潜根线虫的种类

在福建省内外６个点调查水稻和２种杂草的根部寄生的潜根线虫种类．已查获Ｈｉｒｓｃｈｍａｎｎｉｅｌａｍａｒｉｎａ,Ｈ．ｏｒｙｚａｅ,Ｈ．ｍｕｃｒｏｎａｔａ,Ｈ．ｃａｕｄａｃｒｅｎａ,Ｈ．ｂｅｌｉ,Ｈ．ｇｒａｃｉｌｉｓ,Ｈ．ｍｉｃｒｏｔｙｌａ和Ｈ．ｉｍａｍｕｒｉ等８个种．其中Ｈ．ｍａｒｉｎａ为福建省首次记录．在调查过程中发现各地潜根线虫１００％是混合虫口．而Ｈ．ｏｒｙｚａｅ在绝大部分稻田为优势种．     

单糖-NaCl的相互作用与糖的立体化学的关系

杂交东方鲀的胚胎和仔鱼的发育

描述了杂交东方鲀（弓斑东方鲀暗纹东方鲀）胚胎和仔鱼各发育阶段的形态特征．杂交东方鲀受精卵沉性，圆球形．卵膜较厚，半透明．卵黄均匀，淡棕黄色．卵径１．４３～１．５６ｍｍ．油球３１０～４２０个，球径２６～７８μｍ．在水温１８．６～２１．５℃条件下，从受精至孵化出膜需１４４ｈ５０ｍｉｎ．初孵仔鱼的卵黄囊消失需１０ｄ左右．上述生物学资料，为进二步开展杂交河豚鱼人工育苗、改良和开发新品种，奠定了必要的繁殖生物学基础．

不同pH值的酸处理DNA溶液的拉曼光谱分析

通过拉曼光谱研究了经不同pH值的酸处理后的DNA溶液．小牛胸腺DNA被配制成pH6．0、pH5．0、pH4．0、pH3．0、pH2．0、pH1．0的酸性溶液，经24h充分水合后测试其拉曼光谱．实验结果表明，DNA分子内部产生了明显的质子化，其拉曼特征频率和强度均发生了变化，而且不同的pH值致使它们的变化程度也不同．对DNA分子结构的影响包括磷酸骨架基团，脱氧核糖及碱基．随着酸性的增强，DNA的构型也发生变化：在pH6．0、pH5．0时DNA溶液为标准B构型，而在pH4．0、pH3．0、pH2，0的DNA溶液出现B和C构型共存，到pH1．0时出现了Z构型．从pH3．0碱基开始质子化，逐渐地GC碱基对之间形成了Hoogsteen型氢键，AT碱基对之间的氢键发生断裂，双螺旋结构遭到破坏，而脱氧核糖也受到不同程度的损伤．     

胶原酶注射治疗人增生瘢痕的动物实验性的研究

对皮下移植人增生瘢痕于ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ裸鼠,对６０只裸鼠皮下的瘢痕块注射１．胶原酶２．胰蛋白酶３．透明质酸酶４．生理盐水５．胶原酶＋透明质酸酶６．胰酶＋透明质酸酶７．胶原酶＋胰酶。结果显示１和７组瘢痕块缩小非常显著。（Ｐ＜０．０５）。（Ｐ＜０．１）。其他各组差异不显著。

美洲商陆营养器官的解剖结构与其耐锰的关系

美洲商陆（Phytolacca acinosa Roxb）属于商陆科多年生草本植物,是一种适应性强的锰超积累植物．石蜡切片观察表明．美洲商陆经0．125、0．250、0．500和1．000g·kg^-1Mn^2＋处理7d后,根中柱的导管均变得发达．其中锰处理量为1．000g·kg^-1时,根表层细胞变得松散,茎内细胞内含物增加,叶片细胞内容物增加;当锰处理量大于0．250g·kg^-1时,海绵组织和栅栏组织变得松散,出现空隙．经0．125、0．250、0．500和1．000g·kg^-1Mn^2＋处理14d后．美洲商陆茎中的维管束数量迅速增加;根和叶片与处理7d的根和叶片比较结构变化不大．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
