研究硫代硫酸盐浸金的阴极行为及浸出机理。结果表明,在铜氨络离子存在的硫代硫酸盐溶液中,二价铜氨络离子在金粒表面得到电子被还原,生成的一价铜氨络离子进入溶液后被氧化再生为二价铜氨络离子,后者又到金粒表面上还原。根据阳、阴极过程电化学研究的结果,提出了氨性硫代硫酸盐溶液浸金的电化学-催化机理及模型,揭示了铜离子和氨在硫代硫酸盐浸金过程中的作用、作用条件和机理。  相似文献

提出硫酸熟化及三相流态化浸出处理镍镉电池废料的新工艺.考察了硫酸耗量,液固比,温度及时间几个因素对浸出的影响.当采用1.1倍理论酸量、液固比2:1和常温下浸出1.0h,得到的浸出率为:镍98.88%,镉97.96%;扩大试验总浸出率均不低于95%.三相流态化反应器单位面积生产能力达到127.4kg/m2·h.  相似文献

探讨了硫酸作为氧化剂分解含砷难处理金矿的技术可行性,实验结果表明硫酸可以有效地氧化砷黄铁矿而实现金的单体解离,适宜的分解条件为:硫酸与矿粉重量比为3,采用机械搅拌,反应温度240~260℃,分解时间2~3h,分解渣采用硫脲浸出时浸金率高于95%浸金条件为:硫脲浓度1%,三价铁作氧化剂,氧化剂与络合剂比值为0.04~0.06,浸出时间6h图1,表6,参8  相似文献

研究了云南某金矿的含砷难处理浮选金精矿的预处理方法.通过430℃和650℃二阶段富氧焙烧和40%NaOH溶液吸收废气中的As2O3和SO2,既使金转变为易浸状态,又有效地避免了空气污染.还探讨了影响硫代硫酸盐法浸金的因素,在最佳浸金条件下,金的浸出率达91%以上.  相似文献

研究了在1.0~3.0mol/LHCl水溶液中用锌硫化物精矿与太平洋底锰结核同时浸出时,锌精矿与锰结核的配比、浸出液初始HCl浓度、浸出温度及浸出时间对2种矿物中Mn,Zn,Cu,Co,Ni和Fe的浸出影响。结果表明,随着浸出温度升高,金属浸出率增加;只要酸足够,浸出液初始酸浓度对金属浸出率影响不大。当浸出温度为90℃,初始HCl浓度为1.5mol/L锰结核配入过剩系数为1.2,液固比约为13:1,浸出90min时,锌浸出率大于80%,Ni,Co,Cu和Mn浸出率大于98%。原料中的硫90%以上留在浸出残渣中,主要以元素硫形式存在。  相似文献

在热分析的基础上对吉林某浮选银精矿的预处理过程进行了研究。研究了焙焙烧温度、焙烧时间奶对金精矿中硫,碳脱除率的影响,着重研究了有添加剂存在时焙烧工艺条件对银精矿焙砂的金银提取性能的影响,并了添剂在硫酸化焙烧过程中的作用。试验结果表明:有添加剂存在时的焙少经稀硫酸预浸,其预浸渣于用硫脲法或氰化法浸金时,其金的浸率将大于95%,争遥总浸出率也分别达95%  相似文献

以富硼渣为原料,在1.5m^3浸出罐中进行硫酸浸出试验,硼的浸出率主要与富硼渣的结构,粒度,加酸量及浸出时间和温度等因素有关,试验结果表明,富硼渣中硼只要以遂安石晶体存在,粒度在0.18~0.16mm加酸量为80%,浸出时间90min温度95~100℃硫酸浸出率可大于90%。  相似文献

针对某含铜难处理金矿进行了碘化法和石硫合剂(lime sulfur synthetic solution,LSSS)法的选择性浸金的研究。结果表明,在碘单质质量浓度为8g/L,浸出时间为2h的条件下,碘化法浸出金的浸出率为88.1%,而且铜的浸出率不足1%。在石硫合剂质量分数为25%,浸出时间为6h的条件下,LSSS法浸出金的浸出率仅为73.5%。对比碘化浸出和石硫合剂浸出效果可知,碘化法对该含铜难处理金矿不仅浸出速度快、浸出率高而且铜几乎不被浸出,具有很强的选择性浸金作用。  相似文献

对含钴矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究,明确了该含钴矿石的主要化学成分、粒度分布、矿物组成与嵌布特征.研究表明,硫化矿物主要为硫铜钴矿、黄铜矿、斑铜矿、辉铜矿、铜蓝、黄铁矿等.硫铜钴矿大多数以单体形式赋存,还有一部分为连生体.该含钴矿石含钴163%,铜105%,铁124%,硫1500%.用实验室驯化培养的具有良好抗钴性能的ZY101菌种对此含钴矿石进行摇瓶浸出实验研究,浸出结果表明:利用优良菌种浸出,钴浸出率达8571%.对比生物法与非生物的高铁溶液浸出,生物法钴浸出率提高6326%,耐钴ZY101浸矿菌浸钴效果显著.  相似文献

香菇发酵醪处理液经732阳树脂在pH2.5 ̄3.0时得5'-GMP和5'-CMP混合液,再调至pH4.0 ̄4.5上717阴离子树脂柱,5'-GMP被吸附,用ψ=3%NaCl溶液解吸,即分离得5'-GMP。醪液经0.2μm胶体磨破壁后分别作了自溶,酶解(5'-磷酸二脂酶)和自溶加酶解三种处理,结果5'-GMP得率分别为94.0%,95.1%和95.0%,未见显著差异。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
