Exponential Sums over Finite Fields

This is an expository paper on algebraic aspects of exponential sums over finite fields. This is a new direction. Various examples, results and open problems are presented along the way, with particular emphasis on Gauss periods, Kloosterman sums and one variable exponential sums. One main tool is the applications of various p-adic methods. For this reason, the author has also included a brief exposition of certain p-adic estimates of exponential sums. The material is based on the lectures given at the 2020 online number theory summer school held at Xiamen University. Notes were taken by Shaoshi Chen and Ruichen Xu.

Strong Law of Large Numbers for Weighted Sums of Random Variables and Its Applications in EV Regression Models

A Local Condition on Dominating Cycles in Graphs

Let G be a graph and S a subset of vertices of G.In the paper we give a local conditionon cycles in G dominating all vertices of S with large sums.We also derive some consequences onlocal hamiltonian conditions.     

Strict Lyapunov functions for impulsive hybrid time-varying systems with discontinuous right-hand side

In this paper, explicit closed form expressions of nonsmooth strict Lyapunov functions for impulsive hybrid time-varying systems with discontinuous right-hand side is provided. Lyapunov functions are expressed in terms of known nonstrict Lyapunov functions for the dynamics and finite sums of persistency of excitation parameters.

Ioffe's approximate subdifferentials are reviewed and some of his resultsare generalized.An extension of the calculus of the approximate subdifferentials forthe sums to any finite number of functions is provided along with a generalizationof the Dubovitzkii-Milyutin theorem.The presentation also indicates some of thelimitations of nonsmooth analysis and optimization.Restriction to the class offunction which is suitable for most of the purposes in nonsmooth optimization issuggested.

我国订单农业的发展现状与对策

现阶段在我国发展订单农业具有重大战略意义,为促进订单农业规范、持续地发展,必须认真分析订单农业运行的现状和环境,总结经验教训,扬长避短。建立和完善订单农业有效的运营机制。分析了订单农业产生的背景、含义及意义,并通过对广东省某市实施订单农业状况的实地调查和搜集不同地方有关订单农业的信息,进行分析得出现行的订单农业的基本特征和取得的经济、社会效益及一些存在问题,提出了解决方案。图2,参14。     

非线性控制系统半实物仿真技术研究

设计一非线形控制半实物仿真系统对非线型控制算法进行验证，并给出控制推力所需总冲的数学模型，分析了此非线形控制半实物仿真系统的误差，文中还通过型号仿真试验所得到的试验结果对非线形控制系统的设计进行了正确性验证，而且在试验过程中完善了控制系统的设计，同时也验证了该类仿真系统的正确性及仿真系统误差分析的正确性，该半实物仿真系统的建立对同类非线形控制半实物仿真系统的建立具有一定一的借鉴作用。     

Some open problems related to creative telescoping

Creative telescoping is the method of choice for obtaining information about definite sums or integrals. It has been intensively studied since the early 1990s, and can now be considered as a classical technique in computer algebra. At the same time, it is still a subject of ongoing research. This paper presents a selection of open problems in this context. The authors would be curious to hear about any substantial progress on any of these problems.     

基于ELECTRE的航天测控方案评价方法

针对航天测控方案评价问题,通过对航天测控中心的实际调研,归纳出 航天测控方案评价的基本原则,从测控方案的均衡性、集中性和效益性三个 方面建立了评价指标体系. 然后设计出一种基于ELECTRE的测控方案综合评价方法,并提出了测控方案的改进流程及方法. 最后通过实例仿真,表明提出的评价指标和改进方法能够为测控方案的选择和改进提供有效的参考依据.     

基于Petri网的车辆交通实时调度研究

设计了一种交叉路口车辆交通实时调度策略,建立了交叉路口交通系统的受控着色PN模型,定义了单个方向上路口车辆的整体等待时间和平均等待时间,实时的根据两个方向上整体等待时间的差值和平均等待时间的差值实现红绿灯的切换。     

基于竞争决策单元的数据包络分析模型

决策单元之间处于竞争关系时,所有决策单元的某些投入或产出总和是有限的,一个决策单元改善自身效率的行为可能会影响其他决策单元.针对此情形,提出一种基于竞争决策单元的数据包络分析模型,比较了该模型与传统DEA模型的生产前沿面的区别,并指出此模型在管理决策领域可能的用途.最后,用一个算例分析演示了此模型.     

基于web的汽车弹簧三维模型的展示与交互

三维模型的展示和交互往往能给人一种逼真的效果,能够提高产品设计的效率。然而当产品的零部件个数很多时,模型文件将十分巨大,不便于网络共享与发布,而仅限于本地浏览。鉴于这种情况,提出基于网络的三维轻量化模型的展示与交互,岁产应用Mockup软件生成三雏轻量化JT仿真文件,这样便于工程师与客户的查看,同时能够根据客户的反馈,进行即时的更改,同时也扩展了产品的销售渠道。把这种技术应用于汽车弹簧,取得了预期的效果。
