高钙食品中痕量铅的极谱测定

建立了在0.6%碘化钾-0.8%酒石酸钾钠-0.36 mol/L盐酸-0.14 mol/L磷酸-0.6%三乙醇胺-0.1%抗坏血酸底液条件下,用单扫描极谱法测定高钙食品中痕量铅的方法.试验表明,本法的线性范围为5～800 ng/mL,检出限为1.5 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为95%～107%,相对标准偏差为4.3%～8.5%.     

铅（Ⅱ）—Tiron络合物极谱吸附波研究

在0.56mol/L NaAc—0.04%Tiron 溶液中,铅(Ⅱ)与 Tiron 产生的络合物,在单扫描示波仪上可观察到一灵敏的极谱导数波,其峰电位为-0.49V(vs.SCE),峰电流与铅浓度在7.7×10~(-6)—6.8×10~(-6)mol/L 范围内成线性关系,检测限为3.8×10~(-(?))mol/L.应用该波测定了铜合金中的微量铅,结果良好,精密度和准确度均较满意,本文研究了形成铅-Tiron 络合物吸附波的条件,探讨了波的性质,用极谱法测定出其络合比为1:1.     

乳清酸的2.5次微分示波极谱法测定

拟定了乳清酸的2.5次微分示波极谱测定新方法.结果表明在0.8 mol/L HCl介质中,乳清酸产生一灵敏的极谱还原波,峰电位Ep =-0.77 V(vs.SCE);其2.5次微分极谱峰峰电流ep″与乳清酸浓度在4.0×10-8～4.0×10-5 mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6,n=9),检测限为1.0×10-8 mol/L;13次平行测量4.0×10-7 mol/L乳清酸的峰电流,所得RSD为1.8%.该方法可直接用于测定牛奶中乳清酸的含量.     

溴酸钾存在下8-羟基喹啉的极谱催化波研究

在0.50 mol/L LiCl-0.04 mol/L HCl-0.016 mol/L KBrO3支持电解质中,8-羟基喹啉产生一灵敏的极谱催化波,峰电流比其相应的极谱波增大30倍,峰电位为-0.90 V(vs.SCE).该极谱催化波的二阶导数峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10-4~4.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测下限为6.5×10-5mol/L.该方法用于药品中8-羟基喹啉的测定,结果满意.     

单扫描极谱法测定瓜子中痕量铅的研究

提出单扫描极谱法测定瓜子中痕量铅的新方法.在6%溴化钾、1%酒石酸钾钠、0.7%盐酸、5%磷酸、2%盐酸羟胺、3%(体积)三乙醇胺混合底液中,以单扫描极谱法对瓜子中痕量铅进行了测定.实验表明,铅在滴汞电极上于-0.47 V(相对饱和甘汞电极)处产生一灵敏催化极谱波,铅浓度在0.2 ng/mL~300 ng/mL范围内与极谱峰电流有良好分段线性关系.检出限为0.16 ng/mL.方法的RSD为2.2%~4.2%,加标回收率为89%~99%.此法仪器试剂简单,操作快速简便,用于实际样品测定,结果满意.     

单扫描极谱法测定土壤中游离铅

提出硝酸-超声波提取,在3.36 mol/L溴化钾、0.43 mol/L盐酸羟胺、7.32 mol/L磷酸、0.34 mol/L柠檬酸钠、0.5%动物胶体系中以单扫描极谱法测定土壤中游离铅的新方法。实验发现,在选定的实验条件下,铅在-470 mV的峰电流与铅浓度在2～4 000 ng/mL的范围内有良好的线性关系。考察了超声时间对游离铅提取情况的影响。结果表明,在超声时间为50 min以内时,土壤中溶出铅离子浓度随超声时间的增加而上升,超过50 min后,溶出的铅离子浓度趋于恒定。试样在4 mol/L硝酸溶液中超声10 min,溶出的铅离子浓度与在相同试剂中浸泡12 h相当,说明超声提取效果显著。     

喹啉的极谱催化波及其应用

在0.15mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH 4.4)-0.016mol/L KIO3支持电解质中,喹啉产生一灵敏的极谱催化波,峰电流比其相应的极谱波增大30余倍,峰电位为-1.14V(vs.SCE).该极谱催化波的二阶导数峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-4～3.5×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测下限为2.0×10-5 mol/L,该方法可用于微量喹啉的测定,其灵敏度比无KIO3存在时提高了近一个数量级.     

溴酸钾存在下苯丙氨酸的极谱催化波研究

在0.10mol/L LiCl-0.02mol/L HCl-8.0×10-3mol/L KBrO3支持电解质中,苯丙氨酸产生一个极谱催化波,峰电位为-1.65V(vs.SCE).该极谱催化波二阶导数峰电流与苯丙氨酸的浓度在2.0×10-5～2.5×10-3mol/L范围呈线性关系,其检测下限为6.5×10-6mol/L.本文建立了苯丙氨酸的分析测定方法,讨论了该极谱催化波的产生机理.     

2.5次微分极谱法测定药物中的叶酸

拟定了叶酸的2.5次微分示波极谱测定新方法.在HAc-NaAc (pH =5.6)缓冲溶液中,叶酸产生一灵敏的极谱还原波,峰电位Ep =-0.70 V (vs. SCE),其2.5次导数峰峰电流ep″与叶酸浓度在2.0×10-8～4.0×10-6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.998 8, n=8),检出极限为4.0×10-9mol/L.13次平行测量4.0×10-7 mol/L叶酸的峰电流,所得RSD为1.2%.该方法已用于直接测定叶酸片中叶酸的含量.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
