转大豆DNA获得小麦高蛋白材料及品质分析   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
用离子束介导外源DNA转化法将大豆的全DNA导入小麦得到M1代转基因植株,利用近红外蛋白分析仪对其籽粒进行品质分析,得到的T1代蛋白含量大于16%的单株占有较高的比例,这说明,通过离子束介导外源DNA转化技术可对种子直接进行转化,并获得高蛋白材料。  相似文献

土壤追施锌肥对水稻植株锌累积特征影响研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过田间试验,在水稻(扬育粳2号)分蘖期及灌浆期追施锌肥,探究不同生育时期及锌肥施用水平对水稻成熟期植株吸收和累积锌特征的影响.结果显示:在两个时期施肥后,水稻成熟期各器官锌含量和植株锌累积量均随施肥量增加而增加,锌在各器官的分配比例也随之改变;施肥处理后,营养器官茎中锌含量最高可达到对照组的4.3倍(分蘖期),而糙米锌含量较对照组最大增幅分别为20.9%(分蘖期)和29.7%(灌浆期);相同锌肥水平下,分蘖期施肥植株锌累积量(最高454μg)均高于灌浆期(最高266.2μg),而锌收获指数(最大0.194)均低于灌浆期施肥(最大0.336).总之,土壤追施锌肥可以显著增加水稻植株锌的累积,并一定程度上提高水稻籽粒中锌的含量和累积量;灌浆期较分蘖期追施锌肥更有利于提高水稻籽粒锌水平,是通过土壤追肥方式提高水稻籽粒锌水平的关键时期.  相似文献

以河北省平原区大面积种植的4个不同类型品种为材料(包括强筋小麦藁8901、高产品种石4185、高蛋白品种河农341和耐旱高产品种河农859),对不同类型小麦植株的氮素同化、运转和分配特征进行了研究。试验表明,4个类型相比,高蛋白品种阶段吸氮量和总吸氮量较多,但阶段吸收比例前期相对较低,开花后较高。而耐旱高产品种开花前吸收氮素较多,开花后吸收较少。各器官氮素含量、积累量和分配率,拔节期和开花期互有高低,成熟期以高产品种较高。耐旱高产品种开花前吸收的氮素向籽粒中输出量、输出率及输出氮素对籽粒的相对贡献显著较高,而高蛋白品种相对较低。高蛋白品种和强筋品种旗叶氮素对籽粒的贡献大于耐旱和普通高产品种。强筋小麦品种对氮素的运转和分配规律与高蛋白小麦类似,但其吸收积累量显著低于高蛋白品种。普通高产品种氮素吸收积累量显著较少,且营养器官中积累分配较多。建议在生产中对高蛋白品种增施氮肥,注意增加后期氮素追施比例,基肥、拔节肥、灌浆肥氮素分配比例为4∶4∶2,对于抗旱品种,重视前期施氮,尤其拔节期增加施氮比例,氮素分配比例--基肥∶拔节肥为4∶6,强筋品种和高产品种氮素分配比例--基肥∶拔节肥为5∶5。  相似文献

对春玉米进行锌-65示踪实验表明,苗期叶面喷施锌肥后很快被吸收,8小时后大量转入茎部,4天内茎、叶对锌-65的吸收分别占总吸收量的47.5%和40.9%.抽雄期喷施,主要运转入生殖器官,最后大量积累到籽粒中.锌的放射性强度由植株顶端至根基各组织器官逐渐减小,幼嫩组织中锌的含量高于老化组织.成熟期春玉米植株中锌的分布不同,即籽粒>茎、叶>根,而玉米果穗中部籽粒的锌含量明显高于上下两端.  相似文献

对内蒙古地区部分玉米种质资源籽粒的品质性状与农艺性状的相关性,品质性状间的相关性以及与农艺性状的结合进行了研究。结果表明:①玉米籽粒的蛋白质含量,粗脂肪含量与单株产量存在着极显著的负相关关系,与生育期存在着极显著的正相关关系;②玉米籽粒的蛋白质含量与粗脂肪含量存在着极显著的正相关关系;③玉米籽粒中的总淀粉含量与单株产量存在着显著正相关关系,与粗蛋白含量存在着显著负相关关系;④通过一定的育种途径可以将高蛋白高产、高蛋白矮杆,高蛋白高油、高油高产、高淀粉高产与矮杆早熟等性状结合。  相似文献

人类所需蛋白质的70%来自粮食作物。一般来说,谷物中的蛋白质的含量是不够的。据有关资料报道,国外已培育出一些高蛋白质的农作物品种,例如在玉米方面,通过定向的培育,已育出了平均含蛋白质达25%以上的“伊利诺斯高蛋白”杂交种,有的品系蛋白质含量高达28~29%,而原始材料籽粒的蛋白质含量只有10%左右。在小麦育种中,应用人工引变的方法,已育成含蛋白质17~22%的“无芒一号”高蛋白小麦,原品种蛋白质含量为13.5%。  相似文献

马铃薯块茎蛾的危害极为严重,通过植物基因工程将Bt基因的Cry1Ab类型导入马铃薯,以期获得抗虫性提高的马铃薯基因工程植株.以马铃薯品种‘会-2’为受体材料,对影响转化效率的因素进行了优化,结果表明:3号(1/2MSO+50μLAs+2 mL农杆菌悬浮液)浸染液有利于抗性芽的分化,乙酰丁香酮可以提高叶片的转化率,共培养3 d的分化率较高.共获得经过卡那霉素筛选的114个转化植株,对初筛株系进行PCR分子鉴定,结果有55%的植株扩增出目的条带,初步证明Cry1Ab基因已整合到马铃薯的基因组中.转化植株的抗虫性鉴定正在进行中.  相似文献

利用RT-PCR扩增水稻的Na 、K 、/H 反向转运蛋白(OsCHXl)基因全序列,将其与35S启动子连接后,插入到pl301中,构建植物过量表达载体pl301-35S-OsCHXl-NOS.将该质粒转化农杆菌EHA105,并对水稻愈伤组织进行转化,获得了再生植株.对再生植株进行GUS和PCR鉴定,发现超过85%的再生植株为阳性植株.此研究结果为进一步探讨OsCHX1基因功能提供了实验材料.  相似文献

选用毛状根再生植株及自交系P131为材料,研究玉米毛状根再生植株在干旱胁迫及复水处理条件下活性氧(ROS)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的变化,探究玉米毛状根再生植株的膜脂过氧化水平.结果表明:干旱胁迫8 d,和正常供水水平比,玉米毛状根再生植株和对照组植株ROS含量分别增加14.3%和35.4%.CAT和GSH-PX的含量不断增加,和ROS的变化趋势相似,对照组植株均高于玉米毛状根再生植株.复水后,两种植株CAT和GSH-PX以及ROS都迅速下降,干旱胁迫4 d、6 d处理的玉米毛状根再生植株迅速恢复到接近正常供水水平,干旱胁迫8 d含量略高于正常水平,且不同干旱胁迫处理之间的含量差异较小;但对照组植株不同干旱胁迫处理之间的含量差异较大.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
