研究了2006年夏季渤海湾赤潮重点监控区6个测站大面积调查的网采浮游植物物种及其群落特征,共发现浮游植物5门32属60种,物种主要以硅藻为主,但甲藻在群落中的比重也很明显,在个别站位上成为优势类群.优势物种主要为格氏圆筛藻(C.granii Gough)、星脐圆筛藻(C.asteromphalus)、琼氏圆筛藻(C.jonesianus)和中华盒形藻(Biddulphia sinensis).细胞丰度的站住分布主要由浮游硅藻的分布所决定,其高值区分布在4号站住.  相似文献

光暗周期对3种海洋浮游硅藻胞外多糖生产的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
3种海洋浮游硅藻,网纹三角藻(Triceratiumreticulum),骨条藻(Skeletonemasp.)和三角褐指藻(Phaeodacty lumtriconutum)培养在3种不同的光暗周期下,研究了光暗周期对硅藻胞外多糖生产的影响.结果表明,光暗周期对硅藻胞外多糖生产的影响具有种间特异性,且与细胞生长周期有关.网纹三角藻和三角褐指藻在长光照条件下(L/D:16/8h),胞外多糖含量较高,前者最大值出现在生长期前期,而后者则在生长期后期;骨条藻在短光照条件下(L/D:8/16h)胞外多糖含量较高,最大值出现在生长期后期.3种硅藻中,网纹三角藻的胞外多糖的产量最高,达103~104pg/cell,中肋骨条藻和三角褐指藻则较低.光暗周期可能影响了细胞内光吸收总量、细胞分裂模式及细胞内有机物质的合成,从而影响到胞外多糖的生产分泌.  相似文献

在实验室模拟条件下研究了光强、温度和氮磷比等环境因子对高盒形藻细胞内蛋白质(Pr)和氨基酸(AA)的影响.结果表明:该藻细胞内的Pr和AA含量在3065~10085lx光强内随光强的增强而降低;在27℃左右达到最大;当氮磷比为16时有最高值,光强、温度及光照的亮暗交替变化不影响该藻细胞内AA与Pr的含量百分比,但介质N/P比值与AA/Pr百分比呈线性相关。  相似文献

本文通过一系列实验,确定了昆明小鼠再生肝的细胞分裂高峰在肝大部切除后48及72小时,并以此为依据,在细胞分裂高峰期(48小时),观察了本室提取的兔肝抑素对细胞分裂期的影响,结果发现分裂中期的细胞受到了抑制,表现为中期分裂相的累积和后期分裂相的减少。  相似文献

利用Fluent软件,对加入扰流柱的新型平板光生物反应器内的微藻细胞运动轨迹进行仿真,基于Cornet模型计算微藻细胞经历的光暗周期. 根据藻液浓度变化,优化入射光强,以保证在不同藻液浓度下藻细胞平均光暗周期始终保持最小,约4.25s. 根据仿真结果,对不同藻液浓度下达到最优平均光暗周期所需的入射光强进行拟合,相关系数(R2)达到0.9994,为平板反应器的进一步优化设计提供了新的思路.  相似文献

根据2011年5月航次(春季)、8月航次(夏季)和11月航次(秋季)在东海低氧区共6个站位进行的昼夜连续观测所获浮游植物水样,用Uterm?hl方法分析了浮游植物群落的昼夜垂直变化.春季共检出浮游植物99种,优势种为具齿原甲藻(Prorocentrum dentatum)、具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)和骨条藻(Skeletonema sp.);夏季检出93种,优势种为劳氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros lauderi)、铁氏束毛藻(Trichodesmium thiebautii)、具槽帕拉藻;秋季检出78种,优势种为具槽帕拉藻、骨条藻和圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus sp.).春季细胞丰度明显高于夏、秋季;春、夏季细胞丰度随水深增加逐渐降低,秋季细胞丰度分布较均匀;春、夏季上层水体浮游植物丰度昼夜变化较剧烈,下层水体相对平缓;秋季D3站位表层和J1站位底层细胞丰度昼夜变化较剧烈,其余水层细胞丰度昼夜波动不明显.春季D2站位20,m水层及夏季O11站位各水层优势种组成存在明显的昼夜变化,其余各水层浮游植物群集相对稳定.调查站位各水层间浮游植物群集结构差异明显.  相似文献

利用人工控温条件和自然光温条件,研究了萍乡显性核不育水稻育性转换的特性。结果表明:在各温度因子中,光期温度在育性转换中的作用最大,其次为日均温,在一定的范围内,花粉可育率随光期温度的升高而增加;自然条件下,该水稻具有两个明显的育性转换期,即7月25日前抽穗为不育期,7月29日—9月2日抽穗为可育期,9月5日后抽穗进入稳定的不育期。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
