冷轧带钢钢卷在平整机上开卷时,带钢表面有时会出现横折印缺陷. 为了减小带钢表面的横折印缺陷,通过建立平整机开卷过程有限元模型,研究了冷轧带钢钢卷在开卷过程中应力的大小分布及影响因素,分析了开卷张力、板厚、粘结程度和钢卷半径等与产生横折印的关系,提出了减小带钢在打开过程中的反弯和罩式炉中的粘结程度来克服带钢表面横折印缺陷的途径,并发现增大开卷张力有利于减轻或避免横折印的产生,消除了关于开卷张力与横折印关系的错误认识.  相似文献

为了研究带钢局部高点卷取起筋的控制方法,利用三维弹塑性变形基本理论,并引入带钢塑性流动因子,建立了弹塑性卷取应力和起筋量模型.基于应力函数假设、S. Timoshenko最小功原理和伽辽金虚位移法建立了起筋带钢的应力场分布和可用于在线计算的起筋临界卷取张力设定模型.仿真结果表明:局部高点在径向累积叠加所引起的带钢张力不均匀分布和轴向压应力是导致带钢起筋的主要原因;起筋量随局部高点高度、卷径和卷取张力增加而增大,薄带钢比厚带钢起筋量增幅明显;临界卷取张力随卷径、带钢厚度和局部高点高度增大而减小.  相似文献

介绍了冷连轧动态变规格概念及轧制工艺特点·以冷连轧机组机架间带钢受张力拉伸为研究对象,根据动态变规格过程中冷轧带钢受力和变形特点,通过理论推导建立起冷连轧动态变规格变形微分方程和张力微分方程·分析了动态变规格过程相关因素对张力变化的影响,指出动态变规格过程中机架间张力变化不仅与速度差有关,还与前后卷带钢规格及变规格点所处位置有关·证明了稳态轧制条件下张力微分方程是动态变规格张力微分方程的特例·  相似文献

为了提高引进热连轧机钢卷的产品质量和产量等技术指标,应用德国西门子公司的TDC控制器,自行设计完成了卷取机控制系统的改造工作。详细阐述了新型带钢卷取机自动控制系统中带钢头部张力优化控制、夹送辊张力控制、卷取机平滑曲线减张控制等多项技术策略,并进行了理论分析。生产实验运行结果表明,采用新型卷取机控制系统后,钢卷卷形良好率达98.25%,成卷率达99.84%,各项指标均达到设计目标。其新型的控制思路可以在国内外同类工程中推广应用。  相似文献

生产中发现原本板形良好的镀锌后带钢,经过卷取成卷运至下道工序(彩涂)再开卷后,带钢边部出现了严重的密集边浪,使带钢因无法涂层而成废次品.通过现场实测分析和运用逐层迭代法对卷取过程中带钢弹性变形行为解析求解,以及定量研究钢卷卷取层数、卷取张力、带钢厚度和板廓负凸度等因素对带钢在卷取状态下的应力场和位移场的影响,揭示出产生这一现象的力学背景.以解析分析结果和现场实测结果为依据,提出了卷取工艺参数的改进方案并投入生产使用,彻底消除了卷取过程产生的带钢边部板形缺陷,使机组的产品板形质量和成材率明显提高.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
