将磁粉与聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)联用组成复合絮凝剂来处理热轧废水。在改变絮凝剂各组分投加量的条件下进行絮凝试验,分析热轧废水的浊度和含油量变化,研究复合絮凝剂的最优投加方案。试验结果表明,当磁粉、PAC和PAM的投加量分别为5mg/L、15mg/L和1.5mg/L时,热轧废水的净化效果最佳,其浊度由82.6NTU降为10.5NTU,含油量由15.62mg/L降为7.44mg/L。  相似文献

以竹炭、絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)及聚丙烯酰胺(NPAM)处理印染废水.结果表明,在处理印染废水时,竹炭与絮凝剂的组合使用效果优于单一组分的处理效果.当竹炭、PAC和NPAM的用量分别为0.15g、680mg/L和6mg/L时,CODCr去除率为91.3%,沉降速率53.47mm/min,处理后水的色度低于2倍.  相似文献

以无水氯化铝、碳酸铵、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵及亚硫酸氢钠等为主要原材料自制聚合氯化铝(PAC)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)2种絮凝剂,将2种絮凝剂复合使用处理造纸中段废水.通过实验考察了絮凝剂的投加量、投加顺序、pH值、反应温度及反应时间等5种主要因素对处理效果的影响.实验结果表明:温度在30℃时,pH 7.0左右,先加入100mg/L的PAC快速搅拌2min,然后加入2.0mg/L的PAM搅拌3min,静置12min后絮凝效果达到最佳状态,其COD去除率可达74%以上,脱色率可达83%.  相似文献

目的 用聚硅酸铝絮凝剂处理印染废水,确定最佳混凝条件。方法 采用不同方法制备出两种聚硅酸铝絮凝剂(1^#和2^#),用混凝法处理印染废水,对其COD去除率及脱色性能进行对比。结果 1^#絮凝剂最佳混凝条件为投加量3mL,pH=8.0,搅拌速度为150r/min,沉降时间为30min,2^#絮凝剂最佳混凝条件为投加量4mL,pH=8.5,搅拌速度为150r/min,沉降时间为40min。结论 两种絮凝剂制备工艺简单,处理效果较好,同时还可提高废水的可生化性,有利于废水的后续生化处理,两种絮凝剂相比,1^#絮凝剂比2^#絮凝剂效果好。  相似文献

实验研究了絮凝剂聚铝(PAC)与阳离子高分子絮凝剂(PDMDAAC)联合处理生活污水的效果。结果表明:聚铝与阳离子联用比单独用聚铝处理生活污水效果更好;聚铝+阳离子对生活污水CODCr具有良好的去除能力;当投加20mg/L的聚铝+0.4mg/L的阳离子,调节水体pH=8.5时,处理效果最理想,CODCr去除率可达77%以上。  相似文献

研究了一种用于处理洗煤废水的改性絮凝剂。在该絮凝剂的制备过程中单体质量比与原料配比的影响最为显著,其次为引发剂的浓度,最小的为反应温度。处理洗煤废水最适宜的改性絮凝剂合成条件:1)接枝共聚反应中:玉米淀粉5g、淀粉∶丙烯酰胺(质量比)=1∶4、去离子水150ml、0.5×10-3 mol/L的硝酸铈铵5ml、接枝反应温度为50℃、反应时间3h。2)阳离子化反应中:丙烯酰胺∶甲醛∶二甲胺(摩尔比)=1∶1∶0.5、反应温度75℃、反应时间2h。在洗煤废水的处理过程中,采用改性絮凝剂与硫酸铁复配处理洗煤废水效果较好,投药量分别为5mg/L、60mg/L。用其处理后的洗煤废水沉降性能好,透光率高,COD去除率高,水质得到大大改善。因此,本絮凝剂具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

对P(DMC AM)的絮凝条件、P(DMC AM)与不同种类的絮凝剂的絮凝性能比较和不同工业废水的絮凝处理效果比较等方面进行了研究 .实验结果表明 ,P(DMC AM)的最佳絮凝条件为 :[η]=70 0~ 80 0mL g,用量为 1.5~ 3.0mg L ;在电荷密度较大 ,分子量较大的各类有机污 (废 )水体系中 ,CODCr的去除率可达6 5 %~ 90 % ;P(DMC AM)絮凝性能优于聚合硫酸铁、聚碱式氯化铝和PAM等常用絮凝剂 .  相似文献

采用碱化絮凝法对渤海海水进行脱硼预处理,考察了单因素pH、温度、碱化剂种类、絮凝剂种类、絮凝剂用量、慢搅时间对脱硼效果的影响.结果表明,在30,℃,用碱化剂NaOH调节pH=11,加入絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁(PAFCS)3,mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)1,mg/L,慢搅(50,r/min)15,min,静沉3,h效果最佳,脱硼率达到89.24%,余硼含量0.48,mg/L.利用电子显微镜对浆料Mg(OH)2进行观测分析,初步探讨了碱化絮凝机理.  相似文献

采用高效絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁和煤灰渣二级吸附工艺对亚硫酸法造纸废水进行了处理实验研究,结果表明,该法处理效果与混凝-生化法相当,但成本相对较低;ρ(CODCr)从800mg/L以上降至300mg/L以下,ρ(SS)从150mg/L降至10mg/L以下,浊度从300度降至25度以下,符合排放要求;聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂用量和煤灰渣粒度的控制很关键。  相似文献

针对油田压裂作业废水黏度高、浊度大、含油量高的特点,采用Fenton氧化-絮凝处理方法对压裂废水进行回注处理研究,探讨了废水的pH值、Fenton试剂和絮凝剂投加量、絮凝剂加药时间隔等因素对压裂废水氧化和絮凝处理效果的影响.结果表明:当压裂废水pH值为3.0、φ(H2O2)和ρ(FeSO4)分别为0.2%和20mg/L、PAC和PAM质量浓度分别30mg/L和5mg/L、絮凝剂加药时间间隔为30s、处理后水pH值调至7.5时,处理后压裂废水中的悬浮物含量和含油量分别为2.5mg/L和5.22mg/L,平均腐蚀速率和细菌含量分别为0.0110mm/a和101个/mL,达到油田回注水的水质标准.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
