This paper studies the general decay synchronization(GDS) of a class of recurrent neural networks(RNNs) with general activation functions and mixed time delays. By constructing suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and employing useful inequality techniques, some sufficient conditions on the GDS of considered RNNs are established via a type of nonlinear control. In addition, one example with numerical simulations is presented to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

研究一类离散和分布时变时滞的混沌神经网络的广义投影同步问题.利用非线性观测器方法实现同步十分简单,且利用极点配置技术,可通过调整特征值来调节同步速率的快慢.与一般混沌神经网络模型相比,带有离散和分布时变时滞的混沌神经网络模型更为一般,同时反同步和完全同步是广义投影同步的特例.最后,提出基于广义投影同步的离散和分布时变时滞混沌神经网络的保密通信方案,给出两个数值仿真例子验证结果的有效性.  相似文献

This paper considers the drive-response synchronization in finite-time and fixed-time of inertial neural networks with time-varying and distributed delays(mixed delays). First, by constructing a proper variable substitution, the original inertial neural networks can be rewritten as a first-order differential system. Second, by constructing Lyapunov functions and using differential inequalities,some new and effective criteria are obtained for ensuring the finite-time synchronization. Finally, three numerical examples are also given at the end of this paper to show the effectiveness of the results.  相似文献

This paper investigates pinning synchronization of discrete-time complex networks with different time-varying delays. An important lemma is presented and proved, then detailed analysis is given to yield some synchronization criteria for this kind of networks. The results provide an effective way to synchronize discrete-time complex networks by reducing control cost. Furthermore, these theoretical results are illustrated by a complex network via two kinds of pinning schemes. Numerical simulations verify the feasibility of the proposed methods.  相似文献

This paper studies a class of general BAM neural networks with multiple delays. Employing the exponential dichotomy theory and fixed point method, together with constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals, easily verifiable delay-independent criteria are established to ensure the existence and global exponential stability of pseudo almost periodic solutions, which not only generalize but also complement some existing ones. The problem of exponential module-phase synchronization of complex-valued neural networks (CVNNs) with time-varying delay and stochastic perturbations was investigated. The model of CVNNs with time-varying delay and stochastic perturbations was considered. The error system was deduced and the module-phase synchronization was defined. Based on the principle of Lyapunov stability theory, the appropriate controller was designed to control the CVNNs. Finally, the effectiveness and reliability of the method were verified by the numerical simulations.

本文首先建立了特征结构提取问题的罚函数表示,通过对罚函数求极小可以求得原始协方差矩阵的主特征向量及其对应的特征值。为了求得其他特征结构,特构造了一个协方差矩阵序列。如果将罚函数展开并进行整理,高阶Hopfield神经网络可被引入到特征结构提取中。这种方法比较直观,它将网络稳定时的输出与所求协方差矩阵的主特征向量的各个分量相对应,而网络稳定时的能量则对应于协方差矩阵的迹与所求特征值之差,计算机仿真结果验证了这种方法的正确性。  相似文献

This paper studies the output synchronization problem for a class of networked non-linear multi-agent systems with switching topology and time-varying delays. To synchronize the outputs, a leader is introduced whose connectivity to the followers varies with time, and a novel data-driven consensus protocol based on model free adaptive control is proposed, where the reference input of each follower is designed to be the time-varying average of the neighboring agents’ outputs. Both the case when the leader is with a prescribed reference input and the case otherwise are considered. The proposed protocol allows for time-varying delays, switching topology, and does not use the agent structure or the dynamics information implicitly or explicitly. Sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the closed-loop stability, and conditions for consensus convergence are obtained, where only a joint spanning tree is required. Numerical simulations and practical experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed protocol.  相似文献

Instead of using Lyapunov functional method, LMI method and matrix measure method which are recently widely applied to investigating global exponential/asymptotic synchronization for neural networks, two novel sufficient conditions on global asymptotic synchronization of above BAM neural networks are established by using a kind of new study method of global synchronization: Integrating inequality techniques. 针对一个具有单瓶颈和多用户的高速通信网络,提出了一个新的指数稳定跟踪控制器的设计方法。将闭环数据率控制系统描述为一个连续时间时变时滞系统,基于线性矩阵不等式(LMI)技术和Lyapunov方法给出了闭环系统时滞依赖的指数稳定充分条件。导出了状态反馈控制器的设计方法,使得实际网络带宽分配率和实际队列长度在该控制器的作用下分别以指数速度跟踪上给定的参考值,从而有效降低了数据包丢失率,提高了网络利用率。通过在闭环系统指数稳定条件的导出过程中引入自由变量的方法使得得到的时滞依赖条件具有更小的保守性,并且闭环系统具有更快的指数稳定跟踪速度。仿真算例验证了本文方法的有效性和优越性.  相似文献

数值逼近是数值计算中的基本问题,对仿真算法的理论研究有重要意义.文章研究了一类重要的双时滞神经网络模型的Hopf分支的数值逼近问题.首先,将时滞差分方程表示为映射,然后利用离散动力系统的分支理论,给出了差分方程的Hopf分支存在的条件.得到了连续模型的Hopf分支与其数值逼近的关系.证明了当该模型在juu=(L,2,1=j)处有Hopf分支时,其数值逼近在相应的)(hj=uu(L,2,1=j)处产生Hopf分支.数值Hopf分支值与原连续系统的Hopf分支值之间满足)()(hOhjj =uu.  相似文献

In this paper we study the dynamic properties and stabilities of neural networks with delay-time (which includes the time-varying case) by differential inequalities and Lyapunov function approaches.
