大学生社会实践工作机制创新研究——以内蒙古科技大学公共事业管理专业学生社会实践为例

强化高校大学生社会实践工作，是落实党的教育方针，深入实施素质教育，大力提高高等教育质量的必然要求。面对新形势、新任务，大学生社会实践还存在重视程度不够、缺乏社会认同和支持．评价体系不健全等问题。探索社会实践项目化管理的思路，形成行之有效的实践管理原则和方案，可以为社会调研实践活动提供有效的行为指南。     

建立大学生社会实践活动长效机制的探讨

深入开展大学生社会实践活动对大学生的成长成才具有重要意义,但是,目前大学生社会实践活动存在“四有、四少”的问题和困难,为了推进大学生社会实践活动的开展,高校应当在动员组织、基地建设、指导管理等方面建立长效机制。     

加强社会管理 实现公正和谐

针对目前社会管理中的突出问题，加强和创新社会管理，推进社会管理法律、体制、能力建设，提高社会管理科学化水平，完善中国特色社会主义社会管理体系，是维护人民群众权益，促进社会公平正义，保持社会和谐稳定的必然要求，对实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标、实现党和国家长治久安具有重大战略意义。     

我国社会创新意识的重塑

随着科技经济飞速发展，社会的进步对人才的素质要求也越来越高，其中创新素质的高低不仅决定了国家在国际社会竞争力的保持，也对社会对人才的要求提出更高的要求，只有有了具有创新意识的人才才能有使社会、国家保持可持续的发展力。创新意识的内涵与历史形成过程所谓的创新意识是指人们在社会实践活动中，主动开展创新活动的观念和意识，表现为对创新的重视、追求和开展创新活动的兴趣和欲望，是理念和思想状态活动。在马克思看来，“创造是一个很难从意识中排除的观念。”     

大学生社会实践活动探析

大学生社会实践活动是大学课堂教育的必要补充形式，是对广大青年大学生进行思想政治教育的一条有效途径。党的十一届三中全会以来，我国大学生社会实践活动经历了一个由起步到规范再到完善深化的发展阶段。社会实践活动对于帮助大学生增进对国情的了解、坚定社会主义信念、树立科学的世界观、自觉走青年知识分子正确成长道路，有着重要的作用

大学生社会实践运行机制研究

试论柳州赏石活动的社会效应及发展对策

观赏石是指天然形成的以其独特的形态、色泽、质地、纹理展现其自然美感，具有观赏、玩味、陈列的收藏价值的各种岩石、矿物晶体及生物化石。柳州一带所产奇石超过全国奇石总数的一半以上，有着数量大、品种多、质地佳的特点。柳州观赏石活动开展的调查分析结果表明，赏石活动可以在文化、经济及旅游等方面产生广泛的社会效应。同时，为了更好地发挥赏石活动的社会效应，加强管理、加大宣传、提高档次、打击假冒伪劣及更新运营理念等是未来赏石活动的必经之路。     

社区社会组织孵化培育路径研究 ——基于山东省H社区的案例分析

探索社区社会组织孵化培育路径，有利于强化社区社会组织的能力建设，引导社区社会组织独立发展。本文基于组织理论视角，以山东省H社区社会组织的孵化培育历程作为研究案例，探讨了社区社会组织孵化培育的路径、作用及局限。研究发现：孵化培育社区社会组织存在“活动吸纳”和“项目干预”两种路径。“活动吸纳”路径的主要作用在于能够挖掘社区能人成为社区社会组织的参与者；“项目干预”路径的主要作用在于能够提高社区社会组织的组织化程度，如完善组织结构、明确组织计划与阶段性目标、拓展公共服务内容、完善组织内部管理规范。“活动吸纳”和“项目干预”路径虽然对社区社会组织的孵化与培育均具有作用，但同时也有其局限性。“活动吸纳”的有效性主要体现在对社区能人的吸纳，但其对组织形态培育的作用较弱。而“项目干预”的有效性主要体现在加强社区社会组织的组织化，但会存在组织管理“双轨制”及“内卷化”的风险。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
