子具有C2对称性(QH)+和[M0O2)C2O4)2]2-之间组成了N-H…O类的氢键。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
