基于VAR模型的公共教育投资的就业效应

针对我国目前出现的人力资本结构的失衡问题,本文运用向量自回归模型（VAR）分析了中国公共教育投资对就业总量以及三大产业就业的影响。研究结果表明：公共教育投资的整体就业效应比较弱,但是增加公共教育投资会降低第一产业的就业人数,增加第二、三产业的就业总量,从而有利于产业结构调整和人力资本结构的调整。     

辽宁经济增长与经济结构相互作用的非线性研究

运用区制转换的向量自回归模型分析了辽宁省经济增长与城乡收入差距、投资消费结构、产业结构、所有制结构及对外贸易结构的非线性和非对称影响.结果表明:辽宁省经济增长与经济结构的动态关联存在明显的区制转换性和非对称效应.在经济低增长状态下,缩小城乡收入差距、优化投资结构和产业结构更有利于促进经济的持续稳定增长;在经济高增长状态下,投资消费结构与对外贸易结构变化是造成经济增长剧烈波动的重要根源.在目前低经济增长状态下,政府可以通过提升有效投资、刺激消费、强化民生工程、调整产业结构等改革性措施来维持经济的稳定持续增长.     

我国产业投资结构现状与优化

产业结构不合理一直制约着我国经济的发展,而产业结构现状很大程度上取决于过去的投资结构。为此,对近年来我国固定资产投资结构方面存在的问题及其影响进行了分析,并提出优化我国产业投资结构的对策。     

二元经济结构视角下我国投资消费失衡问题研究

由于城乡二元经济结构的存在,我国投资消费失衡具有典型的二元结构特性,投资率偏高主要是城镇投资率偏高,消费率偏低主要是农村地区消费率偏低。二元经济结构通过二元国民收入分配体制、二元财政支出体制、二元金融体制对我国投资消费失衡产生影响,因此为了促进投资消费均衡,应促进我国二元经济结构转换,其中关键是促进城乡二元国民收入分配体制、二元财政支出体制以及二元金融体制改革。     

对“瓶颈产业”约束的理性思考

我国产业结构中的“瓶颈产业”约束具有明显的发展阶段性，并非一时的结构失衡。其根源在于高物耗的经济增长。解决的根本出路应该是如何提高我国技术矩阵水平，降低中间产品消耗率。本文就此进行了初步探讨。     

内蒙古利用外商直接投资绩效浅析

从内蒙古利用外商直接投资的结构、业绩指数及经济效应等多方面进行了分析,利用外商直接投资的产业结构及地区结构存在失衡现象。虽然外商直接投资对内蒙古的资本形成、工业增长、出口、税收等起到了一定促进作用,但与全国平均水平相比仍有较大差距,表明该区利用外资的绩效有待提高,需要积极引导外资流向并进一步优化投资结构。

优化我国出口商品结构相关因子的实证研究

运用协整方法和误差修正模型,考察了外商直接投资、产业结构变动,汇率与出口商品结构之间的关系。实证结果表明:这四者之间存在着一个长期稳定的均衡关系,外商直接钩子,产业结构变动,汇率对出口商品结构的优化具有正向作用。从短期来看,外商直接投资对出口商品结构的优化具有反向作用,但长短期净效用为正。说明外商直接投资、产业结构变动和汇率改善了我国的出口商品结构。     

中国经济结构与经济增长关系的实证研究

通过建立线性计量模型对我国1978年以来经济结构和经济增长之间的关系进行了实证研究．选取了所有制结构、产业结构、城乡二元结构、贸易依存度等具体指标来衡量经济结构．研究结果表明,1978～1991年,经济增长与产业结构和所有制结构高度正相关,即产业结构愈趋近于目前发达国家的产业结构比例,私营经济在整个国民经济中所占比重越大,经济增长越快;1993～2003年,经济增长与产业结构和贸易依存度高度正相关,与城乡收入比负相关,即产业结构愈合理,贸易依存度越高,即中国经济对外开放程度越深,经济增长越快,而城乡收入差距拉大,不利于经济增长．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
