Summary The activities of catalase (E.C.1.11.1.6) and glutathione peroxidase (E.C.1.11.1.9) were compared in red blood cells from humans, ducks and normal and acatalasemic mice. In the cells from both strains of mice, an equally high activity of GSH-Px was found which could be inhibited completely by iodoacetate but was not sensitive to N-ethylmaleimide.Acknowledgment. Zusammenfassung BeiXenopus laevis findet man im Kaulquappenstadium 2 fötale Hämoglobine (HbF) und nach der Metamorphose 3 neue Hämoglobine (HbA) vom Erwachsenentypus. Immunofluoreszenz-Untersuchungen lassen erkennen, dass während der Metamorphose keine oder nur wenige Erythrozyten gleichzeitig HbF und HbA enthalten.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die Geschwindigkeit der Katalaseaktivitätsverminderung bei mit Kaliumchlorat vergifteten Erythrozyten wird vom pH beeinflusst. Die vorgeschlagene Methode ist zur Gewinnung von Erythrozyten niedriger Katalaseaktivität geeignet.  相似文献

Somatic cell hybrids between Sp2/O-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells and lymphocytes derived from BALB/c mice hyperimmunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) were produced. One hybrid producing IgG1 antibody to SRBC was selected, cloned twice and subsequently transferred to BALB/c mice. After a number of transfers it was found that the antibody titer in ascites fluid gradually decreased. Cytogenetic analysis revealed gradual chromosome loss in the hybrid clone, which produced progressively less antibody.  相似文献

Resumen Se propone un sencillo y rápido método de inmuno fluorescencia para detectar anticuerpos antipenicilina: Frotis de eritrocitos de conejo, sobre los que se han fijado moleculas de peniciloyl-polylisina, son tratados con suero de conejo inmunizado y despues con suero de cabra anticonejo marcado con isothiocianato de fluoresceina. Zusammenfassung Mit Hilfe der Fluoreszenzmikroskopie lassen sich zellgebundene Immunkörper in isolierten Darmepithelzellen erwachsener Kaninchen nach Darmimpfung mit lebender Kultur desVibrio-eltor-Stammes erkennen. Immunkörper waren in den Epithelzellen nicht immunisierter Kaninchen nicht nachweisbar. Es wird die mögliche Rolle der zellgebundenen Immunkörper beim antibakteriellen Immunmechanismus (Schutz gegen Cholera und Ansteckungsort) diskutiert.  相似文献
