对冷变形后的Co36Fe36Cr18Ni8Ti2合金在700 ℃和800 ℃下再结晶退火,制备成具有高强度及良好耐蚀性的多主元合金。采用电子背散射衍射(electron back-scattered diffraction, EBSD)表征了合金的相分布、再结晶组织以及晶界分布等微观结构特征,采用静态拉伸试验测试了合金的力学性能。结果表明,700 ℃退火的合金断后伸长率较低,但其抗拉强度与屈服强度分别达到了1 038和956 MPa。采用电化学工作站与扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)表征了合金在模拟体液中的耐蚀性。结果表明,700 ℃退火的样品具有较好的耐蚀性,腐蚀后的样品表面较为均匀。结合力学性能可知,700 ℃退火的样品具有作为新型医用金属材料的潜力。  相似文献

对纵向驱动巨磁阻抗(LDGMI)效应的特性、原理及应用技术的研究进行了综述,对学术界存在争议的LDGMI效应和巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应基本物理机制问题进行了评析.认为LDGMI效应和GMI效应的区别在于工作模式不同,而基本物理机制相同,在应用开发中两者各有优缺点,相互可以形成互补关系,而LDGMI效应相比GMI效应具有灵敏度更高、可靠性更高、适应性更灵活等优点,在新型磁敏传感器和新型磁性能测量仪器开发应用中LDGMI效应会发挥独特的优势.LDGMI效应前景光明,值得业界关注.  相似文献

On investigating the longitudinally driven GMI effect of the DC annealed Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2 alloy ribbon, the current density was 3.2×10^7 A/m^2, the GMI effect responds sensitively (the sensitivity is as high as 2440.2%/(A-m^-1)) to weak magnetic field after a 600-second annealing. The experimental result shows that the sensitivity is closely related to annealing current density, driven current frequency and eroded thickness. The single-phase sample of MgB2 was prepared successfully at the temperature of 900℃ and under the pressure of 3 GPa. The structure of the sample was investigated using powder X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis. The results show that the structure of the sample belongs to the hexagonal structure with space group of P6/mmm, a=3.0861(5) Å, c=3.5222(8) Å. The magnetic and resistance measurements indicate that the superconducting transition temperature Tc is 39 K.  相似文献

巨磁阻抗可应用于微型高灵敏度磁传感器.我们研究了三种非晶合金薄带的巨磁阻抗效应.实验表明,在一定频率范围内提高测试频率,磁阻抗效应有明显提高;适当温度的退火也有助于磁阻抗效应的提高.其中成分为Co70Fe4.5Ni4Nb1Si12.5B8的非晶合金带的效应最显著,制备态非晶样品在频率为 5MHz下达 120%左右,经过退火处理的非晶样品在 5MHz下的效应可达400%左右。  相似文献

Structure and magnetic properties of [FePt/Ag]10 multilayer films   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
[FePt/Ag]10 multilayers were deposited on glass substrates by magnetron sputtering. After being annealed at 550℃ for 30 rain, the coercivities of [FePt/Ag]10 multilayer films were observably improved. Magnetic properties of[FePt/Ag]10 multilayer films are influenced by the Ag content. The highest coercivity is obtained for those multilayer films that the Ag content is about 25%. The analysis for the remanence curves shows that the lower FePt layer thickness is favorable for decreasing the intergranular interaction. Result of XRD shows that a thick Ag layer can enhance the intensity of FePt(001) peak. A magnetic activation volume of the order of 10^-24 m^3 is obtained by the measurement of magnetic viscosity, showing that it is promising to be ultrahigh density recording media.  相似文献

用化学镀的方法制备了CuBe/绝缘层/NiCoP复合结构丝,用2 A直流电流退火2 min.研究了退火对样品巨磁阻抗效应的影响,发现退火大幅度提高了样品的巨磁阻抗效应,最大磁阻抗比率ΔZ/Z由制备态时的42.3%提高到693.1%,增加了15.4倍.利用复数磁导率和等效电路研究了样品的磁化特性,并对电流退火增强复合结构丝巨磁阻抗效应的机理作了分析.电流退火消除内应力且改变样品的磁结构,使得退火样品的Δμ′和Δμ″远大于制备态样品,增强了样品的巨磁阻抗效应.  相似文献

Bulk Al/Al3Zr composite was prepared by a combination of mechanical alloying (MA) and hot extrusion processes. Elemental Al and Zr powders were milled for up to 10 h and heat treated at 600℃ for 1 h to form stable Al3Zr. The prepared Al3Zr powder was then mixed with the pure Al powder to produce an Al-Al3Zr composite. The composite powder was finally consolidated by hot extrusion at 550℃. The mechanical properties of consolidated samples were evaluated by hardness and tension tests at room and elevated temperatures. The results show that annealing of the 10-h-milled powder at 600℃ for 1 h led to the formation of a stable Al3Zr phase. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results confirmed that the formation of Al3Zr began with the nucleation of a metastable phase, which subsequently transformed to the stable tetragonal Al3Zr structure. The tension yield strength of the Al-10wt%Al3Zr composite was determined to be 103 MPa, which is approximately twice that for pure Al (53 MPa). The yield stress of the Al/Al3Zr composite at 300℃ is just 10% lower than that at room temperature, which demonstrates the strong potential for the prepared composite to be used in high-temperature structural applications.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline single-phase alloys with the nominal compositions (at%) of Nd12.3-xDyxFe79.7Zr0.8Nb0.8Cu0.4B6.0 (x=0, 0.5, 1.5, and 2.5) were prepared by melt-spinning and subsequent annealing. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the as-spun ribbons were mainly composed of the amorphous phase. A slight content of Dy stabilizes the amorphous phase during annealing treatment. The grain size becomes smaller and the coercivity of the annealed ribbon is gradually improved with the increase of Dy content. Excessive Dy is harmful to the remanence. It is found that no intergranular phase exists between the grains by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, and the grain boundaries are crystallographically coherent in the optimally annealed sample. The optimum magnetic properties of remanence (Jr=1.09 T), coercivity (Hci=1048 kA/m), and maximum magnetic energy product ((BH)m=169.5 kJ/m3) are obtained from the x=0.5 ribbon in a post heat-treated state (700℃, 10 min).  相似文献

Self-assembled monolayers of novel C60 derivative, N-3-γ-pyridyl Aza[60]fulleroid (C60Py), on Au(111) were studied by a scanning tunneling microscope under ultrahigh vacuum (UHV). C60Py molecules were assembled on Au (111) via pyridyl nitrogen-Au interaction. The sole assembly of C60Py molecules on Au (111) only exhibited randoml aggregation of C60Py even the films were annealed at 50 and 105°C. By co-assembling with benzyl mercaptan (BM), the C60PyBM films showed highly dense aggregation, but C60Py assemblies still had disordered structure. After the co-assembled C60Py-BM films were annealed at 50°C, BM molecules were partially desorbed, but the assembly of C60Py remained without obvious change. After the co-assembled C60Py-BM films were further annealed at 105°C, the C60Py monolayers with ordered structure were obtained, while the BM molecules were nearly thoroughly desorbed from the surface. Here, the BM molecules play a key role as a surfactant in the formation of the ordered C60Py monolayer.  相似文献

The giant magnetocaloric effect Gd5Si2Ge2 alloy was prepared with 99wt% low purity commercial Gd. Powder XRD and magnetic measurements showed that the Gd5Si2Ge2 alloy annealed at 1200℃ for 1h had a significant magnetic- crystallographic first order phase transition at about 270 K. The maximal magnetic entropy change is 17.55 J· kg^-1· K^-1 under a magnetic field change of 0-5 T. The distinct increase of magnetic entropy change belongs to the first-order phase transition from the orthorhombic Gd5Si4-type to the monoclinic Gd5Si2Ge2-type after high temperature heat-treatment.  相似文献

Electromagnetic signals in deep reservoir are very weak so that it is difficult to predict about the presence of hydrocarbon in seabed logging(SBL) environment.In the present work,Mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 nanoferrites were prepared by a sol–gel technique at different sintering temperatures of450 °C,650 °C and 850 °C to increase the strength of electromagnetic(EM) antenna.XRD,FESEM,Raman spectroscopy and HRTEM were used to analyze the phase,surface morphology and size of the nanoferrites.Magnetic properties of the nanoferrites were also measured using an impedance network analyzer.However,nanoferrites sintered at 850 °C with initial permeability of 200 and Q factor of 50 were used as magnetic feeders with the EM antenna.Lab scale experiments were performed to investigate the effect of magnetic field strength in scale tank.SPSS and MATLAB softwares were also used to confirm the oil presence in scale tank.It was observed that the magnitude of the EM waves for the antenna was increased up to 233%.Finally,the correlation values also show 208% increase in the magnetic field strength with the presence of the oil.Therefore,antenna with Mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 nanoferrites based magnetic feeders can be used for deep water and deep target hydrocarbon exploration.  相似文献

Ta-doped In2O3 transparent conductive oxide films were deposited on glass substrates using radio-frequency (RF) sputtering at 300°C. The influence of post-annealing on the structural, morphologic, electrical and optical properties of the films was investigated using X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, Hall measurements and optical transmission spectroscopy. The obtained films were polycrystalline with a cubic structure and were preferentially oriented in the (222) crystallographic direction. The lowest resistivity, 5.1×10−4 Ω cm, was obtained in the film annealed at 500°C, which is half of that of the un-annealed film (9.9×10−4 Ω cm). The average optical transmittance of the films was over 90%. The optical bandgap was found to decrease with increasing annealing temperature.  相似文献

CrN powder was synthesized by nitriding Cr metal in ammonia gas flow, and its chemical reaction mechanism and nitridation process were studied. Through thermodynamic calculations, the Cr-N-O predominance diagrams were constructed for different temperatures. Chromium nitride formed at 7002-1200℃ under relatively higher nitrogen and lower oxygen partial pressures. Phases in the products were then investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the Cr2N content varied with reaction temperature and holding time. The results indicate that the Cr metal powder nitridation process can be explained by a diffusion model. Further, Cr2N formed as an intermediate product because of an incomplete reaction, which was observed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). After nitriding at 1000℃ for 20 h, CrN powder with an average grain size of 63 nm was obtained, and the obtained sample was analyzed by using a scanning electron microscope (SEM).  相似文献

Ge-SiO2 thin films were deposited on p-type Si substrates using the radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering technique with a Ge-SiO2 composite target. Films were annealed in N2 ambience for 30 min at 300℃—1000℃ with an interval of 100℃. Through the X-ray diffraction, the average size of Ge nanocrystals (nc-Ge) was determined. They increased from 3.9 to 6.1 nm with increasing annealing temperature in the range of 600℃—1000℃. Under ultraviolet excitation, all samples emit a strong violet band centered at 396 nm. With the formation of nc-Ge, the samples exhibit another emission of orange band with the peak at 580 nm and its intensity increases with the increasing size of nc-Ge. The peak positions of two bands do not shift obviously. Experimental data indicate that the violet band comes from GeO defect and the orange band originates mainly from the luminescence centers at the interface between the nc-Ge and SiO2 matrix.  相似文献

Using commercial amorphous B powder (92% in purity) and Mg powder (99% in purity) as starting materials, 19-filament Fe/Cu clad MgB2 wires were fabricated by an in situ powder-in-tube method. Heat treatment was performed at 700℃ for 1 h under an argon gas atmosphere. The influence of Mg/B ratio on the microstructure and superconducting properties of the wires was investigated. It was found that the major phases of MgB2 wires were MgB2 accompanied with relatively small amounts of MgO and Fe2B impurities. With 5% excess Mg addition, the onset TC slightly decreased. However, the transport JC at 4.2 K and 4 T reached 1.07×104 A·cm-2, increasing by a factor of 1.4 compared to the stoichiometric sample. Moreover, the Mg1.05B2 sample showed an improved field dependence of JC, suggesting that less voids and smaller grain size of the Mg1.05B2 core lead to better grain connectivity and stronger flux pinning.  相似文献

TiAlSiN hard coatings were synthesized on high-speed steel using an arc ion enhanced magnetic sputtering hybrid system.The microstructure and hardness of the coatings at different annealing temperatures were explored by means of XRD,TEM,EDAX and Vickers indentation.The as-deposited TiAlSiN coatings were confirmed to be amorphous due to high depositing rate and low deposition temperature during the film growth.The transformation from amorphous to nanocomposites of nano-crystallites and amorphousness were observed after the annealing treatment,the microstructure of TiAlSiN coatings annealed at 800°C and 1000°C were consisted of crystalline hcp-AlN,fcc-TiN and amorphous phase,however,the coatings were only consisted of fcc-TiN and amorphous phase when annealing at 1100°C and 1200°C.Meanwhile,the formation of Al2O3 was detected on the coating surface after annealing at 1200°C and it indicated the excellent oxidation resistance of the TiAlSiN coatings under the present experimental conditions.Furthermore,the average grain size of the TiAlSiN coatings after high temperature annealing even at 1200°C was less than 30 nm and the size increased with the increasing temperature.However,the hardness of the so-deposited coatings with HV0.2N=3300 dramatically decreased with the increase of temperature and reached nearly to the hardness of TiN coatings with HV0.2N=2300.  相似文献
