江苏省如东县滩涂资源可持续利用研究

江苏省如东县沿海高程-2m以上滩涂面积约有6.93万hm²，并以25～30m／ａ的速度向外淤长，可增加滩涂面积330hm²／ａ，土地利用潜力较大.但滩涂资源的围垦开发利用也造成了沿海生物多样性减少和滩涂生态系统自我调节功能的降低.如东滩涂资源可持续开发利用应遵循重点保护原则、高效经济原则和资源稳定原则，制定合理的开发规划，逐步形成滩涂养殖业、种植业、盐业、牧业、旅游业等多元化产业结构.     

沿海滩涂围垦开发的再定位思考

针对近几年江苏沿海又掀起了一个大规模的围垦开发热潮,历史上储备的滩涂资源已基本被围垦开发饴尽,如继续保持这样的速度,必将对沿海滩涂的湿地环境产生威胁这样一种情况,为合理开发沿海滩涂资源,作者认为(a)必须控制一个合理的围垦速度,即围垦速度等于淤长速度,每年约0.17万hm2;(b)对严重沙化的粉沙质滩涂的围垦开发的代价很大,不要急于围垦,可以先就滩利用,在合适的时候再围垦.(c)水源、水质和环境条件差的地方,滩涂围垦搞养殖的效果并不好,应考虑有效的利用方式.(d)对目前滩涂围垦热要正确引导,把重点放在对已围滩涂的开发利用上.     

大规模滩涂围垦影响下近海环境变化及其对策

沿海滩涂是重要的土地后备资源,具有拓展生存空间的巨大潜力。针对江苏沿海滩涂特点,回顾了大规模滩涂开发利用的指导思想、总体布局及开发利用原则。同时指出,较大规模的、快速的滩涂围垦等人类活动,会对近海环境产生深远的影响,继而探讨了大规模滩涂开发利用对近海动力环境和生态环境的主要影响及其评价方法,并提出相对应的环境保护措施。     

江苏沿海滩涂资源围垦开发利用研究

江苏沿海滩涂地貌及资源开发利用途径

阐述了江苏沿海滩涂地貌特点以及滩涂资源开发利用现状,提出了江苏沿海滩涂资源开发利用模式和途径.根据连云港、盐城、南通各分区资源优势及存在问题,提出连云港应以港口开发和盐业—海洋化工为主,滨海旅游为特色,滩涂养殖为辅;盐城应以滩涂农业为主,自然保护区为特色,逐步开发港口和临港工业;南通应以港口资源开发和滩涂养殖以及水产品加工为主,大力开发海洋可再生能源.     

江苏入海河道河口治导线研究

为了指导江苏河口滩涂资源合理开发,加强江苏入海河口管理,维持江苏入海河流挡潮闸闸下港道排水能力,采用遥感卫片以及GIS(地理信息系统)分析、水动力数值模拟、泥沙水力特性试验等方法分析了闸下港道变化情势、河口滩涂对闸下港道淤积影响、归槽落潮滩涂保护范围和港道整治工程范围,并在分析结果的基础上,确定了河口治导线划定原则.应用结果表明,河口治导线划定原则可用于沿海滩涂开发利用建设项目,并可指导江苏沿海可持续开发利用和保护.

慈溪海洋业发展的重点选择与措施

我国海洋资源丰富,沿海15米等深线的浅海面积达1亿亩,目前开发利用还不到1％。就慈溪总体来说资源比较短缺,但滩涂资源丰富、发展潜力巨大,全市拥有77公里长的海岸线,约有1200平方公里的海域,吴淞高程零米以上的滩涂有47300公顷。得天独厚的海洋资源为发展慈溪的海洋经济,提供了优厚的条件。 一、发展海洋经济的重点选择 根据我市独特的地理条件和环境,综合分析我市海洋经济的特点,我市海洋经济的发展重点是滩涂养殖业和海涂围垦与综合开发两个方面。 (一)发展滩涂养殖业 我市具有全省最大的沿海滩涂,可供水产养殖滩涂面积达5333公顷,虽然潍涂养殖起步较晚,但发展很快。从     

基于ESDA的我国耕地后备资源集聚特征的比较研究

本文通过基尼系数、空间数据探索分析(ESDA)等统计方法,探索我国耕地后备资源各地类空间集聚特征及影响因素,为耕地后备资源的开发利用奠定理论基础.结果显示:(1)我国耕地后备资源各地类集聚程度差异较大,呈现出可开垦沿海滩涂可开垦沼泽地可开垦沙地、可复垦采矿用地可开垦内陆滩涂、可开垦盐碱地可开垦裸地可开垦其他草地的特征.(2)可开垦沿海滩涂主要聚集在东部中纬度沿海地区,可开垦沼泽地和可复垦采矿用地主要集中在东部偏北部地区,可开垦沙地为西北地区.(3)自然因素奠定了各地类空间分布的基本格局,人口因素对各地类集聚效应具有重要影响,经济因素属于辅助因素,但对耕地后备资源可持续开发利用的影响效力正在突显.通过实证分析,得出研究结论:基尼系数和ESDA中的趋势分析等方法从地统计的视角揭示并量化了耕地后备资源结构的空间分布特征,可为解译耕地后备资源的集聚效应、制定开发利用对策提供科学依据.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
