通过对毛泽东大民主理论的历史回顾，就“大民主”与群众运动，阶级斗争，民主法制的关系诸项作理性思考，期待对推进我国的民主政治建设和“依法治国”方略的实施等有积极作用。     

“小我”与“大我”统—论──中国现代诗歌研究之—

中国现代诗学史上的“小我”与“大我”论实质是诗歌创作中主体与客体的关系论.主流派观点认为，“小我”是诗歌作品能够成立的基本前提，以“小我”写“大我”要力求“小我”与“大我”的有机统一，在“小我”和“大我”之间可以有所偏重但不可偏废.它对现代诗歌创作与理论建设有重要价值.     

从地域文化的角度研讨新时期大西南诗歌

“大西南文化与新时期诗歌研究”是从地域文化角度探讨20世纪中国文学，探讨新时期诗歌运动的发生发展的需要，大西南文化及其新时期诗歌发展的独特性构成了这神研究的条件。该课题可从以下几方面展开：一是新时期诗歌的消长与大西南文化的关系，二是中国新时期诗歌精神与西部精神，三是大西南文化对新时期西南特人的个性塑造，四是新时期大西南诗歌流派的地域文化阐释。     

制定科技发展战略和规划应注意的十大关系

为推动我国科学和技术的发展 ,自 2 0 0 3年起 ,国家和各地陆续开展了科技发展中长期发展战略与规划研究工作 ,本文认为 ,在制定科学技术发展战略和规划过程中 ,必须厘清以下十大关系 :科学与技术、自然科学技术与社会科学技术、科技本身发展的战略与科技促进经济社会发展的战略、“硬”环境和“软”环境、功利主义与无私利性价值观、自主创新与技术引进、研究与应用、正确处理企业与科研院所和高校之间的关系、政府与市场、重点跨越与整体发展     

试析新时期师德师风建设的有效途经

面对新的形势，新情况，抓好师德师风的建设，必须坚持“创新”的理念，其主要方面有三；一是要从“科教兴国”和“以德治国”的战略高度使学校和每个教师都充分认识到加强师德师风建设的极端重要性，增强师德师风建设的使命感和紧迫感。二是要从实际出发。用心确定师德师风建设的新目标、新内容，积极探索师德师风建设的新途径和新方法；三是要坚持“两手抓，两手都要硬”的方针，从机制上创新，增强师德师风建设实效性和保障性。     

王飞跃：创新——科技与文化的有效融合

对科技与人文的交融，中科院自动化研究所研究员王飞跃认为，无论是科研还是教育上，目前我们似乎太强调“硬”的和直接有用的东西，忽视“软”的和间接有用的东西，结果太功利，反而降低工作的效率，特别是创新能力，当然这都是相对而言。正如郝柏林院士所说的，计算机不是从事计算的人发明的，所以有时太功利反而无功而返，太直接反而迷途不归。就整个社会而言，在发展就是硬道理之外，还要考虑一些发展的“软道理”，比如人文。没有“软”道理的支持，“硬”道理会难以长久地硬下去。一个社会要和谐全面可持续发展，一定要“软硬”适度。     

“大思政课”视域下泰山文化育人路径创新研究

实现中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展,是马克思主义中国化的必然要求。泰山文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,内蕴丰富的思政元素,承载亟待挖掘的育人功能。泰山文化所彰显的自强不息、拼搏向上的进取精神,兼收并蓄、有容乃大的包容精神,拔山扛鼎、胸怀天下的担当精神,是体现“大思政课”育人的重要文化资源。而泰山文化资源认同程度与推进“大思政课”的思想认识之间、泰山文化资源系统整合与推进“大思政课”的目标之间、泰山文化育人方式创新与推进“大思政课”的形势之间都存在一定的差距。这要求在大思政课建设中,一是要注重兼容并蓄,打造特色校园环境;二是要大力弘扬泰山包容精神,加强思政内涵建设;三是要勇于担当作为,推动思政育人方式创新发展。     

文化价值合理性的实践——逻辑认证与中国现代化

现代化是一个世界性的文明运动，是一种现代社会对传统社会的超越。中国的现代化既要遵循现代化的一般规律，又要突出本民族特色。因此，必然涵摄着深刻的历史合理性意蕴和鲜明的文化价值目标追求；中国现代化的实质是“合理性”的探寻与重建过程，其关键在于处理好以下问题：一是关于工具理性与价值理性的合理阐释；二是树立合理的功利价值观念；三是必须认真协调个体利益与群体利益的矛盾；四是“理性文化人”的人文目标的设计与追求     

长沙市大数据产业链推进战略关键问题研究

在大数据产业技术壁垒和垄断格局尚未形成情况下，国内外纷纷在产业链关键领域进行战略布局成为共性选择。长沙大数据产业链有序推进面临交易平台缺乏、标准不统一、核心技术掌握不够等制约。运用自组织理论对长沙大数据产业链系统进行解构，对推进战略关键问题进行分析，构建产业链协同演化动力机制模型，提出长沙应以“协同整合”为抓手，推动产业链向高质量变革；以“关键技术”为突破，推动产业链向强动力变革；以“育新提旧”为导向，推动产业链向高效率变革；以“机制建设”为保障，推动产业链向高速度变革。     

东西部发展差距解构与西部大开发思路创新

东西部发展失衡的动因解构，包括政策与市场化落差、对内对外开放滞后、产业链条缺乏张力、区域城乡体系布局中“器官”和“血管”发育滞后以及行政效率低下。基于现实，需相应创新西部大开发的思路：在实施反梯度政策的同时，坚持和加快市场化改革，其中要突出强调打通和拓宽市场通道；在“单赢”模式向“双赢”模式和“多赢”模式迅速推移转换的今天，西部应加大对内对外开放力度，走多边合作之路：从抓好基础产业和发展西部自己的特色主导产业入手，舞活产业链条的“龙头”和“龙尾”：加快小城镇与交通、信息网络建设，推动西部向纵深层次开发；以“县域经济骨架构筑”等行政体制改革，激发经济发展潜力。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
